Food was good, nothing extraordinary but without fail, these workers always have the nastiest attitudes mejor take your visit elsewhere because management clearly disregards the opinions and several comments left by customers, as the issue is STILL ongoing. The restaurant was clean but atmosphere was unwelcome. Waited 15 minutes for a single breakfast item that I ordered for pickup 10 minutes beforehand borderline thrown my bag of food once it was out. Unsatisfying

Horrible customer service and poor attitude provided by the employee at the drive thru as well as a person at the register who identified themselves as the Store Manager. I contacted a GM and he confirmed that this location has a bad reputation in reference to customer service and their poor attitudes. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere and if you decide to go here brase yourself to pay to get treated like dirt. I would rate negative 5 stars if it was an option. BK, you are losing money because of these employees.

WORST STAFF EVER!!! WAITED OVER 22 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DIDNT HAVE MY ORDER READY. And not polite and apologetic. These girls that were working the drive thru window had ZERO customer service skills. ZERO professionalism. They even closed the window on me. I then drove around to the front, and asked to speak to manager. No one would come from the back area where I could hear arguing. The mans voice I heard never had the guts to show his face. I left several messages for district manager, regional director, owner. Someone to call me back. NO ONE HAD THE BUSINESS MIND TO MAKE A CALL. NEVER EVER WILL VISIT THIS FRANCGISE AGAIN. Today I just had the most horrible customer service experience. A woman who spoke both languages since I speak Spanish treated me in the worst possible way. I arrived at the Burger King at approximately 8:30pm and ordered my food and from the beginning This womans attitude was the worst. She threw the potatoes in the bag that is for takeout without adding salt and I told her that it wasnt for takeout, to which she responded: Put everything in a bag and more than once I went to this Burger King. and they have treated me well. I dont know what happened to this person. After that, he answered that if I didnt like him, I could leave and then he threatened to call the police if he was filming her because of his action, since I asked him to repeat what he did. What had she said and she threatened to call the police if I was filming her asking why she treated me so badly, I dont understand why she treated me like that. What happened to this woman? It seems like she was upset that I arrived at the restaurant at that time. What happened? Someone told me. Explain, the owner of the restaurant can explain to me why they treated me like that.

This restaurant does NOT have childrens games. The staff is very serious. It was fast and they gave us what we asked for. But he doesnt say hello, he doesnt say goodbye, he doesnt say thank you. The spicy Royal Crispy chicken was super tough, seemed overcooked and overheated. We returned it and the girl asked for a new fresh one and they already gave us an edible one. The toy they gave us, we have no idea what cartoon it is, they give more and more crappy toys. The bathrooms are nice, but very dirty, and there were only 3 tables occupying the restaurant. Free parking with enough space.

Nice and clean. Just husband had breakfast. Food was great. Service was unacceptable. Clerk seemed annoyed only one person was ordering. The coffee was cold and had to wait for fresh coffee. I love the food there sometimes they dont greet you or treat you correctly. But we go for the food. Management has a bitter attitude and hardly wants to attend the buying guests. We did a online order and she gave the food to a order 30 minutes after ours and waited our food under lamp for more than 30 minutes before letting us know it was ready. This is the manager who was there and took our first order. Made us intimidate in ordering a to go order. Not going to this one No more. You need good worker to make your business prosper. Got hooked on rodeo burgers. Big mistake. I order through the app always and select extra bbq sauce. For the first few days it was awesome. Well yesterday I order my usual and they soaked the burgers in bbq intentionally. It was more sauce than burger. It was so bad that it over flowed out of the burger staining all the wrappers in bbq sauce. I will never return here. Which im pretty sure is what they wanted in the first place. I stopped by at this burger king with my friends since it was close to main event, where we were all hanging out at the time. We were hoping to eat in the dine in area but the doors were locked. Sign on the front says dine in closes at 11pm, it was barely 10pm and the doors were already locked. I knocked on the door to ask a question about the hours, but the workers were super rude and shooing us away with hand gestures. Very terrible customer service and definitely won t be ever coming back to this one. Save yourself the trouble and go to a better burger king, this one honestly sucked.

Its always slow and the last time I went I did a pick up order, part of the order was an ice cream sundae. They called my number, I asked if the ice cream was in the bags, they said yes. It was not. Had probably the worst customer service of a lifetime tonight. Stopped by to grab a quick dinner for two teens and myself. I noticed a sign that said only cash I was going to reverse but had a line of cars behind me. I manage to find a little under 10 in my purse as I hardly ever carry cash. I placed an order different than what I was originally going to order but had to conform to cash I had on hand. I pull up to the window and ask if I could please add an order of fries and the young girl at the window said no. I asked if she could make an exception since I had to adjust my order this one time given the situation with the cash only that thru me off. A young man named Jacob said he was the manager and told me the speaker and menu are there for a reason and no i cannot add anything to your order. The girl at the window had taken my money and asked if I still wanted my original order clearly annoyed and rolling her eyes. I asked for a refund and the window was slammed before returning with the money. I told the employees that they could have easily been at least courteous given the situation he said it wasn t his fault the computer wasn t working so I could have paid another way. Shameful customer service and attitude from both employees, they were both very young but manners are not something you learn after 30. Will never patronize this business again.

Burger King is an smart choice when you are on a budget. I had a Small bacon Cheeseburger . I always buy onion rings and I add them to the burger. I have fries so often that its a nice change. I ordered mozzarella cheeses sticks for $1.49. I was so full. The small Cheeseburger is a regular portion according to the healthy life styles class. I really enjoyed my meal. It was good.

I enjoyed my meal but I went to the bathroom to get some towels to clean the table we chose because none were clean I carry my own sanitizer, so I used some for cleaning the table My daughter informed the girl bat the counter that the drinking fountain area needed to be cleared and cleaned She was ignored both times she was at the fountain area She did make a call to cooperate. I am just replying to this post, it appeared on my phone, probably because I paid for the meals
