Awesome Saltgrass location!!! Had the Snake River Farms Wagyu Bone In New York strip! It was to die for!!!! So happy to have a SG in New Braunfels, staff was nice, and the service was great for a busy Saturday night their first week open. 10/10!

I m giving the restaurant a 5 despite a couple hiccups. They have just opened after all. Our server Trinity was fabulous, I loved my meal even though it wasn t super warm, but my boyfriend s ribeye wasn t even warm enough to melt the butter. They need to update the description of the Range Rattlers. They are fried, but the menu doesn t mention that. Two managers checked on us during our meal and when we mentioned the steak issue to our server, we were comped a free dessert because we didn t want to send it back. We will definitely give it another try!

Food was great. Not a big deal but our server wasnt the best had wait long for drinks and sauce that was needed and the server drop some of my kids fries on the floor while giving us our plates and never replaced the amount. With that being said I wasnt aware that Salt Grass includes a tip into the total amount.

First, our server Jordyn was excellent, well trained and very informative! The managers were on their game and greeted everyone. Food was excellent, beer was cold, salad was perfectly chilled, steak was well seasoned and cooked. The chicken was perfect. The soup could have been hotter but still delicious. Really nice large bar and nice outside seating with adult game space! Welcome to New Braunfels! We will be back!

My family and I are frequent diners at the Saltgrass; we were so excited for this one to open! I am slightly disappointed with the way I left. There were probably 30 managers there and not one came up to me. I am not trying to sound selfish or stuck up, but I watched as they went up to all the tables around me but didn t say anything to me. Usually this wouldn t bother me as I am used to people being stereotypical with the younger generation as I am 22. But at the end of the day I am still a customer and find it annoying. Great server, Kiana did amazing and was so sweet . Sad part on the managers. Maybe give one more try before I stick to San Marcos.
