Jessica is a phenomenal attorney who gets the job done. My case took years (not by her fault at all!) and she remained patient and helpful whenever I needed her. She is very responsive and concise. Most importantly, she is affordable and I feel her rates are extremely fair and she doesnt overcharge like a lot of firms. Other firms quoted me 2-3x what her rates are and her service far exceeded my expectations. My case was originally contested without children and went to uncontested and she navigated each skillfully. If you are looking for a responsive, affordable, professional and compassionate firm for your case, you cant go wrong with Jessica!

If I could, I would give Jessica 20 stars! She handled my divorce case immaculately. I wouldnt trust anyone else. I was going through a somewhat complicated divorce with kids that couldve been contested and was international in nature. I was physically losing sleep, my health was suffering from stress and anxiety. Jessica gave me the confidence I needed to push through the tough times. She made me focus on only certain things that we could control and manage, eventually coming out with a strategy that worked in the best interests for my kiddo. The results I got in my trial were better than expected, this I feel largely due to Jessica being extremely professional thorughout the process and at court. She pretty much predicted the whole outcome of the case months earlier, but we prepared for every possibility. Jessica was my calm in this storm, each conversation she was reassuring me that we can get through this and we did. And also from a financial standpoint, she was very aware of the costs and was always open with ways to save me money. What can I say, highly highly recommended. Never want to go through this again, but if I did, I wouldnt contact anyone else.

The Worden Law Firm has the best turn around ever!!! My husband and I had a situation to where we needed a lawyer quick to help us out with a case that he has to get his daughter back. My husband spent hours trying to find a lawyer and left multiple voicemails for multiple lawyers and the only one that has stuck with me is JESSICA!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! She called us back with in a couple of hours. She was extremely friendly and ready to get down to business with helping my husband. She took a look at my husbands case and within the same hour called us back with next steps on how to proceed!!! Unfortunately we couldnt have her as our lawyer due to the case location but that didnt stop her from helping us. She took the time to email instructions on how to proceed with the case our selves and referred us to another great attorney as well as filled him in on the case. SHE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!! I have postponed writing this for far too long. After all, How could I rate Superman? Attorney Jessica Worden is my super hero. Within weeks of working with her, attorney Worden had made more progress than the years spent by preceding multitude of attorneys. She enters the room with a presence acknowledging everyone. She is direct, straight to the point with a smile. She can read people and is friendly/ cordial with everyone. She laid out the path for resolution and what she needed from me. Her communicate is clear and she is available when I need her. She gave me options and guidance so that I could do more which helped me to manage the cost and allowed her to focus on the strategic plan.
