The team was supper helpful. Joe(?) masterfully sought out a book with very little hep from myself. The team went above and beyond, looking up the cord I needed to make sure I got something that work and not blow my stuff up. The were amazing and saved me so much time while being kind and friendly.

The Store Manager of this establishment is NOT a Good person. Been here a few times to buy and trade items. Always had a good experience until I encountered the Store Manager. I was dealing with an employee as I had brought in roughly seven new items to trade for older items FX Game Exchange had in their Temple location. Employee informed me I would receive more for my items by receiving in store credit / trade in compared to Cash out which is understandable. After waiting around for roughly one hour the employee called me to the desk to let me know how much in store credit I was going to receive for the seven items. She gave me a total amount I felt was very low. I asked her if she could break it down per item as she told me she would be able to do for me prior to taking the seven items to the back to research prices. Once she began breaking the prices down by each item I noticed the total amount she quoted me was way less than the amount they came up with per item??? Meaning they STILL tried to undercut me with the total amount they figured each item was worth towards store credit. For example lets say the total amount was $100 in store credit they offered me $55.00. When I asked Why this was the case. Heres when the Store Manager Ive never met before nor did he introduce himself to me prior to this insulting experience shouted to an employee by the entrance, Go ahead and shut off the lights...because that is what he is asking me to do! Excuse Me Sir....Well that was very rude and unprofessional of you. There were several other customers in the store at this time. Not only did I look confused but so did the other customers and The Store Managers employees. Im assuming The Store Manager is used to talking to his employees and possibly other customers in this rude and unprofessional manner and they tuck their tails in between their legs and stay quiet for their jobs sakes. Not I. When you poke this Lion this Lion will Rooooaaarrr! So of course I had some choice words for the Owner who got his feelings hurt and decided to call the Police to have me trespassed from this business location. What a Loser!!! I would not do business with the Store Manager!!!

DO NOT BUY POKEMON CARDS HERE! Their Pokemon cards are massively overpriced. Go on TCGplayer and price check any card there before buying it, they have a PSA 8.5 Unlimited Sabrinas Jinx listed for $25 when you can buy a 1st Edition Near Mint Sabrinas Jinx on TCGplayer for $6! Otherwise, the store is good for vintage nerdy stuff.

Wish I could give zero stars Tried to return an 8 dollar game and was given a lot of grief of it I was given an Xbox one and am not a gamer and was excited to get into the hobby but mistakenly bought an Xbox game that would not work and wanted to exchange said game to get one that would It was an honest mistake and could have been resolved cordially but the store worker gave me a hard time will never patronize this establishment again

This was a super cool surprise to walk into. I definitely recommend this place if you re looking for things that time forgot, hard to find treasures, or unique collections. There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy, nerd and non-nerd items abound. I come here from time to time. It never seizes to amaze me how much inventory they go through. Theres always some different games systems or collectibles. Nick is very helpful and so is most of the staff. There are items that surely can be a little bit pricey but overall they are very competitive. One of the best shops in the entire Central area in my opinion.

Really good place to go if you want good game merch, records, games, inexpensive consoles, or POP! figures. I absolutely love coming here, and the selection is always super huge. Last time I was here, I got a game called Rime that was insanely well done and really high quality and, since it was used, priced at only nineteen dollars. Im definitely recommending this store if you happen to be in the Temple-Belton area.

I m giving it 3 stars only because they did have some cool stuff and most of the prices were pretty reasonable but the customer service from the kids that were working there I didn t care for I asked that blonde kid about some things and he was pretty snooty about it and felt he needed to cut me off mid question to tell me it s not for sale then proceeded to tell me he will call his boss to ask him and never mentioned it again the other kid stared my wife down while she was looking at keychains and made it as obvious as he could which made her feel uncomfortable so I didn t buy anything simply because they didn t seem too interested in my money but rather making inside jokes to themselves in front of me so yea i was ready to drop well over a grand in the store and walked out with nothing because the customer service sucked

Used to go here for nes games, but their selection is more limited and their prices keep going up. Also, they arent the best place to go if you want to sell vintage gaming items you dont want anymore (extreme lowball offers). I have visited this store many times and had nothing but good interactions with the employees. On Thursday December 16th I had planned to go run in real quick and by multiple packs of the bundled pokemon cards and if they still had it a winter soldier shield. When I walked into the store I went straight for the pokemon cards and started looking. Within 3 seconds of getting to the counter a guy asked if I was ready to check out. I didnt recognize that he was talking to me because there was also a guy and his kid right behind me that seemed like they were done shopping. The employee then in a snarky tone said something along the lines of oh ok I wasnt talking to you any way thats when I looked up to see if he was talking to me or the guy and his kid. The employee then said again in a rude snarky tone yeah I was talking to you as he walked away but dont worry about its cool. Because of that one employees attitude you lost at a minimum $60 in sales that day and who knows how much in the future. Edit: I spoke with the owner/manager shortly after this post. He assured me that the situation was rectified and apologized. I have since been back twice and even though I didnt buy anything I was treated 100% better. It sucks I had 1 negative interaction but I strongly believe that is not the norm at this very unique store.

I can t say enough about Mani at FX Games. He s their in house console guru. A few months ago my PS5 died. Immediately I suspected the power supply. I called around several places and couldn t find anyone that worked on PS5 s. Finally someone recommended FX Games. I met with Mani and he explained because of the chip shortages and rarity of used PS5 parts he may not be able to fix it. But after a month of searching he finally found a power supply, in China. He ordered it and installed it and my console works like new. He never gave up the search and certainly fulfilled my needs as a customer. I couldn t recommend anyone of any place better for console repair, if you have a need in that area FX Games is the place to go.

In the past I had avoided this store thinking the prices were higher. But I recently decided to give them another chance after I heard Nic from a different game store actually started working there. And I could not feel sillier than to think that I avoided such a fantastic retro store in my area. Every experience Ive had in this store since has been nothing but phenomenal. When I bring my son the staff is nothing but amazing with him. Finding toys they know he might like, or just interacting with him in a fun way. This store is worth checking out if youre in the area. And the its definitely worth taking a second look if you have a mixed opinion for whatever reason. From the guys working the floor to the owner Daniel, everyone here wants you to have a good experience and will treat you fairly. Daniels trade in prices are more than fair. You just have to remember that he cant give you retail pricing. Its a business after all haha. All in all, keep up the great work guys.

This is one of the greatest places in TEXAS .when I walk in here I feel like that fat kid at Willy Wonkas chocolate factory .. full of joy and hungry for more . Really good people , its a positive environment ! They held my PS4 for over a year and never sold it , and kept in contact with me to see when I was gonna be able to pick it up . I thought that was superb of them! I recommend this place if u need a console repaired

These are the kind of shops in malls I never thought Id see again so it was a welcome surprise when I browsed this place and found several games and collectibles alike from NECA and beyond as far as the eye can see to where the experience was an overwhelming rush of joy. Take my word and pay this store a visit sometime as this guy will definitely be coming back someday.

Wow!! This place has it ALL!! You could easily spend hours in here with all the merch they have. From comics, to toys, vinyl, eclectic literature, signed merch, oodles of Legos, old school gaming systems & games, trading cards (of all sorts), miniatures, horror paraphernalia, figurines, & and my favorite . . .SO MUCH Star Wars Thank you again for my new favorite addition

This store is a gamers paradise. Everything is reasonably priced with an inventory that ranges from video games, to records. Video games from the 1st generation Gameboy to playstation 4 and all the systems in between can be found here. Action figures, pokemon cards, comic books, guitar hero guitars, oculus VR headset, portable DVD players, the list truly goes on. The staff is VERY helpful and seem to have organized the store very well. There is a lot of stuff laying everywhere on shelves, but its put together well and appears to have a place. Its definitely a store you need to take a look at. Its a step up from your Game Exchange.

Awesome store and awesome staff working there. I try to stop in whenever I m in Temple (live in Killeen), and usually find a gem or 2. I like that there s a pretty good mix of toys (modern and vintage), comics, video games, and other collectibles.

The owner and employees of this store are amazing.
