Twice Ive been thru the drive thru for breakfast tacos and both times my order was wrong. Potato Rancheros with bean and bacon...received bean and cheese with potatoes. Egg a la mexicana with bacon and cheese....received egg and bacon. Not sure I will be back.

We met some family here for lunch recently while they were visiting from out of town . There were about 13 of us, most of them kids, and the server was great. He keep up with us and was full of humor and super helpful. The whole place was pretty full but we never felt forgotten. All of the food was delicious, nobody had any complaints. I especially liked the QuesaBirria! So yummy! I ve been craving it since we went and will definitely be back when I m in the area again.

Well the food was great but I just didnt like their tortillas.. I called in the order and i got new person..I had to repeat my order like 8 times which I didnt mind I get it.. she told me it was her first day.. So I was careful and slow and and the ONE taco I repeated more then the rest not complicated taco at all..MIGAS A LA MEXICANA WITH NO EGG WITH REFRIED BEANS.. She got it wrong.. Im from out of town and I hear great things about this place so other than the wrong taco and the new girl.. It was ok place... suggestion put the new girl on weekdays and not on weekends when its packed.. Thats the only reason Im giving this place a 3 today.. food was great and the Lady at drive thru.. Loved her.. Super friendly nice and funny.

Didn t like the tortillas, so the breakfast tacos we got, we did not like them. The birria tacos were good. **Notice all the little fees they charge For onions & cilantro they charged us .40 cents each per taco. And didn t tell us when we ordered the food that was extra even though our server recommended it. **Then a random service charge of 3% , (this was not a to go order) **plus 3% for credit card! Again they didn t say anything about the card charge, I would have paid cash. And not got cilantro & onions. I would have given this place 3 stars for their food but had to only give 2 because it was not worth the little fees.

Not my cup of tea. Salsa was really good not too spicy but chips was not made there but from store. Birria had cheese in it witch I didnt like, and flavor was not that strong. Asada taco so so....I mean u dont need to be expert to make meat bu also it come only with onion and cilantro. Also Birria was very grisy . Jamaica was to deluded with water. Really small place and crowded. Service was polite and fast. Still no change, there is one burrito with cheetos do not order...

Im blown away by this place! Authentic vibe, delicious food, and friendly staff. Went there yesterday for a late breakfast. I got two barbacoa tacos that were very big (probably half a pound of barbacoa each) and my mother got eggs Mexicana, which probably had four or five eggs, potatoes, and beans. The beans tasted like they were made with lard and they SMACKED. So incredible good. My barbacoa was clean, all meat, and not at all greasy. The tortillas were thick, supple, and delicious with copious amounts of onion and cilantro offered on the side. Our server was the nicest guy (dont recall his name), but had a lot of tattoos, knew everything about the menu, was extremely kind and attentive, and just clearly cared about what he was doing and the food the place was putting out. If anyone in management is there, THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE. Ill definitely be back. I might have to starve myself to work myself up to a Kona burrito. Ill definitely be back!

Theres not enough stars here for a fair review! Everyones friendly, courteous, and helpful with menu items. Theres a welcoming atmosphere and the restaurant is clean and cozy. But the main part, the food, is slap your mama good! (Sorry, mom) The owner, Johnny, was very helpful explaining some of the unique menu items like their flaming guano (delicious bkfst taco with, of all things, FLAMING CHEETOS on it! Hey, dont knock it, I dont like flaming cheetos, but this taco ROCKS!) Everything weve tried here has been on point. Prices are good and portions are large. Got Salmonella poisoning the first time I ever ate there. Ordered two chicken fajita tacos for $9.75, took them 42 minutes just to get them to me to come to find out they did not add the onion the bell pepper or any other seasonings did not even put hot sauce in the bag. But that was the least of my worries 6 hours later I had the most nauseating stomach cramps vomiting and diarrhea occurred later. And this occurred 1/23/23.

If you are looking for a small mom and pop type place this is for you. If youre looking for upscale, overpriced dining this isnt the place. The carne guisada is muy delicious. The barbacoa is outstanding and the tortillas are fresh and fluffy like your abuela made them. The barbacoa was not greasy or fatty. It was just really good. Me and the wife were craving some mexican food and stopped in on a trip back from San Antonio, and so glad we did. Our waitress I believe her name was Monica was one of the most amazing, hardworking, sweetest little lady we have ever meet. The place was busy, but she kept up with all the orders with the warmest smile on her face. I ordered the Quesabirria and it had to be some of the best birria I have ever had. We went to many nice and fancy restaurants on our trip, but this place stands out from all of them and the most memorable of our trip, we well forsure be going back in the future. The Birria tacos were phenomenal! Ive never tasted charro beans that were so divine. And the rice was cooked to perfection. Lets not forget about the Michelada (not pictured), a perfect mix of beer and spices. Food was ordered and brought out promptly by Moses, who also took the time to connect with us and recommend some menu items, as well as check in with us periodically. The food also stayed HOT the ENTIRE time we were seated, yes all four tacos remained hot! Service received from the staff was first-rate! Mariah was cashier and took the time to connect with us, leading to a customer service experience that I can talk about over and over again. ...so I came across NB Tortilleria in a Texas Monthly article (it was either the Texas Taco Trail or Tacopedia articles) and it specifically named the Birria tacos...and I gotta tell ya, they werent lying!! As a native Texan and extensive Mexico traveller, these were some of the finest Birria tacos had! On several occasions I have gone to this place and on several different occasions , something from my order is ALWAYS missing , I pay a lot of hard earned money just to always have something missing, I went Wednesday morning bought a pork chop plate and a few tacos, my tortillas were missing as always the pork chop was undercooked and tough as leather I was very specific that I wanted flour tortillas with my order and even after being specific , things were still missing . Have had their menudo to and it was old and horrible and bland. When I called to make then aware of the problem I was told well I can offer you a discount for next time, he ll with that what ever happened to making the order right. I was so disappointed and had lost my appetite that I left the stupid plate there on the stove and there it remains. I can t stand a place that is constantly forgetting something or another, the establishment should be the ones that double check the order to make sure it s correct, especially with inflation and gas being so high right now. Probably will not be returning to this place.

Breakfast burritos were good. I bought a couple dozen tortillas and they were also good. Friendly staff. They call the burritos tacos and fold them weird but they were good.
