I really like going there, the place is cozy, the only thing I dont like is that they play a lot of Mexican music, and Latinos of all nationalities go there, Im Cuban, and I do have a good time but I would like them to play a salsa, bachata and another variety of music. But for me it is the best place to dance and have a good time.

The hospitality started with a attempt of forced sale of a bottle of liquor cause we tried to have a sit at a shaky, poorly cleaned (not VIP) table; We did not buy into then it turned out that we can agree on a $100 minimum consumption and we can use the table Since the liquor sale is only in bottles (no shots) we had to drink only the watered down popsicle juices called cocktails , till we realize that the neighbor tables dinks only beer ( of corse Nothing was mentioned about beer in the menu, not even heard from the waitress! ) Drinks are served when the waitress decide to do and not when you order. Dont be surprised if you are charged for what you didnt consume. The instantaneous payment of the receipt is very important for the waitress; the attempt to read the details and save the receipt leaded to a profound change in her facial expression.

La Chula has an atmosphere that I love, starting with the DJ, I love how that guy plays, the waitresses have excellent service and I know the tension they have because I work there, so be considerate because they do the best for your service. , the ones at the bar starting with Elio who prepares the best drinks in the whole world God, that guy really knows how to pamper and the girl with the Ailet shots is the best, very fun, she encourages drinking , the cleanliness is super good and I know why , its actually one of the best clubs in Midland and Odessa,

So dumb you must buy a bottle to sit down then they charge $60 in gratitude for serving you only the first round of mix drinks, if you pay in card they ad $20 for the fees or in cash they act dumb like they don t have change so they can keep it, we got a bottle of casa Migos and one redbull and squirt and mineral water they said it would be $280 came out to $374 with card or with cash $350 stay away from this place!!! And it was my first time here from Dallas

Be careful with the waitresses when you grab a table with a bottle, the girl Cristina alone without telling us charged us a tip of $50 and also took our bottle from the table that was still full when we were dancing. Be careful with the bartender when you get a table with a bottle. We when on 09/03 and Cristina was our bartender at the table. She charged herself a tip of &50 without telling us plus she took our bottle half full from the table while we were dancing. Dont trust the table service!!!!!!

Cover charge was $15 I get it we paid it. It was dead at 10:30 pm. We sit down at an empty table the waitress said we could sit there without bottle service. Another waitress comes by and says we can t sit there unless we buy a bottle. I looked around and all the other people sitting down on the tables did not have bottles. Just regular drinks. I was so annoyed and me and my friends left the place. So not worth it!

This place is trash, they overcharged us and when we paid the bill waitress said we didn t pay it, our bill was way higher than what we consumed. They were not able to show us the entire bill and the waitresses are very rude. This place is not it. Don t pay for a VIP they charge you just for the table and people are coming and going through you re table and standing in your space all night. Also DJ was repeating the same songs all night, not good at all.

Yesterday we visited the place for the first time, it looks very nice, it is pleasant, cozy but they must have a variety of music and more up-to-date, in a disco you go to dance, not sit down or just jump, in my case I am Cuban and they dont play any salsa they dont play bachata and even the music for Mexicans that they like to dance and so you can learn, they dont play it either, but we had a good time and the guys who served us at the bar on the right when we entered They were very friendly and the girls too

Way too overpriced and way too crowded. We came out with a ridiculous bill (which we knew we did not consume that much) when we inquired about the prices of things we were told that all we had to do was pay for the bottle, service & taxes, and when we inquired about the bottle price one of the waitresses that was close by said if you don t have money to spend, why even come out . We loved coming here when it was the Ox but La Chula is definitely not it.

Get there before 12 after that they cram as many people as they can and you can t even move to go to the bathroom or dance. Fire hazard for sure. Good music good bartenders and servers just too small for all the people they be letting in. You can pay for a table but you will still have people standing right next to you at your table.

TRASHHHH!!!!! I was not going to pay $300 for a table and the cheapest bottle was bucanas and I was not going to sip on that hardcore shhhh all night .. One star course they gave us back our entry fee . Save y all s money and go somewhere else .. sorry to say but this business is not going to work if they continue to do this .. sorry not sorry

This place is a scam all throughout. Paid a cover to get into the bar (which was dead and had no one in it), once we got into the bar we sat at a regular table and the server came up saying we had to buy a bottle to sit at a regular table (not vip just a regular 4 seater table), looked over the list of drinks and everything was $250-$500 for a regular bottle. They walked around with a platter of shots that were 2 for $20. Shots looked like watered down popsicle juice. Drinks are over priced even for the area. All in all this place is a scam.

We got a table for over $350 for the night and when we went to dance they sold the table to someone else. When we complained they got security saying we had not paid. We got to stay at the table when we showed them proof and made the other people move. On our way out security and the owner where waiting for us saying we hadn t paid again. We explained what happened and the owner said he would comp me next time I go but didn t bother to get my name or anything.

We reserved a table one day before, when we arrived everything was good, but we paid almost 400 dlls because we bought a tequila bottle. Our waitress said I need to pay my bill including the taxes and service fee. I paid and we went to dance, when I returned, they sold my table to someone else and they took my service, I complained and they came with the security because supposedly I didnt pay. I told the waitress and she was mad and she ignored me. The manager ordered to give us the table and my bottle again but, when we went to the restroom someone else was in our table, When we were leaving, the security stopped us again because the service that supposed I didnt pay. We had to explain everything again but thats very irritating and made us to feel that we were guilty that for something we didnt not do.
