Gloria was fantastic at handling my divorce. Her rates are better than anyone else. She even called me, to keep me up to date. And we didn t even need to go to court. It was all done by her filing efile.

Very unprofessional and unprepared EVERY time I called. Requested information on the first call and I tried to ignore her attitude multiple times while HAVING the information the second time I called. I needed to set up an appointment. It should not take more than 2 weeks/3+ calls to set up an appointment. She answers the call like it aint a business giving so much attitude before we can even give any names. EVERY time I called she always had an excuse for not taking my information or setting up an appointment and never called back. Worst experience ever. The area needs to improve as it is. No time to deal with law firms like this. On top of that, she keeps texting me to continue some sort of point with no remorse after saying Not interested. I come to you as a client dealing with a life event. I cannot confide in you in this business manner. Keep that in mind.

She answered and said she was busy with another client. She told me to call back at the same time the next day. I did, and she said she was busy and hung up on me. Guess I will find someone else.

Gloria Yates is one good attorney. She assisted us in a demand letter for payment for my husband. The letter worked and we got results we appreciate her work and how she handled it with care and very detailed information that we needed to gather for our demand. I highly recommend Gloria for her work.

Ms. Early responded to my first call quickly, even though she was out of the office. She gave me some initial suggestions for gathering information important to the situation. When I called back after the weekend, she provided the remaining information I needed to move forward, including the courts where I could check records and code citations pertinent to the case. She was very helpful, even though my legal service plan did not cover her pursuing the matter to a conclusion. Shes very service oriented, a rarity these days!

I have never experienced anything quite like trying to speak to or work with Gloria. She doesnt seem to remember what she is saying or doing from one moment to the next. You have to explain the same thing over and over. You have to remind her what she just said 10 seconds previously. She is highly irritable. When she realizes a mistake, like when she claimed I never gave her a document that was sitting in front of her, she starts shouting ad hominem attacks. I dont typically get uncomfortable in awkward situations, but I found myself hoping there was a camera on us as she followed me out of her office screaming.

Gloria helped me through the entire process of divorce. She saw me on the weekend when nobody else would. Worked on my case countless hours even meet with me after hours so i wouldnt miss work. She is very nice and very dedicated to her clients. I would recommend her and i have recommended here several times and will keep recommending her.
