Called Dallas Pool Company and was immediately greeted by Nancy. Had to move my pool table from one location to another, which required breaking down and setting back up. The crew was super fast and did an excellent job putting the table back together. Top notch everything and will call again should I need their services.

Nancy answered the phone on memorial day (I honestly forgot what day it was). She set up the move for the next day, they showed up to get the table on time (there was a time window) and was at my house way earlier than expected. The movers were total pros set it up fast answered any questions I had and did a great job. Well worth the money for the move and new felt.

Outstanding! Called on a Thursday to get a 9 Brunswick antique table assembled and had an appointment that Saturday! Crew arrived promptly at 1000 and stayed 3 1/2 hours to complete the project. Table was perfectly assembled, leveled and each piece carefully fitted into proper configuration. I highly recommend Dallas Pool table as a top notch assembly company at a great price - the best around town!

We had Dallas Pool Table move a pool table to our house and it was damaged upon install. This pool table has been moved twice by Dallas Pool Table, all within our family. We were told that all moving damage is documented prior to a move and that they are insured. No damage was documented after the first relocation of this pool table. After the second and most recent relocation, we noticed significant damage after drilling. I took a picture of this and had called this company s manager and showed her the picture. I told her that after this move, their guys had damaged our pool table because there was no history of damage occurring after the initial move. She asked the movers about this and they took no responsibility. Nancy, the manager, did nothing to make this situation better and even began arguing with us. This company has accepted zero responsibility for this damage and has even stated that the damage that was done didn t affect the performance of the table! That was their statement! Any damage should be considered significant! I also asked if her company was part of the BBB and she discourteously shouted for me to find out myself. Do NOT use this company if you want to do business with an ethical and moral company!!!!! They lack the sensitivity, ethicality, and professionalism that a paying customer expects. To put this in perspective: 1. We paid $375 for this relocation 2. Now have a damaged pool table 3. And have not been compensated for a broken pool table...all while this company is insured. Disclaimer: zero stars was not an option.

If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely go that route! DO NOT trust them with your pool table!!!! They damaged our pool table when they moved it and did not assume responsibility for this. I called Nancy to have this rectified and she was very argumentative and did not even apologize, much less take accountability for this. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience!!!!

I went here for a billiards kit (cue sticks, ballad, etc). Excellent customer service. They really go above and beyond to make sure you find exactly what you re looking for. AND prices that were on par with Amazon but professional quality. Highly recommend.

Dallas Pool Table was prompt to my appointment, and moved and assembled my table with great care. The new felt was applied very professionally! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new pool table, or work on one you already have.

After waiting over a month for Nebraska Furniture to deliver our pool table we decided to cancel after many delays and go with Dallas Pool Tables. We purchased yesterday and were able to get delivery and installation today (Sunday). Highly recommend.

This is the second time Ive used Dallas pool table to move my pool table . Both times from the first person I talked to (Nancy) to the end with Tony and his crew the experience was absolutely flawless. Nancy was very informative and knowledgeable about the type of pool table I have and informed me of exactly what to expect when the guys showed up. Tony and his crew were very careful and precise during disassembly and reassembling the table down the the smallest detail . Ill recommend Dallas pool table to anyone that wants people that really care about quality customers service and absolute precision work from start to finish . Nancy answered when I called , told me to speak to Josh when I arrived within a hour of our convo. Josh was so helpful , patient and cool. Didn t try the high sales pitch nor was he pushy! He was able to get the table I wanted, in the color I wanted, and the legs I wanted after I left the store and came back 2 hours later ( to compare to competitors ) I was able to get my table installed the next day!!!!!( Sunday am) then Tony and crew arrived on time , very professional and installed my all black Houston table in about 2 hours. Not a scratch on a wall, Knick on the floor , or a second wasted ! I highly recommend Dallas pool Tables for anyone trying to set the game room off! I don t usually do reviews as I m very particular as a customer but I am completely satisfied and decided to show love. Nancy, Josh , and Tony you rock!

If you live in Dallas or near by, I highly recommend Dallas Pool Table. My family an I bought the 8ft Philly table and it was delivered and installed today 12/19/2019. Here is why you should go with them. All questions and concerns you may have before doing business with them will be handled by Nancy, who responds very quick and is nice to work with. your invoice will be sent out using software that also keeps you updated on when your table is expected to be delivered and installed and by who. In our experience Tony an Ken came to install our table and did an outstanding job. Go look at the other tables and then compare it to Dallas pool tables, the difference youll find is in price and not quality. Our table was purchased as a surprise for my family in Texas. I live in California and could not be happier with the confidence Kenric and Nancy helped me have during this process. Again I am also very happy with how well Tony and Ken worked to put our table together. Thank you Dallas Pool Table!

We looked for quite some time online at different stores and pool tables before finding Dallas Pool Table. They had a great selection online and at some of the best prices in town! We really liked the classic look of the Dallas Pool Table and I called and talked to Nancy about what tables they had in stock. Not only did they have quite the selection in store, (both style and color) Nancy made it so easy for me that we were able to purchase our table over the phone with great confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The table arrived a few days later and the install crew was top notch! Not only did they do a clean, efficient, and professional job installing the table, they were a fun bunch to be around and gave us pointers and suggestions on where to put the table in our game room. We figured dead center would be ideal, but they suggested off to one side with ample play room as well as allowing a greater walking path and seating area. I never would have thought of that and it ended up in the perfect spot! Everything was as specified and the customer service at Dallas Pool Table is something most stores are lacking - great job and thanks for making our game room complete!
