Normally, everything is superb, put today want subpar. Not sure if it was because it was lunch or what . I normally go during dinner so that could be it. 1st , the server/ bartender was perfect. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Now, the food ..... the fried orka has changed drastically and was stringy and because theyre cut long ways now, they were limp, never ordering those again. The steak was supposed be med-rare and part of it was and was tender, the other part was definitely medium and tough. I normally enjoy getting the Longhorn, but not sure anymore since it wasnt cooked the same throughout. The fries were perfect as always and the server, she made up for the ok meal by taking care of my strawberry shortcake since I didnt want the sundae for my birthday. Ill be back, but Ill be weary .

Only minor complaint is the Crispy Chicken Bites are $4 higher in Texas than Florida but you do get a larger serving, not great when dining alone. Overate again but food is great.

Today was a disappointment. I normally come to this location when I arrive to Houston straight from the airport. Im always excited to order their outlaw Ribeye. I always sit at the bar because I typically dine there alone. Today, I was greated promptly however the service nor the food quality was what Im accustomed to at this restaurant. The bar has been set so high and today it was awful because I know how good the food and service normally is. I sat at the bar top where Amanda was my server/bartender. Unfortunately she did not pay close attention to the small details. I ordered a margarita when I first sat down, she rang it in but never made it or brought it to me. My food came out and my steak was over cooked. I ordered it medium rare but it came out medium with hardly no seasoning unfortunately. I was waiting for Amanda to ask how was everything tasting, but unfortunately she never checked back on me. I was also going to ask for my margarita then but she never came back to me. She just kept serving everyone else around but me. Please keep in mind the bar was not busy whatsoever. I think she was just doing way to much with the Togo orders to where she couldnt focus on her guest that was dining in. When it was time to pay I asked her to remove the margarita and she did, but I ordered it because I wanted it. She STILL didnt try to make it better and just make the drink. She just voided it off and kept it moving.. Im not the type to call the manger over or complain, but I will leave a review. Ive worked in hospitality and I know mistakes are bound to happen but I would ALWAYS make the situation better and at least still offer whatever the customer ordered then still voided it because it was my mistake. Over all it was it was just a huge disappointment today. I will not be dining at this location anymore.

Today, I had the pleasure of Amanda being my server. She was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. She also gave great recommendations. Amanda makes it easy for someone to take the time out of their day, and post a review as such. Lastly, I noticed thag she was very interactive with the guest that were seated before me. Amanda please continue providing the customers with your excellent customer skills. I will definitely return to this location and put in a request for her to be my server. Kid-friendliness: There were kids present while I was there.

Great food and service, as usual! The Wild West Shrimp is always our go-to starter, and once again, it didnt disappoint. The 9 oz Parmesan Crusted Chicken was tender and perfectly cheesy, and the side of crispy okra was cooked just right. Its always hard to find okra thats crispy enough for my liking, but Longhorn always seems to get it right! My husband seemed to really enjoy his medium rare Ribeye steak, as there wasnt a single morsel left, and my daughter had no complaints about the chicken tenders with fries. Weve been visiting this location for years, and I dont recall ever having a bad experience. Well definitely be back!

A great visit. Just as expected from a longhorn steakhouse. The food was good, service could have been a touch better to feel even more cared about but it wasnt bad. Probably the worst service weve had in a long time. The waitress took 10 minutes to come to the table, had a very unpleasant attitude, and then only came back at the end when we needed our check. We had to ask the food runner for drink refills, bread, and condiments. This was despite our server only having one other table of two people and the restaurant being mostly empty at that time.

Ive been eating at this restaurant for a few years and Im always impressed with the quality of the food. A few months ago I had the privilege of having Christina as my waitress for the first time. Shes waited on my table a few times since then and is always fantastic! I am very picky when it cones to restaurants and Long Horn is my all-time favorite when it comes to steak. We had ribeye that melted in your mouth with sweet potatoand broccoli. Absolute worst manager ever encountered. Children jumping up and down on seats and tables screaming to the top of their lungs and the manager wouldnt even ask the parents to please try and keep it to a normal kid level. He just said its not his place to tell a parent how to raise their kids. Several people walked out. Manager acted offended that I asked him to please ask the parents if they could understand others around them. We will not be back.

This is a good place to get a decent steak. I had the Flo s Filet with the 4oz lobster tail. The steak was okay. It was a little tough to cut into yet was tender after the bite. It was lightly seasoned and had a good crust. This isn t a top tier steakhouse so for the price, it was a decent steak. The lobster tail was a bit tough, even with the butter. I don t know why garlic butter wasn t an option, but I digress. Service was exceptional and our waitress was amazing. The Perfect Margarita was delicious as well. Overall, it was a good experience. Try this place out.

Recommended, if you want to go to a steak house this is the one, and I have been to many branches and in all of them the food is delicious, and you will not be disappointed, the prices are reasonable, with other places normal for a Steak house . If you havent been yet, I recommend it, it can be family-friendly, something romantic, to take your girl and surprise her...
