They should probably train their employees to greet people when they walk in. I came in and walked up to the counter and was boldly ignored by all three employees. I get it, they are busy making smoothies for people that ordered online. But here s the thing. I ordered online, and I could be out of your hair if someone hadn t ignored me and asked, or greeted me so I could tell them what I m there to get. So I take a seat because I don t want to be rude, and wait. 3-4 people get there order before me. One customer even turned to me and said you must have ordered something complicated . Because she saw how long I had been waiting. It wasn t. It was a smoothie bowl in the freezer just sitting there waiting for its rightful owner lol. The bowl was good, the establishment is clean, but that really deterred me from visiting this location again. I even tipped generously online.

Seriously the best employees I have ever seen! I order from here almost daily and mentioned that I had surgery and asked if someone could bring my smoothie to my car. I got home and realized this sweet note on my cup. This team goes above and beyond every time. So thankful to have found a smoothie king that truly cares for their customers. Thank you!!!!!!

We always stop at Smoothie King after our chiropractor appointments, and today solidified why I will continue to go there. The customer service is always top notch there from everyone! While in there today after our appointment, my family ordered smoothies and someone else took them as their own. When my husband went to ask the staff if they saw it as well, they did and immediately started making our order again! (No one can control grown adults actions) My husband did confront the woman outside asking why she took an order that wasn t hers and she couldn t give him an answer. Courtney (hopefully it s spelled correctly) quickly remade our order and it was ready in no time! She apologized for the situation that just occurred, and gave us our smoothies. Thank you, as always to the staff at Smoothie King!

So, I dont typically write reviews but SK @ Westpointe Village needs some serious stars. The triplets are amazing and watchout, they may shock you when you are not expecting it..really though, I call and they can recite my order over the telephone before I let them know who I am. Service is always great and the smoothies are awesome! Thanks yall, I appreciate it - Steve

A solid ok. First time in, everyone behind the counter (5), avg age probably late high school, looked very busy despite 1 other customer in store. No one said hi or greeted us as we stood at the register until I finally spoke up to ask if I was in the right spot to order. After that things improved. She responded promptly, answered questions, and her suggestion of the Greek Yogurt with Mango, papaya etc was quite good. First impressions stick though. Ill probably try Tropical Fruit Smoothie across the street next.

I m so disappointed, I go to smoothie king every week love the smoothies omg . I just moved from Houston to this area and this is the closest one for me and it s always a 17 to 20 minute drive. This is the second time I go to this location and the kids working there have such a long face they don t say hello they don t suggest the cup or let me know specials / deals. Both time the cup is not full and I always purchase more than one smoothie. Today at 5:30 I decided to still tip the kid to see if he will smile and maybe fill the cup, instead of throwing it away but same thing .

My first time here and I did my research before i came to see if they offered low carb/low sugar options and they do, but they had so many different types of coffee smoothies on the menu that I forgot the name that was low sugar. I asked the staff which one is the coffee smoothie with the least sugar and they recommend the Coffee high protein almond mocha. I read reviews on how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was so I trusted them and ordered. Only to find out, I had consumed 34 grams or sugar in a small!! Completely ruined my diet. Why would they suggest the hight protein when they have a keto coffee smoothie with less than 1 gram of sugar??? Its ok for new staff not to always know what to recommend but DONT JUST GUESS!

Blends are always consistent. Curbside works like a charm, its quick and easy. Ive never waiting more than 2 minutes for the smoothie via curbside. Awesome staff.

My husband and I have frequented Smoothie King in Northwest Houston for many, many years, and were thrilled when New Braunfels opened the first one in the area! We love the variety of choices available, nutritional information, and the perks with having the Smoothie King app. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly at the NB location.
