When youre met with a legal problem and youre overwhelmed and do not understand the legalities, its a very scary time. Attorney Sanjay Biswas was referred to us and took our case and led us through the process and keeping us informed throughout. Cases going through the legal system can take months. I was worried at first being a court appointed lawyer sometimes you get what you pay for even with paid lawyer you cant always feel confident but with him we did. he some how got my bf case dismissed. My name is Jory. Sanjay i met through a co worker and he is super responsive, super nice and intelligent. Also really quick at settling a case! I asked him to do one thing and he did!! All i asked of him is to keep me out of jail so i can take care of my ill mother, he had the case settled in NO TIME!! He don t play around when it comes to his clients.. at all.. he got me a great plea deal at court and settled everything and was completely new to the case in less then 3 months. Before Sanjay, it was drug out court date after court date for over a year straight. When i hired Sanjay, he was really nice to me, extremely responsive to calls or text, and very honest. It felt like I ve known him my whole life, literally like a long time friend or even family member to be honest.. he was never late to a court date, we were in n out in 5-10 minutes tops. Wouldnt recommend to anyone he didnt do anything. He wouldnt talk to me about my case and didnt even show up to my actual court date. He never answered my calls didnt put any effort in trying to do anything for me so I got the 20 months probation for my first dwi. There are better lawyers out there that will actually try and help you unlike him. I feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck having him represent them. The only time I ever talked to him was when he was assigned my case. Ive had way better lawyers in the past and there are definitely way better lawyers who actually do their job. Dont waste your money or time with him

I cant express enough how amazing Mr. Biswas has been for my husband and I. He had 3 felonies and was facing 5 years in prison and Mr. Biswas got him probation all within 2 months from the date we hired him. Attorney Biswas is very prompt and exacting. I personally dealt with a matter involving my ex-wife. I won custody of my two children from her a little over six months ago. Since then, she has become bitter and resentful towards myself. At a recent child exchange, she became angry and physically abusive towards me in front of our children. She then called the police and made false claims regarding assault against me. I had to obtain a lawyer quickly due to my profession and the implications it could have. Attorney Biswas did not hesitate to review this sensitive matter promptly and represent me to the best of his abilities. He obtained all needed information and work diligently. I explained I wasnt guilty and what happened, attorney was court appointed, and explained that what he gets paid to handle my case is obsurd($300) He pressed me to plea guilty even with witnesses that wouldve backed my not guilty plea. Now im on 6 months differed probation for a crime I didnt commit. He spent as minimal time with my case as possible Very unsatisfied

The service I received from Sanjay was exceptional from the first time we spoke on the phone, all the way through the resolution of my case. He is very knowledgeable, was able to ease my stress with his calm yet serious demeanor, and provided support for my every need as far as my case from start to finish. He was quick to respond when I had a question, and was able to answer every single question I had throughly and accurately. As far as the results of my case, my number one concern was spending time in jail. Initially the court wanted to do a number of days that I was very concerned with as far as losing my job and being away from my family. Sanjay was able to reduce that number to the absolute state minimum amount of days and it was something I was able to work with very well.
