I ordered 2 meals and burger alone. Left out one of the burgers and went back and asked for fresh fries. Said they couldnt do that. I have other places give me fresh fries. Made the burger over. Wasnt hot. I was the one inconvenience. I feel thats how you get people to come back. Thats sad. Food

I gave this location many of chances to make my food right but every time I go its always at the cold or soggy youre charging $7 for a chicken sandwich or Whoppers and you want to sell it to the customer cold! chicken patty cold and dry Whopper meat Patty cold and dry day or night shift they I want to sell it to the customer like that that doesnt make no sense at all managers have been told employees have been told and no one seems to care because they keep doing the same thing!

Couldn t get the name of the lady, but whoever was in the drive through was very rude. We had to repeat everything 3 times screaming because she couldn t hear, and she was rude with the manner she talked, and kept asking if we were done ordering. We were talking to her about an addition to the order at the window (because she told us next window before we could finish ordering) and she slammed the door in my boyfriend s face without acknowledging us (this was after she already told us the total) She also shut the door as soon as she gave us our order and forgot all the sauce. 10:55pm

Earlier in the day we decided to go to Burger King. My son decided to order a burger and fries. We sat down and eat and he took a bite and then we he put it down he saw some nasty mold on the burger. The restrooms are very nasty too. They take forever on orders. I go often and they be having only 1 person in the front and a person in the back. Takes about 35 minutes for 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. Terrible place.

We was going to go to jack-in-the-Box across the street of Burger King but we love some King. As soon as we walked in we seen that the bathrooms was blocked off with yellow cones.We asked to use the bathroom and was told that they was not working. But we seen two employees go in them to use the restroom. We need to have better customer service.

My review is for DAngelo (I asked for his name). It was refreshing to witness someone that loves their job and is great at it. DAngelo was super kind and just had a great attitude and smile that really makes a person having a not so good day better. The world needs more people like that. He was working the drive-thru, front register and also was taking out the trash and we still felt like his only customers. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this BK.

You know I honestly dont know if it is the Burger Kings in this particular Mesquite area or if its just random occurrences but its been happening quite often where these Burger Kings in this area have been running out of things tonight during my experience Ive been at work since early this morning and I havent really eating that much today so I wanted to come by to grab something quick to eat and I get to the drive-thru window and they say they dont have fries or chicken nuggets this isnt the first time that this restaurant has been without something as simple as fries I go to take my order and the speaker goes blank after part of my order was taken so I had to drive forward to put in my order the individual at the window was kind but it just strikes me as odd that a fast food restaurant would run out of some of their main products such as chicken nuggets and fries

Dont come here thinking that the place is actually open 24 hours as advertised, because its not. I just spent 15 minutes idling in the drive through lane, after being told that they were closed but they they were still serving for Uber drivers, waiting for the car in front of me to leave so I could leave. This is after going to 2 other BK locations that also advertise as open 24 hours, and finding them closed. Im never going to a BK again, its not worth the trouble.

I went into the restaurant to place my order. And was helped quickly, the store was very dirty tables and floor were dirty the three employees upfront seemed very unorganized no one new how to make my chocolate shake.
