These girls are the best! They have TRANSFORMED my hair time and time again. I have thin hair and it looks horrible when I style but every time I come to BDH, I leave with hair so nice it looks like a wig! Try them out, and trust you ll leave looking like a whole new person

Not a big review girlie, but I have to give the girls at Blow Dry Haus a big kuddos! I have gotten my hair styled here on a number of occasions and by numerous employees, as the membership option works so great for me. Of most recent, Andie and Reann have done absolutely PERFECT in dealing with my crazy, frizzy, curly hair. They both do such a great job during every step of the process. Side Note - Reann was able to keep my unruly hair tamed and perfectly curled through a hot and humid outdoor concert by the river very recently. That s a huge win in my book and deserves all the praise

Hidden gem in New Braunfels! I love booking with Andie. She gives the BEST washes & is a pro at a blowout. I have difficult hair to work with & she knocks it out of the park every time. Also, the owner is a sweetheart & keeps the cute shop very clean!

Love this place. Has the cutest vibe and very relaxing. I ve gotten several blowouts here with Andie over the years. She always does a fantastic job and my curls last for days. Scalp massage is the best too!!

I ve now been twice and after the most recent time won t be going back. The first time was with a stylist no longer there and while the service wasn t overly friendly it was cordial enough and I liked my hair and was planning on returning. Most recently, I booked appointments for my sisters and mom prior to my sister s wedding as a base for our hair styles. We had two different stylists between the four of us, and I had told them the occasion was my sister s wedding when booking (and again upon arrival). Me and the brides stylist was not friendly at all (no questions about the wedding, friendly conversation, or anything). I specifically asked for the round brush blowout with no hot tools (just wanted the blowout look) and she used a curling iron on the bottom half of my hair, and didn t let me face the mirror to be able to course correct until she was finished. My hair was flat on top and curls in different directions and sizes on the mid-bottoms. I ended up washing it and redoing it when I got home. Also, at one point I turned my head to hear my sister better and instead of asking me to face forward she physically jerked my head back (same thing happened to my sister later). Disappointed in the quality and service levels.

For starters, the shop is so cute! I needed a last minute blow out for family photos and they were able to get me booked that day. My stylist showed me multiple options to choose from and helped me decide on the best option for me. I took her advice and my hair was gorgeous! I was so happy with the results. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back again. Great customer service and work. Thank you so much! Side note: it was hot and humid that evening so the stylist had me leave the salon with tighter curls. She instructed me to do a light comb through with my fingers when I got to my photo session. The waves stayed and it was exactly the look I was going for.

I really was hoping to like this blow dry bar, and am so sad I had a disappointing experience - scheduled my mom and I to have our hair washed and styled before my college graduation. My hair was curled nicely when leaving the salon, but maybe only 2 hours later my curls had fallen. The curls were barely there and my hair was f l a t. I didnt have time to do anything about it since I had to go to my graduation. My mom, on the other hand, had to recurl her hair since the same had happened to her. By the time I was at my graduation ceremony my hair was even straighter and I planned to call to ask if they could recurl my hair the next day since I was having a graduation party, or at least do something to fix this unfortunate experience. I called the next morning, the girl who answered just said theres nothing she can do, but that shed have the manager reach out. The owner, Kendra, only sent a text message telling me shes sorry, that the weather was bad, and that I had told them my hair didnt stay. I messaged her back kindly asking if anything can be done because I was and still am frustrated that I paid $50 for bad hair and Ill always have pictures of me walking the stage and graduating with bad hair. Unfortunately, she never responded - its been 5 days. At the end of the day, I wish Kendra and her business the best, owning a small business is hard! Ive worked for small businesses for years and my family owns one so I personally understand how difficult it is. I also understand how important it is to care about the quality of the service and goods you provide.

I have been to MANY blow dry bars from California, Ohio and Texas. All of those experiences and services were top notch some I was a member and went weekly for a wash and style. I unfortunately will not recommend this place. The stylist wasn t overly friendly and one of daughter s hair went flat within 30 minutes of leaving. I had to restyle it myself for her senior pictures. No one offered any products for me to buy after my 3 daughters services. I bought a brush, but that was because my daughter liked the design and I showed it to her. One be my daughter tinsel fell out that same day too (could have be my daughter s fault, but no after care instructions were given). The young lady that did the tinsel did give my daughter s stickers, but that was the only friendly interaction I received. Upon leaving I noticed that they had a menu, and when I said oh I didn t know you had a menu for blow dry services?! The stylist was like oh yeah ummm not sure how to take that. Lastly, while I was paying the same stylist had another client after my daughter and I noticed that interaction were SOOOO much different. It was that first time for that person I gathered due to the client explaining what she normally gets with another stylist. I will take my business elsewhere and let everyone know about my poor experience with this place. Shame, I had high hopes. The only reason they didn t get 1 star was because the tinsel stylish gave the stickers and the place it aesthetically cute.

It is unfortunate that the owner and her staff lack compassion and understanding when emergencies happen. Their main concern is money, money, money. Be very aware of this if a family emergency occurs and you have an appointment you have to cancel on same day.

Took my 7 year old to have a girl day to feel special! Her curls lasted 3 days and usually don t even stay in one hour! Her hair smelt so good like flowers also. Would recommend for all ages! Plus it looks like Barbie s dream salon on the inside!

So excited to have Blow Dry Haus in New Braunfels! I had a the best experience with Lyndsi. She was super friendly, took her time to ask how/what I wanted, and provided excellent service and finished product! I scheduled my next appointment right away and plan to gift the service to friends as well. It s such an easy way to treat yourself or someone else! The atmosphere is so cute and comfortable, too! Highly recommend and look forward to my next appointment.
