I cant begin to express my gratitude for Mr Ferguson. He is without a doubt the best attorney in Texas. I cant believe I got someone of his caliber and experience court appointed as well. I was in the midst of a serious situation which could have potentially threatened my freedom not once but twice. The first time Mr Ferguson negotiated on my behalf to get me a deal in which I couldnt refuse. Then the second time I was facing another charge in which couldve put that deal in serious jeapordy, however Mr Ferguson got that dismissed completely. I am so thankful for this man. The outcome stemming from this mans hard work on my behalf was better than I could have possibly imagined. I truly believe God appointed this man to be in my corner and I could not have imagined being under anyone elses wing other than Zacharys. He truly is the best and is worth top dollar. This man truly will fight for you and get to the bottom of the situation and make sure you get the best outcome. We didnt hire Mr. Ferguson because of issues with the attorney we did retain was switching sides and the judge didnt sign off on it. There was a lot more to the situation but the reasons why he wasnt able to represent my husband was not because I didnt want to retain him. I did however meet with Mr. Ferguson for a consultation and my impression of him was that he had good moral character and great business ethic. The day we were supposed to retain Mr. Ferguson he wanted to check with courts to make sure we were able to retain before he took any payment from us and I really respected and appreciated that. I definitely would hired him if I ever needed a criminal defense attorney in the future.

CASE DISMISSED!!!! I gotta say we had heard so many negative things about court appointed attorneys in the past, but Zach stepped up for us, stood behind us and told us the whole way that he had our back! My son was facing felony charges and I seriously expected the courts to want something out of him, but in just a few short months and a few appearances Zach brought us our UNEXPECTED dismissal paperwork! Though he was appointed to us, he was worth top dollar to us the whole way. He was quick to respond, encouraging, point black with us and made us feel like we had a giant in our corner. I can never repay him, but I can highly recommend him. He will have your back too!

I can say without a shadow of doubt that Mr. Ferguson is a legal miracle-worker! He was able to take a situation in which I had VERY little hope of being with my family for quite some time to a situation where I walked out of the court room a free person. Once considered taking a plea deal since I couldnt afford a long drawn out court process. He encouraged me that it would not be for nothing. Told me, without a hint of hesitation, that it would be okay. Now 2 years later, I went from fighting a felony assault charge to a NOT Guilty to the same case. I dont ever want to be in trouble again, but it is apparent that I will call Zach first and foremost.
