0 stars, the girl in front was super arrogant, I came on a walk with the family, our duck got stuck, we asked for help for almost 1 hour, and we got no response, we decided to walk back and she greeted us with yelling and demanding to bring the duck back, when we explained that it got stuck and was not moving, we called her several times asking for help and she simply did not answer, she yelled at us and treated us super badly in front of people, the walk is nice, the receptionist made me never want to come back, make sure they give you a number to ask for help in a similar case.

This place is wonderful, everything is very nice, to do photo sessions for picnics to enjoy the landscape, you forget about all that stress, it is very relaxing, I recommend it 100, I loved the place to enjoy with the family.

Great atmosphere! My only issue with this area is the cleanliness. There are parts of this river walk that are dirty and can take away from the beauty of the walk. Other than that it s a nice walking route and the restaurants nearby are pretty good as well!

Inviting Riverwalk perfect for relaxing walks, photoshoots and gondola rides. Clean all around the mike long riverwalk with beautiful scenery all around. A few restaurants and other businesses along the way but mostly nice to enjoy when the weather isnt too hot. 2-Hr free parking available on nearby streets after 5pm. Was here end of June but will return when cooler temps. Beautiful place!

This is a hidden gem! Definitely a place to be enjoying serene, calm waves on the lake, contradicting the busy streets and restaurants next to it. I have spent many evenings watching beautiful sunset with dancing shades of colorful skies reflecting on the water. Gondola rides to celebrate special occasions!

So beautiful and scenic. Great place for a run, walk, or leisurely stroll. A lot of dining options to just hangout and relax with friends or family, your significant other, with your pets, or just go solo. Definitely a pet friendly environment. I felt safe just walking around, and it was lovely being out in the open with the waterfront on one side and apartments/restaurants/businesses surrounding. Lots of benches to rest at along the entire way. Theres valet if needed, but there is also plenty of parking around the entire canal walk. Also, if you want to get pictures done, this is a great place to get outdoor shots with plenty of inspiration, natural props, and backgrounds. Its truly giving San Antonio Riverwalk mixed with Legacy West (Plano) with Addison (Dallas) vibes. So much aesthetic! I even saw someone set up a huge MARRY ME? sign to propose to their significant other. Really nice place next to major highways, the Toyota Music Factory, etc. Ive added this as one of my favorite places to go after a big meal and walk off the calories. Just wear good shoes. It aint a short walk to do the entire canal.

The canal walk is a pleasant place to take a stroll around a large city lake. There are several shops and restaurants along the route. You could easily spend a couple hours and not make it fully around the entire lake. Theres no swimming in the lake that I could see but there are some paddle boats available for rent.

Perhaps one of the most beautiful sections of the mid cities. It is the go to site for people to bring their family members, weddings, graduations for photography. I remember when there were shops down in this space. It would be nice if there was a way they could re-establish businesses in this area. Nevertheless there is boating, events and just a good place to walk around.

Great walking trail along scenic canals but absolutely no bathrooms or shops/restaurants open on a Saturday morning. It was semi crowded with families taking photos of graduates and wedding parties at the start of the trail. Do not use the parking garage, it was $20 for one hour! Ridiculous price considering there are zero amenities.

Sad to see someone has enough power to enclose an attraction, I personally do not know who owns that property, if Dallas County or a private entity, anyhow, the previous attempts to ask for a photo permit did not work, also there is a lady that works in the buildings that thinks she owns the canal, policying everyone and giving ugly looks.

I had visited this place in the late evening on a weekday and it seemed to be very calm and quiet except for the initial stretch which has lot of restaurants and hustle bustle. Good place for photo-shoots. I wouldnt say it is very scenic but not bad also. It is surrounded by a lot of buildings most of which are apartments and offices.

Mandalay Canal is a beautiful and elegant place to walk and enjoy time with your family. I was there last month with my friends and enjoyed a lot. As ther was 50 years of Gaebels And Las Colinas. Sunday and sunset is the best time to visit the place
