I use the app for points and to order. I dont think they see the regular print off or something. Every time I have to ensure my order is correct. Also I paid to upgrade my drinks to a large today and guy seemed like he thought I was wrong and it was a small. It was definitely large. Its every time I order through the app there is an issue. Super frustrating and I tend to go McDonalds because I never have this issue ordering through the app with them.

Honestly after ordering and walking through to find a seat.. I should have known to just ask for a refund and leave. There was not one clean surface in sight. The floors were covered in dead bugs, water spills at ever turn, and the food was far from good. We decided to try to bare it and we shouldn t have. Ordered 3 meals and all had measly dime size mayonnaise dollops, shriveled tiny pieces of lettuce and the driest chicken comparable to Popeyes biscuits and not one hand gloved or any food safety practiced. All three meals that were ordered were sub par and likely will avoid this Wendy s at all cost in the future. A total waste of $40.

Wendys have had the $5 meals for quite some time. Finally, other fast food places are joining in. The food was reheated when we ordered, so not fresh. But also, it was fine for $20. Service was great. All the Staff are great at the front counter. But none of them clean. So we are the only family there and the kids are goofing off and there are tons of dirty tables, wrappers on the floor, the drink station was sticky. That is disappointing for whoever owns this franchise. Cant trust staff to work is becoming an epidemic in NB.

First off the food was cold and not very good. We didnt recieve the specialty lemonades or drinks we paid for. There were fire ant all over the tables and floor, there was a roach on the ground that the fire ants were all over, and dead bugs on the ledges by the table. We had ants crawl across our table while we were eating. The management didnt care that there were bugs. Tried to tell me they were sugar ants till I showed them all over the dead roach in the middle of the dining room. When we got there every table was dirty and we had to get someone to wipe them off. This location is not recommended. And we will never go there again.

Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes. Made a mobile order and pulled to the window and waited another 10-15 minutes. Worker was sitting down with the drive-thru headset sitting on a table. When he came to the window he said he couldnt find my order. Manager came and told us they were out of almost everything on my order. I ended up canceling my order and going somewhere else.

Went inside for breakfast. There were no customers inside. After standing at the counter for a couple of minutes, no one came to greet us to take our order. We looked into the kitchen and found no one. We did make ourselves known by calling out, but no reply. We walked out.

Ummm.... where to begin!?! Walked in after ordering on mobile app. Huge puddle of water by the drink machine, which they should have known about but they handed me the cups anyway and expected me to fill them myself. Lady was in line getting her food, they got it wrong several times and then the staff was talking about her within earshot. She got mad and made them apologize. We still didnt have our food. She was finally served. Then they lost our order and filled it wrong. Manager was irate and taking it out on her workers. It was bad, slow and nothing to male it better. One bathroom was out of order, my wife had to use cleaning spray she found in order to clean off a table. Kids complained about the sticky floor. Very terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Ordered two spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru. It was the meat and bun, no lettuce, tomato or mayo included . Just meat and bread. The chicken was cold.. The fries were soggy and cold. Will not be returning to this location. Food is so expensive now, and then to be short changed on the order and quality is unacceptable.

I was there on thrusday June 27th ordered my food to dine in sat there for 20 minutes then went up to counter and the worker said we are still working on it I asked them 3 different times over a period of 40 minutes. My original rating for this location was a 4, but I am downgrading it to a 1. I noticed my burger tasted bad and then discovered that the bottom bun had circles of green MOLD underneath! I spit it out and got my money back. Here was my first review: I was surprised at how empty the dining room and parking lot were. My baconator was very well prepared and tasty. I might have given 5 stars were it not for one incident that caused me to raise an eyebrow: Their soda machine was out of several options including Coke Zero, which I wanted. A worker who seemed to be doing a little of everything, rushed out with a replacement cartridge. Another customer came in while she was attempting to make the change. No one was taking his order, so she left the fountain open, left the cartridge ON THE FLOOR, and ran to the register to take his order. Why was no one else helping her? It kind of grossed me out that she set it on the floor, but I am sure connecting spout was not touching the floor. I admired how hard this worker was trying to please everyone. If I were an employer, I would definitely hire her! But, please do not place food or drink items an the floor!

I know things can t be perfect, but there are still expectations when spending money. $25 for a lukewarm burger, lukewarm fries, lukewarm nuggets, & an over baked, hard cookie. The guy at the register seemed a bit special needs, so I can t be mad at him. Overall, this is the worst Wendy s I ve ever been to. The pros were the bathroom was relatively clean, although the light is extremely dim. All the tables were dirty in the lobby. Just sad how little effort & pride is shown by the team here.

Made a mobile order at 4:41 pm. Walked into the place at 5:03 to grab my order. The manager was counting the till. Then, they got another employee to recount the till again before asking me in the most annoyed tone, How can I help you? Stated I have a mobile order. Then, I waited 20 more minutes to receive my order. Even though the food was actually correct, I will not be coming here again during my stay in this area. The whole point of ordering ahead is to not have to wait for it when you arrive and especially not have to wait for it for over 40 minutes after the order has been sent in. There were no other customers inside. And only a couple of cars in the drive-through. Theres no reason it should have taken that long for a mobile order. I wont be back here just because of how this was taken care of and the atmosphere of the employees.

Had a mobile order. Literally placed the order less than 5 minutes prior to my arrival. There was no line. I had 2 breakfast sandwiches and potatoes. The potatoes were the only decent thing. The biscuits on my sandwiches were hard enough to chip a tooth on. I didnt get any of the sauces I had ordered either. This location has been notorious for bad service and below average food quality for years. Id never had their breakfast, so I decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. No wonder the line at McDonalds was longer.

Went this morning on our way to San Antonio, we ordered one meal and two other sandwiches. The lady taking the order seemed confused as to what we were ordering and kept asking us to repeat it. Finally she said to pull up, we got up to the window to pay, she took our card was running it, left to go do something else all while the window was open. In my hast, I went reluctantly to Wendys. Ive given them 3 chances and all were EPIC FAILS. The last was golden. The fries were stale, not just cold. I mean they were rubbery! I drove off, got a fry and turn around bc it was so bad. As I waited, I grabbed the burger, opened it and OMG! The meat patty had 2, not 1, bite marks and it was burnt! I IMMEDIATELY went in and asked for a full refund. For fun days later I looked over at them at the peak of dinner hour, when other restaurants were full and they were empty! Beware of a a well established restaurant the have to put a WERE NOW OPEN sign out front. That means the locals dont eat there!!! Needless to say when I went in, I was glad they gave me bad food in the driver thru. The place was NASTY!!!

I came in to pick up an order and a women was sitting outside with her dog not holding it and it came after me and my son. I told the women to get her dog and she wouldnt, instead she started to threaten me and come at me with her dog the situation began to progress from there and cops were called. Susan the manager on duty allowed employees who were sitting at the window watching to come out and start yelling at me and cussing at me. Instead of just asking the woman to remove the dog from a place where a dog doesnt belong. There is no reason I should be threatened by employees. Susan should no better then to allow that and she should no better then to allow people to be attacked outside her store.The same women has already been removed from McDonalds and Walgreens for other situations involving her dog. So no it was not my fault.

In my 70 years on this planet, this is by far the worst burger and fries I have ever been served. The fries were soggy and tasted like wet cardboard. The burgers were bland, watery, and garnished with a sick looking brown substance, which oozed water without taste. 5 hours after consuming all five people who consumed this garbage felt sick. Really need to fix the employees at this location. I don t know if corporate, or the owner is not paying enough but the lobby is always closed, always short staffed, and what staff is there is rude. Went to the location and attempted to go inside to eat after placing a mobile order. The lobby was closed with no signs on the door. There was an extremely long line for the drive-through. From the time we got there to the time, we received our food was thirty minutes. We didnt receive all of our sauces or napkins.

Pulled up to the drive through at 11:30PM, they said theyre only accepting mobile orders due to short staffing. Thats okay, we just pulled through, made our mobile order, and came back around, adding extra work and time on both of our ends. Could have just taken my order at the window and saved us both half the time.
