Dr. Breaux just changed my life! I have a cornea problem, and suffered for years with uncomfortable contacts and glasses to go over them, and he put together a system that works. I just drove home laughing all the way I can see! Because he listened and tried things, this old lady is going to be driving for a while longer!

Save yourself the problems and go somewhere else. In response this had nothing to do with my choosing and not liking the frames for a third time and everything to do with not being given the correct information because in fact I liked both frames that were picked out but they ended up cutting into my face with the lightest of lenses in the frames. If that had been mentioned from the start it would have been different but when that question was asked by me if that would happen I was told oh no that won t happen. This is my opinion from my experience I am sorry that you felt the need to come on here to bash a customers opinion.

I have been going here for years! They have weekend appointments!!! You have no idea how much that benifits me as I have a job I cannot take off during the week - check in staff is so nice and courteous - Dr Gigliotta is the best he really takes care of my eyes and answers any questions I have this place is very speedy and precise another benefit to me as I have weekends off & am usually slammed - also clean environment

Great experience! I have recently started going to the eye doctor on an annual basis - getting old is fun - and Dr. Breaux and his team are top notch. From check in to check out, the team is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Breaux was personable and happy to answer all of my questions - he even helped me pick out frames when I was indecisive. :) Highly recommend!

If you need a good eye place, look here. Ive been going to Todays Vision for years. I have a hard time with my prescription because of the way my eyes behave when looking through the equipment. The Drs here had no problem getting my prescription right, not only because they know what they are doing mainly because they they listen to their customers. Ive never had any issues in the years Ive been coming here getting an appoint same day or a in only a couple of days, except once. Last year for some reason they were really booked and I couldnt get in for a week and was having one of those I need glasses now type emergencies, so I went somewhere else. What a huge mistake.

Honestly the best experience Ive had at an eye doctor my whole life. I was in and out and was taken great care of for my yearly exam! Plus their eye puff test is GENTLE no super harsh puff hitting you crazy! The front desk staff were polite and helpful and Dr. G was right on the money. They didnt even pressure me about getting glasses today didnt even mention it when I said I was just there for an eye exam. When most locations are like but but but. I honestly enjoyed my visit today and will keep my eye care at this location going forward! Wish I would have found them earlier!

I am a P/t caregiver to a wonderful man/veteran who has needed his glasses adjusted for a few months. (The VA is a busy place!). I decided to pop into here with him and we were welcomed with open arms. He was immediately seated and Sarah went onto set his glasses comfortably, switched out the pads for memory foam ones and gave a cleaning kit. All for free! It was pouring rain as we made our way out and she got her umbrella and walked us to the car. I mean WOW!!! I cant recommend enough. Thank you so much!

It really doesn t get better than Dr. Breaux and Todays Vision. I honestly have never had better customer service from a doctor and his team. The staff is beyond friendly, appointments are fast and efficient, they have a great selection of glasses that are affordable to choose from like, you really will struggle finding a better practice. Was looking for a new vision place and I have found it! This place, atleast when I went, wasnt too busy! The doctor was fantastic, super nice and friendly, and overall pretty quick with the exam. Theres usually a wait when I set appointments BUT not this place. Staff were friendly, especially Adam!! Made us feel comfortable, gave us great recommendations for glasses, and overall the atmosphere was a good vibe. 10/10 recommend this location!

My wife had a fall on the tennis court and was experiencing some possibly related vision problems. We called our regular eye doctor and he couldnt fit us in. He referred us to here. Im so glad he did. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They saw us quickly, took pictures of her eyes, and assured us that there was nothing seriously wrong; it would all pass in a few weeks. We have a new eye doctor!

We finally found a place to call home!!! Even my son loves it here. He got contacts for the first time, and he LOVES them!!! We are always greeted with warm welcomes and found that every member of this place was personable and helpful! I have to say that Dominique was my first contact and she left such a wonderful impression!! I just love her!! Then, I met Sarah! She is fantastic!!! Super smart girl who knows her stuff when it comes to eye care. Dr. Breaux is very cool, too!!! He is incredibly smart and makes us feel welcomed every time we come in. Cant leave him out! Very unprofessional. I had an emergency on a Saturday and they booked me for 4:30. I showed up for the appointment and the so called doctor was gone. You just don t do that. They were going to charge me $100. I ended up going to Americas Eye Glasses and Contacts for $30. Great Service there.

Hello, I had a pair of glasses with a broken bow, I went to Todays Vision in hopes of being able to replace the frame. (my lenses were fine) The assistant behind the counter looked at my frames and said lets take a look She found me a few frames that my lenses would fit and I found the perfect frame. I wish I could remember her name (she has worked there about 10 yrs) I hope that narrows the employee. She was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. I would definately recommend Todays Vision. Plus, the frames were very reasonable in price.

The staff are always professional and very friendly. Dr Breaux is awesome! My husband and I have been patients for 10 years. We highly recommended this practice. Adam and Dr B helped me pick the perfect frames. They have a huge selection, for all budgets. Im even getting some new lenses placed in my computer glasses. They can cut some lenses onsite. If they send out, the turn around time is usually pretty quick. You can even stop by, anytime, for a quick lens cleaning, nose pad replacement and frame adjustment, no charge. My husband got a tiny foreign body in his eye last year and they took him right in. That was really impressive! I would give 10 stars if I could!

I was just in the Conroe location to pick up my glasses. I had left my frames to have the lenses put in. The frames I got when I arrived to pick up the finished glasses did not look familiar. I was certain they were different. Being who I am, I called the optometrist office where I bought the frames originally and sure enough, these were my frames. So glad they had the records. All this to say...the staff members at this office were very professional, courteous and helpful. Even when I was questioning them on the frames, they were kind and polite, never defensive.

Nice staff but so disappointed. I knew my vision was bad (hadn t had it checked in 5 years) and I was told I didn t need a change in prescription. I went for a second opinion because I didn t feel right about it and the actual eye doctor seemed distracted and dismissed me quickly. I went to eyeland in Conroe and I was prescribed glasses full time, with a major change in my vision. My migraines hopefully will be better, but unfortunately no thanks to here.

I have been a patient of Dr. Breau for several years. I only picked here to schedule my first appointment because it was the closest practice to my house and I needed the quickest, most convenient visit possible during a hectic season of life (in school, working two jobs, and commuting to all three places). I needed new contacts fast, and figured if I didnt like the place, Id try a different one the next year. Well, I never left!! Ive since moved to The Woodlands, with probably a hundred closer options, and I still do and will continue to drive to Todays Vision in Conroe. Dr. Breaux and his staff are all amazing. They are the most friendly and helpful medical staff, regarding every single person I interact with in the entire process, from the point of scheduling my appointment to paying and leaving after the appointment is over. I visit here for a general eye exam, so Im only here once a year aside from picking up my second contact order- but they communicate with everyone as though they see you often, treating you as a valued human being that chose to visit Todays Vision, which is so appreciated because you truly are!! I am always comfortable walking in to my visit and feel informed when I leave. I am in and out very quickly, but never feeling like I was rushed out the door - Dr. Breaux always explains everything that hes doing and gives his reasoning for the decisions he makes regarding my eye care, and takes time to make comparisons with insurance to make sure Im getting the best I can for what Im paying. I leave with everything I need and nothing less, and if anything ever has to be ordered, the staff stays in communication with me until its fulfilled. For my most recent visit, Heather helped me navigate and solve issues with my insurance after it changed following a difficult life event. Her kindness and willingness to go beyond anything I asked for turned what could have been added stress to an already hard week into a bright spot on my journey instead. All of that to say, if youre in need of an eye care team, this is THE place. Thank you for all you do!!

This was my first visit and I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the staff immediately. In moments I was taken to the back by Adam who was so pleasant, polite and amusing. Had I been nervous, his demeanor would have definitely put me at ease. Once in the exam room, Dr. G arrived quickly. He gave me a thorough exam and them explained how he and his partner respected their patients and their time patients time. So if I ever felt that was not being done to let them know. He then led me to the front to get my glasses. Sarah helped me choose a pair and set everything up. The staff was so amazing from the beginning of my appointment to ordering my glasses. Aiden (sorry if I got that wrong) made me feel at ease with tests prior to seeing the Dr. Sarah helped me step out of my box and pick out amazing glasses and lenses when I m normally just lost. Called in to see when my last eye exam was. After much confusion, they decided it was last Jan. I asked if I could order a pair of progressive lensed glasses based off of that last exam. They said ok, and I asked if I got the same 30% discount I had been getting the past 2 years, since I didnt have insurance. She said she would speak with the Dr. and call me back. In a few minutes she called back and said she could do 25% (meet me in the middle as she put it). I said great, but could she ask the Dr. about the 30% I was getting. Got a call back and said they couldnt do 30%. Actually now could only do 20%..... No one here knows what is going on. I guess they dont need the business. Sure glad I didnt move my wifes eyeglass needs to these people. ....... You shouldnt offer a discount and then renege on it.. That is poor customer service and a real negative to people. Sad we have to part ways after 2 years because of 5%. Not about the money Dr., its about the principal and treating customers right!

A little over a year ago I got new glasses. Unfortunately there were blue circles, not halos, at night. Headlights would be rushing at me. I had gotten glasses there before and they were great, these were terrible! I went back to try and get lenses like I had before. The replacements were the same except I had white circles instead of blue. I had scratch resistant coating which had a 1 year warranty on them. So about 11 months later I went back to have my lenses replaced due to scratches. Surprise, no circles!!!!! I suffered with the other lenses for almost a year, they limited me to be able to drive at night. I called Todays Vision, left a voicemail letting them know that there were no longer circles and they cut them incorrectly as my depth perception was way off. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have heard nothing!!!

Dr. Breaux and his staff are wonderful! He is very thorough and explains things very well. His staff is friendly and very helpful. They make you feel like one of the family. They have a great selection of products, both designer and budget friendly frames. The prices are very reasonable for all products and services. Also conveniently located for those of us on the Lake and for those that live in Conroe. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This is honestly the best place to get your eyes checked. One of my lens fell out of my frames. I moved 8hrs away and made a trip down just to get my glasses fixed. Customer service was impeccable from the ladies. The office rushed my new glasses to me with no cost too me. Thank you!

A++ they were very helpful through the process for my wife to get her first pair of glasses. They has the option to lock up and not allow us in at 6:01 to pick up her glasses, but they opened their doors with a smile and made sure it was all good. That extra 4 mins meant the world to us and it was exception customer service. Thank you!

Called during normal business hours and the phone number went straight to voicemail. I found a different phone number through their paid ads on google and surprise surprise they answered that line on the first ring. When I inquired about the voicemail situation they claimed they were too busy to answer phone so they turned them off. Bad customer service. I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment until she told me Id have to wait 6 days. Apparently they dont need any more business since they cant take care of what they have

Guaranteed great service!! I ve been here twice and seen both Optometrist!! They are phenomenal!!! The staff is super friendly!!! What brought me here today was a piece of metal got lodged in my eye! After my ER visit they referred me to see my Eye Doctor!!! Dr Eli Gigliotta!! He is amazing!!! He removed the metal that was lodged in my eye!!! And I barely felt a thing!!! I can say!!! I totally trust these guys!! With my Eyes!!! Thank you guys!! I will be back!!!

Worse service, the people there dont hear you out they think they know what you need, before you even complete a sentence, no listening is done, Elizabeth who I didnt do my business with to start with picking out my frames, ended up bending my frame into my face, as I went in with a reflection problem on my lenes, thinking that would fix the problem. As well thinking I wouldnt notice, I have had to go back 4 times with the same issue, a new frame was ordered to fix the warping she did on my first frame, my frames come in, with one being ordered with a bigger nose peice to fit our older generation, then get told the second ones I tried was order when Elizabeth couldnt even find them, and given to me out of plastic, the dr there as well thought schooling me would change my mind that the frames I had selected first where the same as the ones re ordered, so I advised him these clearly arent the same the bridge is not hitting me correctly, and the nose peice on these are too big so you cant advise me that these are the same, he interrupt me throughout this statement, you will get aggravated, I spent so much money on my coach frames to have them bonded and twisted without heat being applied, Im very unsatisfied, where I will be looking to take my business else where and return these frames for my money back, as that was their end resolution to get my money back and go else where! When they learn to truly hear the customers needs is when I would recommend someone to go there till then never again!

Dr. Breaux is amazing! Other doctors told me my son could not wear contact lenses because of his prescription but Dr. Breaux made it happen. He found contacts that are special order but work for my son. Since he plays football this is HUGE because glasses dont work well with his helmet.

The office I was using said I had to have progessive lenses. Which were very coatly. For two years I kept using drug store readers, until I started getting headaches. Went to TV this round and not only were they extremely kind and helpful the Dr explained that my eyes were actually needing different strength lenses and I only needed readers. Which put my total cost at about 1/4 of what an incorrect prescription would have been for expensive lenses that I received previously. Will never go anywhere else again. The team at TV is top notch from the time you book your appt until you pick out your frames.

So after intial visit I was called an told they forgot to add charges. So there was extra fees added to starting price. Then after 1 month the safety lenses were damaged so bad an quick that I couldnt use them. Called to check for waranwar or replament since I had I insuranc Was told they was 1 lense replacement. Next day receive a call an was told no replacement they were wrong had to pay 250 to get lense replaced since they were transition saftey. Horrible service and they were not professional at all. Oh we forgot. Or we thought. Mistake after mistake dealing with these people

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Today s Vision located at 2257 North Loop 336 West, Ste. 150 in Conroe, Texas. Absolutely wonderful experience. I have worn glasses/contacts for over 40 years and have been to many eye doctors in several states through the years. This office is definitely a standout. The staff is awesome, extremely friendly and helpful. There was no wait time. If they have your lenses in stock, they cut them on site, so you have your glasses the same day. Impressive. The owner/Optometrist, Dr. Gregory Breaux is personable and answered all my questions. He is just really a super nice guy. The selection of glasses are high quality and reasonable. Do not hesitate to visit this office. You will not be disappointed.

I really like the staff, products, and services here. All of the staff perform their jobs well and are focused on making you satisfied. They have a very good selection of quality frames and lenses and are talented at getting you the fit, function, and look you will appreciate. Their experience shows, too, as they listen carefully to your needs and give guidance about various options and tradeoffs to consider.
