Good morning, yesterday I had the experience of being in this place, I was attended to by Mrs. Carolina, I got a very nice image and she is a very kind and intelligent person, good attention and explanation of everything about the work. He has a wonderful personality.

This is hands down the best staffing agency in the area if not of the whole state. Will have you working promptly and will work with you throughout the whole process. Julie Espinosa and the whole staff over there are great, If you have an issue they will get it resolved and are more than happy to assist with whatever questions you may have on your assignment. 5 stars 100% deserved.

Horrible experience today and total waste of time!! I called as I have done several times in the past (Im an existing customer) and spoke with Ms. Alissa Hernandez. She rushed me off the phone and directed me to an online portal. The portal info she gave didnt work. I called back and she then took my info and said shed call back. Upon call back she hurriedly blamed the system and said it was good. I asked her to stay on the line while I login and she said it will take too long, Im in the middle of an audit. She then hung up on me. After completing my tasks I called back and spoke with a different lady. This lady was kind, patient and had excellent customer service skills!! If you choose to do business with Hawkins, make sure its not with Ms. Alyssa. Shes not a multitasker or doe she have good customer service skills.

The service provided in this agency is bizarre, luckily I was assisted by Mrs. Carolina Zueck, who maintained a respectful, polite and helpful treatment, however Mrs. Alissa Hernandez is rude, rude and lacks empathy, her attitude It is disastrous and I hope other people dont have to have a bad time like me. I give it 3 stars for the lady who helped me.

Rude and unprofessional. I was asked to bring I9 documents and was told they never said that when they did. When I came in I was meet with attitude and treated like I was a major inconvenience to them. As a personnel company they should treat the people they are helping with more respect. Very disappointed!

The Hawkins in New Braunfels is very racist. I went in with my Hispanic friend, Im black. They offered her a job after I was told they werent hiring for it anymore, they didnt know she was my friend. Horrible thing to go thru. Shame on you Hawkins Personnel!

This place is terrible. The ladie monica is very disrespectful and rude. Instead of allowing unemployment to do there job correctly there are lieing about the investigation witch is a crime. They told rhe work force the offerd me more jobs that i turned down on my own when i never recived any calls from them after my termination. Monica laughed in my face while she stated she has no idea why i filled for unemployment in the first place thats. I dont recommend these place or these people to anyone very very bad service they need to high actual proffesionals not girls acting profesional

The Seguin location doesnt exist, drove to the provided location for absolutely nothing just to call the provided number & be told theyre is no establishment in Seguin that they are in New Braunfels. New Braunfels? Seriously?? Then why is this even in here?! Dont waste your time like I did, go to New Braunfels or San Marcos.

I dont recommend this place because after u get fired from any job and it wasnt your fault the dont even bother to look into it or they just trust the word from a stranger that got u fired instead of yours and after that they decide not to help you anymore they need to be brought to justice

I like this place because it has nice people and they will find you a job when you get laid off like I did. It might now be right away but I had to call them to get back me stuff frpm my previous employer wich was no biggie on my end. For those people that want there stuff like asap they didnt do that. But they will get it with in a couple of days for your previous employer. But all around a great place I recommend it. But dont give up on this place though it can be a Hassel at time getting your stuff back from your previous employer but they will get stuff done.
