Food was standard. Sat ourselves and had to pull two tables together by ourselves. No sling offered for a baby on a carrier. Waited a while before we had our order taken. Two pizzas and cheesy sticks. Pizzas came out with no cheesy sticks. We re told they would be right out. Server never came by for refills. Walked up to get one about halfway through the pizzas. Asked about the cheesy sticks. Were told they were coming right out. Finished the pizzas still with no sign of a server. Walked up to get a ticket and pay. Had to get them to take the cheesy sticks off the bill. Receipt was reprinted, so no survey code to express how bad the experience was. Will not be returning.

If I could give a negative star I would. I just had to leave the place we were dine in after 30 mins of waiting we asked the girl at the register how much longer for our food since my kids were hungry She said they had barely started to prepare our food since there was a big order ahead of ours I told her that should have been disclosed before we were allowed to sit and wait for 30 damn minutes horrible service We had to leave since oir order wasn t even in the oven ridiculous

We decided to have dinner at this location on Friday night after the football game and as we walked in the restaurant there was this young man standing on the counter and instead of greeting us he ask how many are you ll I said 5 he replied we ll all the tables are dirty we had a busy night.. the lady working with him looked at him very embarrassed and said I m sorry sir go head an find a table.. There was only one family having dinner at the time and I told the kid instead of you standing there, why don t you go and clean them? another family was walking in the building as we were walking out and Heard the whole conversation and they left too.. that was just the worst horrible experience I had ever encountered .

my order was placed online. I then called the store number and got an operator and they immediately knew my order because of my phone number. I told her clearly I wanted the pie cut. She said OK. I didnt get to the restaurant and before the pizza came out I told the girl once again I want it regular pie cut. she said yes I get my pizza and its square cut three minutes later. let me tell you this pizza was so burnt and Im gonna show you a picture. it was the hardest pizza in the world. It was so dry. I couldnt even tell if it was toppings on there because it was so burnt. Im not gonna pay for this pizza and I want my money back or Id like a.

Ordered a pizza over the phone. Was charge an extra 5 dollars and was told it was a pending charge. Never have I ve gotten a pending charge when paying at the register and the person was not to sure about that charge. Asked for red pepper flakes and did not get them. The workers looked like they did not want to be there. Bad customer service. Not a thank you or thanks for stopping by. UPDATE: The store manager called me and explained the situation with the the extra charge and clarified it to me. Very professional and apologized about the inconvenience. I really appreciate the call and the fast response of this manager. Definitely would give them a second chance purely on this interaction. Thank you for the fast response.

Mmmm delicious pizza and what can I say about the chiken Alfredo pasta which is delicious. Just a small detail with the service, when we entered there was the woman who works in this facility, we greeted when we entered and asked if they were still serving because it was already past 9 at night, I had to repeat it more than once and with total apathy and disinterest, he continued doing what he was doing without responding or reacting, until I caught his attention, we went to sit down and after more than 20 minutes had passed I had to get up to ask if I had to order at the cashier or someone would serve us at the table , to which she also responded somewhat angrily and without energy to... Im coming right away, then she took a while to serve us at the table and when she finally did, her attitude invited you to leave the place. Note: The womens bathrooms were super dirty which created a very unpleasant discomfort.

I had time not to eat at Pizza Hut because I ordered delivery, but eating there was a good idea, the pizza was freshly baked and also delicious the edge stuffed with cheese and also supreme!!!! Woooo it was delicious, the place was clean, the staff was friendly and very quiet!!!! I recommend it yes!!!! A glass with Pepsi and plenty of ice with your favorite pizza!!!! No good service. Waitress got our orders wrong. When we brought it to her attention she said we didnt tell her thats what we had ordered and if we did order that she would have known and wrote it down. Didnt even come to ask if we wanted refills. Then we get to the register to find out she had charged everything we had told her we ordered and still continued to argue we were wrong. Terrible service.

The last few times and its been quite a long time since Ive been there the last few times before the last time Ive been let down. The food portions when it comes to wings and things that arent pizza have been very minimal. Very very small. Especially for how theyre priced. Secondly, the pizzas have been coming out extremely greasy and oily. Third, the wings feel like theyre not properly cooked like as if they were just microwaved. I used to go to Pizza Hut as a regular place and now Ive moved away from it and I go to Dominos. The only reason Ive given it two stars instead of one star is that theyre one of the only places that does stuff crust.

Great service on the phone order taking ... I think the service was based in Haiti. The only thing good about the pizza is that it is fast and close to home. The large pizza is smaller than ever and 20 bucks a piece for extra cheese pizza With ham and pineapple. ElForno and Stephano have WAY better pizza. Unlike pizza hut they have a yeasty Awesome crust.

Dont buy the wings. They burn them to a crisp. Inedible. For curbside, why does the app ask you where to have the employee put the food? The app offers drivers window, passenger window, etc. They ignore it and always come to my window. Zero customer service. Please go to Chick-fil-A and get proper training.

I made the order to be ready at 6:45, got there and the lady told me that my order was not ready to wait.(even tho the tv showing peoples order was showing that mine was done and ready). I waited for 15 min and saw a customer come im from the curbside mad because he also waited for them in his car for 15 min, and i had 5 other people inside that got their order when i was there first leave with their orders. Im never going back to the pizza hut and now will have to drive farther away to get my pizza.
