Brunch was disappointing. Buscuit and sausage gravy bowl. Scrambled eggs were bland. The biscuit had a less than tasty texture and flavor Ive never experienced in my 68 years. The hash browns seemed to be shoestring French fries which were cut into smaller pieces; also disappointing flavor. The only saving grace was the gravy, which was very good. I hope their burgers are better because they wont survive on their breakfast menu.

Had the turkey avocado sandwich on white bread. It came toasted to my surprised. It was a nice sandwich. The French fries were nice. Appeared to be fresh cut potatoes. The atmosphere is upscale diner style. Nicely decorated. You order at the front counter and they bring the food to your table. I would visit there again.

Went in for brunch ordered a dad s breakfast biscuit but with a croissant for $14.50 sandwich alone. Menu shows it comes with home fries but it does not. Almost $15 for a small simple croissant sandwich, outrageous. I m all for supporting local businesses but not at all for price gouging.

$$ Came for brunch and wasnt too impressed. My husband had the chicken fried steak which the gravy didnt have much flavor. I ordered the hamburger with jalapenos which I feel those helped with the flavor on that. There was barely any lettuce & a bit of mustard only. The fries where bomb though a bit over cooked but I like them crispy & well seasoned. Service was kind of slacking, it was not busy at all and had to sit next to a dirty table the whole time we were there. Kind of gross looking at someones leftover scraps while you eat. Love to support the family owned businesses but probably wont be back to this one.

Ordered a triple bacon cheeseburger. WOW. I didnt know what I got myself into but that thing was a MONSTER. The burger was outstanding and probably the best burger I have had in Texas so far. I havent had many but this one was great. I will definitely be back here and I have been here over a year. I wish I had tried it sooner. Great burger, highly recommended. Edit: I have been back probably 6 times since and I cant seem to stray away from their Double Bacon Cheeseburger with extra cheese. Ill have to force myself to try another menu item soon because I want to try their chicken wings. The burgers are addictive and of the 8-10 times I have been back, their burgers are CONSISTENTLY amazing. It doesnt get any better than Willie Bs. William is the beat and treats everyone like youve been a regular here for years. I love this place and their menu has something for everyone, no matter what youre in the mood for. Just an all around spectacular place with great, friendly folks that serve you. Just amazing.

We were in the mood for wings and this restaurant didn t miss the spot. We had the bbq, Parmesan and garlic. They were crispy just the way I love them. The flavors were great. Don t order the chicken fried steak - was a paper thin hard piece of rock with lots of grizzle. I wouldn t feed it to my dog. The potatoes tasted like instant. The gravy had no flavor. And the ranch for the salad was watery. Poor quality food.

This is truly a family restaurant. The owners, their family and even their children all work and interact with their customers. The food is fantastic and the portions are perfect. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. This is a comfort food, family restaurant when the owner will get to know you and treat you as part of their family. Family and I wanted to stop and get a bite and I m so glad we stumbled upon Willy B s. Service? Phenomenal. Food? Even better. Family owned restaurant and the man has his kids there helping him keep the business going. I m very picky on my wings but these wings were finger licking good! Tried the patty melt and double jalapeno burger and they were just as good! Didn t leave that nasty feeling in your stomach other places do. Overall definitely recommend and will be back! We went for my moms birthday brunch. We got the breakfast pizza, strawberry French toast, Huevos Rancheros, and Chicken avacado sandwich. The food was fantastic. A special shout out to the French toast which has a creme filling that was delicious and the home made torrilla that came with the Huevos Rancheros. We got the mimosa tower which is a great deal. We had a great time and no one rushed us as we took our time drinking the mimosas. We got to enjoy great food and conversation. Wonderful place to visit!

Drove by on our way to a winery and decided this was the place for lunch. They have a pretty decent selection of items to choose from, and I, of course, went with the burger and my spouse with the patty melt. The place was pretty crowded when we were there, so we opted for the outdoor seating. They also had a pretty good selection of beer options. They brought our food out, and it looked great. My family and I went in last night for multiple reasons: we wanted burgers; proximity to my daughters new residence; the amount of time we had to eat. Willy Bs did not disappoint!!: Super friendly owner, who took our order. Great environment for a Saturday night meal with adults and kids. Enough variety on the menu to keep all of us happy. There were games to play at your table (Cribbage, Uno, card games, etc). The food was delicious. We all loved the fries, and there were generous servings of those. The fried fish was delicately-breaded (yum). Chicken tenders were seasoned nicely! I had the patty melt, which had great flavor. My youngest noticed the large basket of after-dinner mints and candies of different varieties, and we all picked something sweet before we walked out to the car, happy. I would love to come back for brunch soon!! Thank you for your gracious addition of a discount, for my partner being a first responder. I recently got some wings for takeout from Willy Bs, this was my first time going to Willys, Im all about supporting local small business, while that was my primary reason to try them out. Unfortunately, they totally missed the mark on the wings, I ordered the Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan, the Mango wings had no taste at all or any type of sauce on them, the garlic were ok but again really no taste. I also ordered a large order of fries, they were good. To make matters worse, when the order was ready and I went to the counter to pick it up, the food was stuffed into 2 small bags that could not be closed and the wings were literally almost falling out of the bags, I didnt feel like I needed to say anything to the counter rep. as it was obvious that the bags were too small but yet they still gave them to me that way. I hope that the owner makes some adjustments on food quality and service, if not I can see them closing their doors very soon.

You may not fully appreciate the charm in peek hours cause this family is hustling hard but my goodness the atmosphere here is incredible when you sit and watch. I m surprised to see any negative reviews after our experience here. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The California sandwich was delicious and the side salad was fresh. I even went back for dessert. The PB cake was too tempting and totally worth it. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different in New Braunfels!

Stopped in for chicken fried steak, it was very good, tasted fresh, wasnt chewy and the potatoes, gravy, eggs and toast were good. Everything else is self-service, drinks, condiments, silverware, napkins etc. Clearly a family owned business, the kids working the counter and sitting in the dining area on their device. The tables were bussed quickly, I sat inside. There is a small seating area outside, too.

Owning a small business, my husband and I like to support other small businesses. We are here for the first time today. The food was delicious! The biscuits were so light and fluffy, the gravy was on point and the strawberry/cream cheese French toast was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The owner took our order and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Food was good, place was clean enough, service was personable though the guy that was trying to connect with us did use profanity and we had a kid with us. He apologized and, though I didnt use any profanity in our interaction, he was doing his best to connect with the customer and I appreciate that. I do recommend this place!

I was there on Friday October 14 it was 3 in my party. We had 3 chicken fried streaks 3 frozen margaritas. 75$ total food was cold and we didn t even drink the margaritas had a awful taste! I love margaritas I have never tasted a margarita like that one. Definitely need to work on cleaning the dining room. Was the first time they re definitely not going back!

Wonderful and delicious breakfast once again. We purposely seek out and support locally owned businesses. This is one we continually support. We enjoy the food, atmosphere and visiting with the staff. Prices are consistent for the area and in line with food costs. Highly recommend.

Have been here a few times. The food has always been excellent. Occasionally they haven t got to clearing off tables due to being busy and number of staff on hand. However they are constantly cleaning when time allows. I am very impressed by owners young son who does everything at the restaurant. This is a family business doing their best to serve a great product. Give them a try and if you find something you don t like, let them know face to face. I see a lot of snipers out there who don t mention talking to owners- that s not the Texas way. Likely yankee transplants.

Way too expensive. A pizza and a tip was $30. The slices are large, and between 4 of us, I only got one slice. The pizza was late, as we came when toast tab (their online order system) told us it would be ready. The staff disappeared for 5 minutes while we stood and waited, wondering what was going on. Also, the cashier made some snide remark I didn t like. I will definitely not be back because of his mouth. Mind you, he was tipped online for what? We go to Big Hops next door but will avoid this place from now on. It s $18 for a double cheeseburger. Ummm. Ok. Next! Edit to owners response: $7.50 for one slice of pizza is outrageous. I can go nearby and get a whole pizza for $12. Dominos even has them for $7.99, same size as yours. I would not recommend this place to family or friends.

My Husband loves the food here so he took me. The only reason I put low stars is the customer service I ordered my burger, my husband ordered his then we were told where to get our drinks. we ll when they brought out the food it was only my husbands burger they gave us. I could tell something was off by the way the cashier looked at me. When my husband was taking the last bite of his burger the cashier finally came over and asked what i had ordered at that point I was so over it said we are leaving already. The cashier said the next time I go they would give me something free but i am pretty sure word of mouth doesn t count since all he did was walk back to the register. If you made a mistake own up to it don t wait for my husband to finish especially when we were 1 of 2 couples there at the time.

Is it worth the price? Very debatable.. we got two burger, one impossible burger (non meat) and the bacon cheeseburger. The impossible burger came with sauce, tomato, lettuce, and cheese. It was okay but there was hardly any lettuce. The bacon burger was delightful and juicy. But for the price. Only 2 burgers was $32. Probably won t be back.

Never again. Tables were dirty, floors were horribly dirty, bathroom was dirty and out of soap. Tried to pay with cash, they didnt have the needed $4 in change. Place was so dirty I ended up taking my food home and fed it to the dog.

The pizza crust is a show stopper and the sauce was bright and fresh...all delicious. We got the Texan and the Taco pizza, both were great! Garlic fries and wings were also spot on. Im not a fan of smores but my wife had their Smore croissant creation and she said it was Amazing lol and you have to get one.

Great spot for sandwiches, burgers, and more. I had the Italian Hoagie and tasted a hamburger. Both were awesome and the burger was definitely fresh.
