My first post I gave them a high rating but there is a serious issue with these stores. The orders will say Now Serving on the pickup screen but the restaurant is still preparing the order. The GM needs to investigate this. I understand they want better numbers but the customer thinks the food is ready and they will tell you it s not ready. The food is always fresh and hot!!!! Thank you Need a better system with doordash orders . When they finish the orders no one calls out the number or ask if anyone s waiting. Orders are just sitting there on the counter while drivers are waiting.

This is best McDonalds in Carrollton in my opinion. They usually keep the line moving and orders are typically consistent. Love their sweet tea lemonade. Not always good and perfect (which fast food place is?) but more good than not.

HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I had an online order and the parking lot was closed?? And then they said the place was closed, like you should ve told us on the app the place was closed. AND THE PLACE IS SUPPOSED TO BE 24/7!!!?? Now we wasted, time, gas, and money! And it takes 3 days to get a refund?? Horrible management!! Employees also ignored us, horrible Parking: The parking lot was closed?? We had an online order and we couldn t even get in.

This place is ridiculous. Two lanes just to not move any faster, anyway. nobody can zipper merges properly. The people at the window cant keep track of which order belongs to which car. Super super slow process at least 20 minutes each visit from arrival to departure. Wasnt even given a receipt, so I couldnt get credit for the food mission I had signed up for with a survey company online. The food is usually gross anyway, so the only time I ever will go here is if my husband requests something or theres a survey involved. I have ZERO desire to go here out of my own free will.

So two out of times on average when I order latte, they say I have to wait for 10 mins or so because the latte machine is being cleaned . This is 2024 and you still hear these lame reasons from a company like McDonald and they are not able to serve customers.

The customer service here is awful, I was the only car in the drive through and they told me to wait by the numbers. I only ordered a coffee and hashbrown. It took over 20 minutes to get one hash brown. They forgot to give me my sugar and cream so I had to go back inside and get that even though I told them on the speaker. When I walked in, it was slow. No one dining in. The employees where just too busy talking and didn t seem to care about there job. There s better McDonald s locations than this one. Will not return

Need more Staff in the early Mornings because every single Day I patronize this Restaurant the Drive-thru Clerk acts annoyed that the McDonalds App takes a few moments to produce a Code for the Item(s) I ordered. I hit use Deal until I reach the Menu Board because it will and has timed out before ordering my Food and I had to pay full Price. Also during the Lunch Hour 5 Tables were dirty and only 3 People were dining inside. Either the Grease needs changing or the French Fries were over cooked. One of your older Male Hispanic Managers has very good Customer Service but he wasnt wearing a Name Badge for me to state his Name. The Parking Lot is usually nice and clean. The Lanscaping is pretty in the Drive-thru area.

I did it to gain access, she made a mistake with my Gua and my bacon and the manager, I suppose, came to say in a very loud voice that they had better given me too much as if I could manage the portions and since I dont speak English she told me to read On the bill that is in English it was half the bacon. Make sure you verify everything that you order is in the bag(s) when exiting the drive-thru and also check that you dont receive another persons order. Inside, The Kiosks often read out of order. Occasionally they actually function; operating them is not a user friendly experience. Bums me that they no longer serve Coke Zero. Also dining in closes at 10:00 instead of midnight. Food has improved immensely at this location since the Pandemic commenced. Try the yummy Jalapeno Bacon Chessy Double QP. Inside the colors are pleasant. Cleaning is ongoing.
