We had been in Pasadena since early morning so on our way out wife and I decided to stop and get a bite to eat (2PM) here in Baytown. Wife got he regular cheese burger while I got the baconator, we both were completely satisfied with the quality and taste. Of course we had to get frosties I got the classic chocolate and my wife got the three berry to finish our meal, excellent on all.

The food is good but small, the service was slow and they only had 3 customers, 2 in drive threw and me in the dining room . It took them 15 minutes to come to the counter to take my order. Please dont let that stop you from going, Im just not a big fan of Wendys and they could have just been having a bad day.

Asiago Club meal $11.98 asked for extra ranch nothing extra. And just barely any ranch. I could barely even taste it Saucy nugget meal $7.99 they were half sauced and overcooked The fries were absolutely horrible. They were way overcooked and tasted like there was no salt on them And the drink machine there was only like Four drinks that you could choose from and the syrup to CO2 ratio was absolutely horrible. You get more CO2 than you do the syrup

FIRE BOTH MANAGERS ASAP Both managers need to be fired ASAP. Both are constantly on their phone and the main manager spends most of her time in her truck while on the clock. Plus she is extremely rude and has poor customer service. The time I was there I could hear her swearing at the workers because apparently she had been rude with someone in the drive thru and they wanted a refund. She has white hair and her name is Naomi. Kelly is the other manager and while Ive never had a bad experience personally Ive seen her be rude to the workers and customers. The workers are completely different they always make sure my order is right and fresh. The workers have always been VERY friendly and went the extra mile to make sure my order was to my liking. 5 stars for food because the workers have always made sure my food was fresh. 1 star for the service directed towards management. 1 star for the atmosphere directed towards management as well.

Very bad customer service. I am new to area and been a long time since going to a Wendys but the girl at the counter was not at all helpful. What kind of drinks do you have I asked, she stated, they are on the menu. Then she double charged me for my meal. The manager then asked me if I wanted only one wrap. July 2, 23 9:00 pm fire the manager. Walked in told her I had a mobile order when she walked to me and didn t respond and walked away. Spent 20 minutes on her phone by the register where others were working and came back and asked what I needed. I told her I m waiting for my mobile order and she says she didn t print the ticket. I say ok then she leaves again later comes back and says they don t have some of the items I ordered (chili was one). I ask to just cancel it and for a refund and she leaves again I guess to make me wait. If Quality is key at Wendy s then get quality employees. I m the only customer aside from the two drive through cars. The owner doesn t care I looked over reviews and no responses/action.

hi yesterday (02/25/23) I drove through your HWY 146 location in Baytown Texas. I spent $24.28 on food (they did not give me a reciept, Im looking on my bank account). I ordered a burger meal and a chicken burger meal. The food was HORRIBLE!!!! The fries were not fresh, its like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. My friend ate her burger meal but made the remark she was only eating it because she was starving! I ordered my chicken burger without lettuce or tomatos but of course lettuce and tomatos were on it. I am HIGHLY allergic to lettuce. After scraping it off, I still broke out and my lips swelled up. PLUS the chicken tasted like frozen checken that had barely been heated. I am VERY disappointed! oh and the worker didnt even bother to say thank you or have a nice day. As far as Im concerned that was 25 bucks wasted! Unless made right, i will NEVER eat at Wendys again. My reaction o the lettuce could have sent me to the hospital, surprisingly it did not. I have not left a google review but unless I hear back from you about my horrible experience, I WILL leave a google review. How terrible that you would serve food like that and clearly your emplyee needs to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. I spend 25.00 for food Im allergic to and I dont even get a thank you. Ive only been to this location a few times in the last several years since it popped up. The building itself still looks fresh and feels brand new and whatnot. The food itself was good as well. However... the staff here seems.... off. Im not sure how to voice that any differently. The mens restroom was also noticeably completely out of soap and paper towels the last two times Ive visited. :/ Seems like it shouldnt be that hard to have someone restock their restrooms on a regular basis. Texas health department wouldnt be happy with this at all.

I m usually very considerate of fast food joints as I get the rush and quantity of orders they have to get out routinely. This visit was sub-par even with the considerations above. We waited in line for a considerable amount of time while we watched 3 people come in to fix incorrect orders. We finally received our food to find it was also incorrect. While getting our order fixed another 2 guests come in for incorrect orders. We don t come to this location often so maybe they are just having an off day but they missed the mark.

Ive had several bad experiences with Wendys, 1) the quality of the food bacon cheese fries water down and disgusting. Bread wet and ruined with more water off the veggie younger ladies in the drive thru disrespectful attitude when Im there always laughing at me as if I am being funny. Nothing I said had humor in it! This location is consistently inconsistent. Ive held off writing a review for a while but today was the day that I was convinced that this location is not reliable. After ordering four breakfast items through the Wendys app, I only received three. The kicker is that apparently they felt they were fulfilling my order by combining ingredients from two items into one. Instead of getting a sausage biscuit and a bacon biscuit, they just put sausage and bacon on a single biscuit. I have had a suspicion that they cut corners on mobile orders and today feels like the final proof.

I have had my order messed up three times just this year and today was enough. Management is rude, staff has zero customer service and the food seems to be always wrong, missing, or not prepared properly. Just got a raw potato, fries missing on a combo, and the beans in the chili are hard thats just with todays order. Do you as the owner/management/ corporate not see these reviews? Do you not have any shame? Do you not take customers money? Its like going to the casino it seems to be a gamble if your gunna walk away with at the most a correct order. Do better or please close so we can get something comparable to the quality we get with your restaurant neighbors on the block.

This has very rude employees , I waited in line to see if they was open and they just ignored me . I waited for 30 mins and still nobody they just looked . Customer service is your first and best impression and they have failed at that

Mess up my order? More like never received it out my refund! Nobody has contacted me back and I guess Ill have to get in contact with my bank to file a dispute which costs me more money! I will be filing a police report as well as contacting the Better Business Bureau about them scamming their customers out of their money! Is there a way to give no stars? Dont use their app. Theres no way to cancel an order even if you never receive it! This is literally the worst service Ive received ever!

Super slow and the prices continue to go up while the portion sizes go down. The regular burgers are what the Jr burgers USE to be and the Jr burgers, well they are more like sliders only SMALLER!!

I am new to the area. My husband and I picked up a couple of meals last night. Not only did they take a long tome to prepare our meals. When we got to our room, the fries were cold and hard and our burgers were a mess. This is the worse Wendys we ever been to.
