Not sure who the owner is but I really appreciate the kid-friendly and family-friendly atmosphere at this Kung Fu Tea location in Murphy. I ordered three boba teas and kept the kids occupied for like 30 minutes with the interactive hands-on games. I would definitely return to support this location. Note: My winter melon green tea was way too sweet for me. I hope the sugar level could be customized.

We love this place! The atmosphere is nice. They have family games to play while you wait or for you to just hang out there and play. The owners are incredibly nice. Ive always had great customer service here, and you never have to wait too long. Their boba drinks and icey drinks are amazingly delicious! I usually get the taro milk tea with boba, and I could drink it every day its so good. My child got a snores icey once that was also super good. Their macaroons and macaroon ice cream sandwiches are really good, too. I highly recommend this place! Parking: Never had an issue. Kid-friendliness: Very kid and family friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: very accessible.

Fall in love with this darling very beautiful kungfu girl. Love her colorful decorations store. Both the store and her rainbow three levels bright colors sweet drinks looks so attractive attempting mouth thirsty different varieties drink. Nice and relaxing setting to either studying reading or socializing above and beyond imagination. Convenient location next to the big gym work out one should refreshing one thirsty quenching with one of many varieties colored rainbow energy drink next door is my favorite. Wish her a happy prosperity new year to come. Open wide parking. Come for the great experience.

Absolutely nothing was wrong with the staff or cleanliness of the place, I just think the flavors are off. I got a Thai milk tea and it was almost white. Its supposed to be a bright orange. Thai tea is also known for being very sweet but this was completely unsweet. The boba was good but my drink was not it.

Just to clarify -- I accidentally clicked on this review and it refreshed the publish date. This incident took place a couple/few years back, so please dont reprimand your current employees for this! I appreciate the owner responding to my review. -- The employees working at this location needs a serious crash course in customer service. The milk teas at this location is mediocre at best - more milk than anything else. I always have to get it without ice or it ends up tasting like watered down milk. My most recent visit, which will now be my last, was an absolute waste of time. After about 10 or 15 min of sitting around waiting for my drink, they finally hollered my number. They informed me that they had ran out of the oolong milk tea at 8PM on a Saturday! Seriously?! I got ONE very insincere apology, just one! Even after I got my refund, he just sort of stared at me waiting for me to leave. No thank you, bye or another I m sorry. By the way, floor was dirty and littered with napkins but instead of cleaning up, one of the employees was hangin out with her friend instead. Sorry but won t be back, I much rather drive an extra 15 min to the Campbell one.

Tried coming twice this month. Both times I have ordered 2 drinks. The taste and texture/consistency is so off. Either really powder-y and not smooth, over-shaked/mixed where it has a burnt taste or the taste is completely off. Supposedly sweet drink tasted savory and spoiled. Another drink was really gritty with the powder taste really prominent but tasted mostly of milk because it wasnt mixed well. Been going to this location for awhile but seems like their has been change made in staffing or lack of staff. Drinks are not being prepared right. Edit: Not able to pm on google review. But changed from 2 stars to 3 stars for communication. I think having staff relearn how to make drinks might be a good start

Please have a little patience with those of us who dont know what we want or dont know the exact words for what we are trying to order. Terrible representation for Kung Fu Tea. This particular location is horrible. Saturday night at 9pm. Words that came out of the workers mouth why is everyone and their momma ordering?! No more Taro!! UGH We are rationing boba. Probably to not have to make anymore for the night. I mean look at the yellow drink. This is the second time we have had a bad experience here. The first one around the same time, different day, everyone was so slow and unprofessional. Like no one wanted to take our order but we were the only ones there? Clearly they are kids. But where is the management? Floors are FILTY. And who looks at the floors? I didn t. The sticky dust bunnies were big enough to stare into my soul.

Don t come here. When I arrived, one employee was sitting down talking to her friends. She then proceeds to take my order and tells me they were out of what I wanted, then I chose another option and said they were also out of it. Surprisingly they had something in stock so I ordered that. Then she couldn t process the payment and her co worker came to help but were laughing trying to fix it. Overall it was a horrible experience and was disappointed as it was my first time here. Never coming back .

Ive come here consistently once in a while since they opened and its such a shame to see it go downhill, especially in such a prime location. When I walked in on a Friday night the entire place was empty (the singular employee and Im assuming the manager were both out of sight in the kitchen). It was eerily silent. Everything just moved at a snails pace at this location. From ordering to getting my drink, it was too slow. Im sure they have staffing issues like many retail places, but to let it get to this state is absolutely disappointing. I paid a little less than 6.50 (incl. tax) for a large drink which is on par with other places. However, there were barely any toppings which they charged me $0.50 for. Save your money and time, and go to the many other boba shops in the area...

Went to Kung Fu Tea @ this location and was verry displeased with the customer service and quality of the drink that I received (Milk Tea). Usually when you go to a Boba establishment an Milk Tea is the most basic drink to get... Knowing that I was very troubled the way my drink was made. The customer service at his location seemed disarrayed as the wait time for 1 drink took a total of 10 minutes when I was the only customer at the time. Over all dissatisfied with this place and environment.

Not usually the type to write reviews, but my experience at this place deserves one. I have been a customer at this KFT location since they ve been open and I can confidently say that their professionalism, drink quality, and overall customer service has DECLINED immensely. After reading previous reviews, it appears that the issues have not been resolved since they are reoccurring still. 1) From the moment I walked in and was ready to order, I informed the young lady that I was going to be ordering 7 drinks in total so the order might be a little chaotic. There was no one behind me or before me. There were plenty of employees standing around. I had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times when ordering, it appears that the young lady wasn t able to grasp or understand what I was saying. There was no effort on her end to try to hear me. I start off with drink size, name of drink, with or without milk, add boba, and request for 50% sugar and 50% ice. I figured that this would make it simple for her to enter it into the system, but I guess not. 2) I was not able to pay with my KFT app for some reason, she kept trying to scan my QR code, but it wasn t working. She didn t bother to ask me if I had another payment method or even explain that I could still redeem my points if I kept the receipt. Since she didn t ask me how I wanted to pay, I just gave her my card since this young lady was not able/didn t try to resolve this issue. She manually typed in my total amount and gave me my receipt. **There was no option for me to tip when she enters the total manually. The receipt she handed me did not require a signature.** 3) After waiting for about 10 minutes, I decided to go sit in the car as I was not feeling well. My boyfriend was still sitting inside waiting on our order. After it s been about 20-25 minutes, I asked my boyfriend if it was ready and he said that they haven t called out our order number, but he will go ahead and ask the young lady. At this time it was not busy, there were no customers in front or behind us, so there should be no reason for the 7 drinks to not be ready after 20 minutes, especially when there are employees standing around. When my boyfriend asked the young lady if our order was ready, rather than calling out the order number or at least putting the drinks where the customers can see that their order is ready, she left them behind the counter. You can tell the drinks have been sitting there and I wonder how long she was planning to make him wait. She failed to offer DRINK HOLDERS or even a BAG when there are 7 drinks. How do you expect someone to carry all of that out? To make things even better, she decided to give my boyfriend some word of advice even when she failed to do the basics within her job. She said to him I don t know if it s too much to ask, but if you re going to order 7 drinks next time, tip . Unbelievable! I advise you to actually do the job that you re being paid to do first before asking for a tip. My total was entered MANUALLY by this young lady and she can t remember that I was not able to tip. Which was probably for the best because the services you get from this KFT location does not deserve a tip or even your business to begin with! Management, y all need to check on your employees before you lose all loyal customers who love the KFT chain. Definitely will not be returning to this location due to this experience and because the workers are a bunch of kids chilling around who can t even stock up on their main supplies. Save your coin and energy on a different KFT location Note on drink quality: It appears that requesting 50% less sugar level on all 7 drinks meant 100% sugar or even more. So sweet, you can see the sugar crystals at the bottom. It s safe to say that my request for 50% less sugar has been disregarded. My family members were definitely not enjoying their drinks.

So I went with my girlfriend yesterday after donating blood. My girlfriend attempts to pay by phone so she can get points, had to repeat herself multiple times to the cashier, and just decides to pay with her card instead since the cashier cant get it working. The cashier has to manually enter the amount in for whatever reason. We order 7 drinks and sit down. My girlfriend feels light headed and decides to sit in the car to rest as she almost passed out donating. Im sitting there for 20 minutes waiting on my order to be called. No one calls out, I have to approach the young woman behind the counter. She smiles after I tell her we ordered the 7 drinks, and proceeds to grab them from behind the counter as they had been finished for what seemed like a while ago. Annoying, but not the biggest deal. She places 7 drinks in front of me, without a drink holder and I literally have to ask for one. She searches, none behind the counter. As she grabs and opens a new pack from the back she says to me, I dont know if its a lot to ask, but next time if youre gonna order 7 drinks, tip. Didnt even get me a drink cart or bag, I waited 20 minutes in a store with more people behind the register than in the store and shes asking me to tip next time when there wasnt even an option. Cherry on top was probably still not following the directions to put less sugar in the drinks. My tip for the store is to do better. Provide better leadership to your staff and a fair wage so they dont even have to ask for tips. Ill be hitting up the Richardson location since it seems thats the better alternative. TL;DR: Unprofessional staff ask me for tips next time after performing bare minimum.

We used to love coming here as the boba is much better than everywhere else, but the last 2 times were disappointing. 2 months ago when we came we ordered on the app, and they were out of boba when we arrived. They hadnt even seen our orders since the employees were sitting at a table talking to their friends, and there was no more milk foam as well. Because of this we hadnt gotten boba for 2 months, but we decided to give it another chance. We arrived and once again both employees were sitting there with their friends, luckily they did have boba this time, but they gave me the kf Milk tea when I ordered taro milk tea. Not sure if we will return again.

There was no one at the counter to take my order when I arrived. I waited for awhile before calling out for help. When the employee finally came from the back to take my order, she asked if I had cash. I asked if they only took cash and not credit. She said, no the cash is for a tip. I don t get paid very much. I was stunned. To ask for a tip from a customer before even taking their order is unbelievable. Very unprofessional. I left without ordering. I wont be back.

Ive given this location so many chances, but it just keeps getting worse and worse. The employees are unprofessional and spend a lot of the time hanging with friends that pop by rather than assisting customers in line. Im not sure if the root of the issue is management, but this location NEVER seems to have any supplies on hand. They ran out of boba, milk, and what seems to be literally the essentials to make the drinks. Im genuinely disappointed that a place I used to go to all the time has changed this much (sadly, not for the better). I will not be coming back to this location.

Tried something new - milk tea honey green tea. The flavors were pronounced honey, green tea and milk. It was as advertised but it doesnt rank in my personal taste top 5 which includes macha, macha and more macha ... maybe include a few red beans. You can ask for special milk for the lactate intolerant. Give the tea a try and lets compare notes.

We were disappointed as we ordered milk tea on the app and picked up. We made the assumption that the bubbles would be included since the picture showed them in it. After we left and opened our teas we realized it was just plain tea, no bubbles. We didnt realize after you choose the tea you need to scroll down off the visible screen and choose toppings. Needless to say we were already gone and were left in disappointment.

Multiple times mobile order not filled. Then they are not satisfied with the app showing purchase but have to provide proof that the credit card is charged. Then the order comes our wrong or they hardly give you any boba in your drink. And it happened multiple times or this review would not be written. Will not give them another chance again.

My daughter loved the boba... they make theirs specific to their company... and my daughter said it was a really good difference... she loved the flavor!!! As for the chai milk... just tasted like a strong tea bag... water... and milk. I didnt taste the chai seasonings at all!!

I love the tea from this place and the employees here always seem nice and have great service, but this place is so dirty. The bathrooms are pretty gnar. If this was a one time thing I wouldnt bother to post but Ive been here at least 10 times and its gotten worse and worse. Kung Fu Tea - please clean your place and keep it clean. I like your spot and I want to like it more but its rough.

My experience differ from many that frequents here. You might want to read other reviews (the 1-2 ) from old timers as it seems like theres a changed of new staffers. Just a few points to take note, Kung Fu Tea is a franchise, this particular location has been opened for 3 years. I only come in for the regular milk tea (which has brown sugar) and changed out the boba for pudding. My multiple trips has been a great experience, relatively fast, refunds for boba removal and consistent taste on drink. This is one of the few places you can have boba tea in Murphy. Theres not many options unless you stay in Allen or Plano.

I went here on Thanksgiving after we finished eating and its true what they say about Asians, Thanksgiving means nothing to us! I got the taro milk tea with crystal bobas and I probably shouldve exaggerated with the extra boba because once you try them, omg! Definitely recommend this place and cant wait to go back!

This place used to have good/fast service, I was a regular customer and when I walked in the door, they already knew what I wanted but now, most of the workers left and the new ones are super slow and dont get the orders right. I waited 30 minutes for my drink when it was SUPER slow. There was only one person waiting for their order when I arrived, I placed my order and about 2-3 customers came in after me. All of them except one got their orders before me, even though I placed my order before them. Also, the bubbles have changed. Before, they were big and very soft/chewy but now they are smaller and dont have a chewy texture. Hope its just because the new workers are still training and getting more experience.
