Came here for lunch on 9/27/24. Stood at the front waiting to be seated for 15 minutes. Waiters and manager passed by like I was invisible. Finally manager came and told me he can seat me but it will be another 20 minutes just to get a waiter to come to my table. Whole time waiting observed waiters talking in the back laughing no one seemed to have any worry or care in the world. If you looking for good service this isnt the place.

My favorite chilis. Today I went (9/21/2024) for pick up around 8:30PM. The young black beautiful young lady who works at the to-go counter( I forgot her name but she was wearing a hippy vest) is always sweet and kind when I pick up. Food is always perfect, order is always right and hot. Will continue to go to this location!

Had a fantastic time at the bar! The atmosphere was lively, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive. The manager even stopped by to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Its great to see such excellent customer service in action. Im almost a regular at the Missouri City location. One Saturday, we went for a Farewell Party, and the following Saturday, I went back for some delicious food. I enjoyed eating off the 3 for Me Menu. Its perfect for me. The service is always great. Kid-friendliness: The kid menu is great with appropriate portions. Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of accessible parking.

Food was fine and relaxed atmosphere. I sat right in front of the cash register at the bar. I had to wait a long time for my waitress to bring me a refill on my tea. I had just finished playing 2 hours of tennis and I was thirsty, after one refill I had to eat the rest of my dinner with no drink. I still gave a 18% tip but won t return. I was there on a Tuesday night and it was very slow that night. They need a new manager and staff.

Walked into bar Sunday at 10pm. YES, bar. And was refused service because they close at 10:30. We explained we only wanted drinks. Such a great experience . The service was superb from the manager to the waitress to the kitchen staff. Such welcoming faces and positive vibes! I had a sudden craving for some southwestern eggrolls so I decided to swing by with a friend since I havent been to Chilis in years. We ended up ordering the triple dipper, which is an amazing value for the amount of food that you get. The eggrolls were as good as I remember, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the boneless buffalo wings were. The skillet chocolate chip cookie was the perfect dessert to end the meal with. Our server, Luke, was incredibly pleasant. He offered several recommendations, and checked in frequently to see if there was anything else we needed. Overall, dining here was a wonderful experience and I plan to visit again in the future.

Very disappointed especially form the restaurant supervisor Her name is Shelby), she is unprofessional, disrespectful, I paid tips $10 in cash and later on I surprised from the bill they added $20 tips by themselves without my approval/knowledge, that s totally unfair, when I notice the extra charges, next day I went back to the store to ask about the unfair charges, unfortunately she said you agreed about the tips, I said noway I never agreed about it, that s not possible because I do give you a $10 cash as a tips why do I have to pay extra tips $20 it doesn t make sense ?!!! The waiter (His name is Nick) took my debit card and process the transaction inside away form my table and then I discovered, that s too bad, finally I am not recommending anyone to deal with such unprofessional behaviour and cheating, finally the supervisor kick me out of the restaurant instead of helping me out and returning my money back, as every single one can see the bill so they can judge easily, guys please be very careful at that restaurant.

The food was great. The people I spent my time with were better. The service started out amazing. However, our waiter kept forgetting stuff, but I understood it was a lot of us. They allowed us to add tables and chairs. I think it was a unique and pleasant experience. Honestly, Chillis is one of the most family friendly restaurants that I ve ever been to. Also, the staff was pleasant. I didn t since any attitudes from anyone. Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids meal and on the back of the meal they have an activity page.

The order was not correct, soup was watery, mashed potatoes were old! I drove from Rosharon and the only offer to correct the mistake was for me to get back in my car and drive for them to remake it! In these current weather conditions would not allow pickup on another day! After I explain that they have already closed the bridges for the day due to the ice on the roads and I have several bridges to cross to make it there!!!! Went in to the Missouri City restaurant to get some food using a gift card. I ordered the food and wanted to change my order but the manager on the evening shift (Caucasian with short hair) refused to change my order. She was very rude and said that the customer is not always right. I came here for my little brother s birthday the other day, and I can honestly say that it was really disappointing. We ordered our food, and it only came out around 40 minutes later. When our server brought the drinks, the sprite based ones were really diluted with water, so it tasted like bitter sparkling water. When our food came I was surprised to see that there were barely any fries on my dish compared to every other time I ve come here. Besides that, I felt bad for our server because it seemed like he didn t really have a clue what he was doing. He said that he had only started working there, but he hadn t received any training. At that point, I think you guys are just being lazy and careless about your restaurant, and I could obviously see that many people that have come to this location would also agree, especially since almost every chair in the restaurant was empty. I feel that this one of the biggest concerns of mine that definitely be addressed. Thank you.

I placed a curbside pick up order today (Sunday) and the food was ready when the app said it would be and the young lady that brought my food to the car was so nice and so professional. I was beyond happy with my experience until I checked my order and say the amount of fries I received for each other. I literally received a handful of fries for my burger and chicken strip order and I couldnt quite understand why the portions were so small. My son went into the restaurant to ask the staff why there were limited fries and he was told that they had to decrease the portions that customers received because their corporate had limited them in the amount of food made available to them. That was a horrible response and beyond unacceptable to think that you can reduce the amount of food you provide the customer while increasing the cost. My son likes Chilis but I will not return to this location or any other location for that matter if they have the corporate office has this type of viewpoint to help manager their supply.

We visited Chilis on Sunday afternoon. We placed our drink and food order. After receiving our drinks and getting a drink refill the server comes by nearly 35 minutes after and tells us that our food order disappeared from the system. So do you mean you just forgot to put it in or it literally disappeared?? It couldnt have when everyone else in our section of the restaurant had food orders filled. The manager comes by and is just as absent of answers as the server. I was hesitant going to Chilis to begin with but my daughter was stuck on those invisible brisket quesadillas. My family and I typically come to this Chilis and usually dont have any major issues, but the last time was unfortunate... To start I ordered a sweet tea. When it got to the table, the bottom of it was almost clear. I stirred it up and took one sip and sent it back. It seemed like it was half sugar syrup. I ordered regular tea and that tasted weird because this particular location seems to have issues with their water. Oh well... On to the food. We ordered chips and salsa. The chips must have been the bottom of the bag, because it was mostly just tiny broken chips. The salsa is usually pretty thin, which is fine, but it was VERY watery. We couldnt even salt our chips because every salt shaker in the restaurant had wet salt in it. (This particular issue has been going on for at least a year. They must wipe inside the lids and then immediately close them. PLEASE get new salt shakers.) Now the entrees... I ordered the 3 for me. The side salad came out after my burger and the cucumber in it tasted SO BAD, I had to spit it out. The Oldtimer was a little dry, but I managed. My son got the Cheeseburger Bites from the kids menu, and for the last few months the kitchen has gotten lazy with them. There was barely any meat on them and there was no cheese - on the CHEESEburger bites. They didnt even bother to cut them apart. My mother ordered Southwestern Egg Rolls and street corn. The egg rolls came out cold and mushy. The last straw was the corn. It looked as if it had been cooked last week, refrozen the next day, and then cooked again that night. The corn was brown. It was gross. The waitress was nice and tried to help, but the kitchen and the rest of the restaurant just needs some work. I think it might be a while before we go back to this location.

This is the worst chilis I have ever been to will not be returning to this chilis 5788 hwy 6 Missouri City the workers there is very rude the young lady in the to go section had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted the Cajun Pasta without the shrimp that I had to pay $4.00 extra for chicken and their lunch menu has went up in the price I use to get the 3 for me with the Cajun Pasta always with chicken on it for $12.99 now its $16.99 thats ridiculous how the dish is now serve with shrimp (allergic to shrimp) so I think that you should have a choice either chicken or shrimp not to be made to pay extra. Not to mention that my birthday is July 13th was sent a free dessert I was so livid and frustrated with the staff I left without Redeeming my dessert. I will definitely be following up with a call to the corporate office.

The food was amazing and I would recommend that you go there, but the table sitting next to us was a bit loud and kept dropping the bowls on the ground which was really annoying. Overall, a great place to eat at and recommend that you check the place out.

The to-go person was very rude and disrespectf even in the presence of the manager. If that truly was the manager, he didnt seem to care or he has zero authority over his employees. While I dont expect 5 star service from a restaurant of this caliber. I do expect common courtesy. Its sad what this world has come to.

Overall terrible experience with the customer service. They used very cheap behavior with misinformation to charge extra. While ordering drinks we specified that we were getting a fountain drink and requested if root beer would be available as an option for the fountain drink, they said it would be possible and gave us root beers, talking to the manager, she expected us to know that root beer was a bottled drink and that it would be separate, without telling us any of this, they cheated us after the fact. Furthermore, when ordering for one member in our family that was vegetarian, we had called before going to the restaurant about vegetarian options, they said that there were many vegetarian options including a veg fajita option. While ordering, our server said that the veg option did not exist, being susceptively nice, she went to the chef and confirmed that we would be able to get the veg option that we were promised. After receiving the bill we found that they added additional costs as they pleased, without telling us a thing, they cheated us to almost double the original price of our orders. Truly horrible service, cheating people out of money with tricking and lying. Moreover Service very slow with one server and one bar tender for the restaurant of this size. We had to ask for everything twice. Explains why they do not have any customers. We were a frequent customer at this location of chili s and chose to come back once, we will not be visiting this location again and will not be recommending this to anyone else.

The manager at this location is ignorant, unapologetic, condescending and have the Mentality that the customer is always wrong !! The waiter misinformed us of the stipulation of our Chili s reward program and therefore at the end , we were overcharged . And last week, we came here to dine with a different waiter with no problems so it wasn t as if we were expecting something extraordinary on todays visit. Too bad, the pseudo manager is giving Chili s poor representation of its Brand! Because in this day and age, you should be more mindful of your patronage! I wish I could give a negative 5 !

We arrived at 10:30 pm ordered a burger, 2 cajun pasta (chicken), and buffalo wings. Wings were over cooked & inedible (server didnt care), brought out shrimp pasta dishes not chicken, burger was over cooked. Had to go to the bar for a water refill. Server took my hubbys glass to refill it & we could see him with the straw between his fingers like a cigarette GROSS, he did replace the straw but still thats gross. Missouri City, Tx Chilis needs better training

Service was great, but the baby back ribs were terribly disappointing. Contrary to the mouth-watering picture in the menu, they are NOT beef, but pork! Even the waitress didnt know this, and seemed surprised when she went to the kitchen to ask. Menu does not say, but the picture is clearly beef. In reality, once you get past the tasty sauce, the meat underneath is clearly the other white meat. This is downright fraudulent, and we wont be going back.

Came here with family. The appetizers hit the spot. Food was great but the service was AMAZING!!! The best service hands down. Cynthia was our server she is great highly recommend asking for her. Also had the pleasure of Zahne who brought us our drinks and Akla who also brought us some hot sauce these 3 ladies really made the experience great.
