Today I went to Popeye 1507 to eat and the service is excellent and fast, Linda and Tomas are always very friendly when I go and the quality of the food is very delicious and fresh. I never have to complain. They are very good.

This location of Popeyes needs to be avoided at all cost. Complete trash, the food was so dry and you can tell it was just sitting there for hours. The employees there are just as garbage as the food was. If you really want Popeyes avoid this one, even if you have to drive a little further.

I specifically ally ask for aside of beans, not potatoes with gravy. If I had wanted potatoes, I would definantly order no gravy with them. Of course, they went in the garbage, so I didnt get my full lunch. The chicken was really good, as was the biscuit and honey.

I dont suggest using the app as there is no accountability for issues with the order. I order two meals that came out to $20 and returned them bc the meat was dry as if it had been sitting for hours under the warmers. I was told that my food could be made fresh but it would take 15 mins. Why not just have fresh food to start? I tried to get my money back to go elsewhere BUT the store doesnt issue refunds for online orders. I went through their online process and the comp was 1750 points for a 3 piece combo... yeah, but I bought 2 combos. Wont be buying Popeyes for a long time, if ever. Given the economy, I am more vigilant with where I spend my money and this Popeyes is not worth my patronage.

Ordered a spicy sandwich and spicy tenders. The lady that helped me barely spoke two words with me when i asked for honey and blackened ranch. I didnt get honey after asking 3 times. Chicken for the sandwich was really chewy and did not receive spicy tenders. She was also wearing a Burger King crown hat. Wont be back anytime soon.

Yesterday afternoon (Sunday 17 February 24 @1340 hours) I drove through the drive through & placed an order. The order was an 8 piece family supper with a side of red & beans rice ( order # 662). The store was very busy & I waited a few moments for my order. From the very beginning until the end the entire staff was pleasant & very professional. 2 spanish speaking customers ahead of me, and the cashier disappeared when I stepped up. Literally was ignored by 3 other employees for 7 minutes. Guy came back and didnt say anything no greeting, did not ask what he could get for me, no words. I said Hello he grinned. I said how are you? He said yeah. I ordered 2 spicy sandwich combos with fries. He asked if I wanted spicy or mild. I gave him the seriously?? Look. And he repeated his question. So I repeated my order and again, he asked spicy or mild. When I stated that I have ordered it twice now and told you what I wanted twice now you need to listen better Im not answering your question because Ive answered it twice. Then he said oh right. Got it. He asked what sides? And I shook my head. And again, about 20 seconds later, he said Oh right. I said I wanted it dine in. It says dine in on my receipt. It came in a bag ready to go. Neither sandwich had pickles on them. I went up and told the guy that was standing there not the original cashier that took the order, I told him our sandwiches had no pickles, and would like some pickles for 2 sandwiches. He threw a bowl to someone behind the front wall and in spanish, said put pickles in. I literally waited 3 minutes for them. See the picture. Pathetic. I had received my sandwich opened it up took a bite, looked for my pickles, didnt see them, laid the food down and went to ask so by the time I got back my sandwich, it was cold my fries were cold. The other sandwich was over cooked & poor quality. A big chunk of breading and no chicken. This is absolutely the last time. The disrespect, the laziness, the lack of giving a damn about anything or anyone, is disgusting.

They are either rude or dont speak English well. I ordered the 5 pc bone in 2 can dine with double fries in the mild chicken. Ordered fries fresh. They proceeded to tell me they only had spicy wings and breast I would have to wait for mild. I said ok Ill wait because I want the thigh and legs. I then reiterated for fresh fries with the fresh chicken. Oh and honey too please. They said sure and made me park away from the building in the lot area out front. When the worker brought my order, I noticed no honey and asked. She let out a puff of air like she was annoyed then stated while rolling her eyes you can go back through the line in drive through and they can give you some! I said but I asked them for it already when i ordered. She just turned and went back inside without a word. So I drove back through again for the honey. Now let me finsh the experuence by saying they gave me wings and breast instead of legs and thighs. Also the fries were not even hot!

I was at this Popeyes the other day, had a coupon for a 10 piece mixed. I made the mistake of not checking the order before I left. The coupon said 10 piece mixed, that means dark & white meat chicken. I only had thighs,wings and drumsticks, no breast. On top of that they shorted me 2 pieces of chicken and one biscuit. This is not the first time this has happened. If this is the way yall are going to treat your customers, I will start going to your competitors.

We walked in this place and honestly from the outside a guy walked up out of nowhere begging for money. We walked inside and the lobby area was dirty such as the tables, the floor, and it had an awful smell in the like urine. I will never come here again. Most disappointing experience with Popeyes ever! We are big fans of Popeyes chicken but no tonight. Mobile order for a family 10 piece with mashed potatoes and red beans n rice, 9:30pm. Picked up at drive through . Here we go .. cold sides. Room temperature actually. Chicken was stale/old and spicy despite ordering mild. Biscuits were dry and hours old. We ended up throwing a $30 meal in the trash it was so bad. Needless to say, the worst experience we ve had at any Popeyes, despite the other local store getting our order wrong every time.
