It is a quiet and pleasant place. Sometimes when I work near the park I like to go sit and enjoy my meals in a natural and peaceful environment. Playground: Yes there are games for children Toilets: There is also a bathroom Dog-friendliness: Yes, you just have to walk him on his leash and pick up after him when he does his business. Picnic area: There are also tables and I think there are two burners for cooking.

It has a small walking trail make sure to wear bug repellence because theres a lot of mosquitoes. Playground: A standard playground With swings and slides. Toilets: Its a Porter John. Picnic area: It has a disabled picnic area.

Pelly park is the best park in Baytown,Texas. One of the safest neighborhoods and most welcoming community. I grew up at this park and to this day it s been updated and gets better by the day.

This was a very nice and clean park. Everything here from from bbq pits, covered benchs, new playground equipment, walking path, basket ball court, baseball field, even a small splash pad for smaller children. Splash pad wasnt on of course because of the time of year. But all was nice and well kept. I will be returning here in the future, and plan to throw a few events here as well.

This place is nice,quiet, and is often very neat. However, I noticed recently some people loiter there and they appear to live there. They appear to be homeless,sleeping on the benches and tables, changing their clothes there and leaving their bags there. So I feel uneasy at times. However, I would recommend a visit. I would suggest just stay vigilant as one should always be.

I use to live in Baytown and grew up around this park. Was the best childhood. I hope parents takes their kids here and give them a memory they well cherish of their times if fun, getting sweaty, and not having a care in the world

Pelly Park has a lot of Fun things to do. A Basketball court and a Exercise court, Plus a Kids Jungle Gym with a Summer time Water Spouts for the Kids and a jogging or Walking sidewalk for those who love too take a Nice long stroll. And Last but Certainly Not Least, a Baseball Field for practicing during Baseball Season. By the way, theres a BBQ Pit and picnic benches for Family outings. So, bring out the Family and prepare for some Fun in the Sun for a Change. Who knows, it might become a Weekend Family Tradition.
