No one would take my slip and fall case. After talking with 5 attorneys, finally I found Mr. Todd. He has been very good to me and worked hard on my case. We won!!! It took over 3 years, because I had three surgeries on my right knee. Last surgery was a total knee replacement! While I was concentrating on healing, I didn t have to worry about legal matters. I was in a bad car accident that left my knee seriously damaged. I took my case to Jim Adler s law firm, and they sat on my case for nearly a year before trying to work it. When they finally looked at my case, they were only able to negotiate a $400 settlement - I owed over $30k in medical bills. I went to a few other lawyers after that, but they wouldn t take my case because so much time had passed. I was finally referred to Jeff Todd who negotiated an $80k settlement for me.
