So, today I was working then I got to a good stopping point and was hungry, so I stopped to go here for lunch. I dont live in the area so I didnt know if its a good or bad location. So, I ordered a meal in the drive-thru and it was horrible. Dry, stale food. Bun- not fresh, meat horrible and dry and fries were stale and chewy. I was heartbroken because I was busy and tired and stopped to get food. I could not even eat it. It was nasty. I love Burger King, but obviously not this location. It was nasty because they did not care to prepare a fresh burger. Worst part is that I called and a man answered, I asked for the manager and he said, huh? I guess that meant hes the manager. I explained what happened to me and my frustration and told them that I want a fresh hamburger meal or a refund. He asked me to bring the food back. So, I went to the trash can in my office and put it in a bag and will be promptly returning it after work and never going to this location on 2234 again. Its sad and frustrating that he knew that they prepared an old dry and stale burger and cold chewy fries and he asked me to bring the food as if I was asking for a free meal. Disgusting!!

This place dip the meat in hot juices/liquids saved from precooked burgers. They are terrible!! Service terrible arrogant rude servers taking orders. Food barely warm. Those helped to remind me why I dont buy an foods from my own area. Drive to hwy 6 to get good service & hot food. If I couldve give NO stars I wouldve TERRIBLE. Kill the hungry rest is trash! YUCK

Im not the biggest Burger King fan, but I was hungry. I want around 1 PM. lunchtime. There was a line in the dry thru, but I stayed in anyway. It went very fast. The individual who waited on us at the drive thru was very attentive, clear, and concise. She got our order perfect and even offered us a Burger King Crown at the end.

There is always a long wait in the drive thru at This Burger king. The lady that took my order barely spoke English and I repeated my order 4 times to her, she repeated it back to me right and when I got to the window I asked her again what I ordered she said it right but when I got home it was all wrong and cold! So disappointing! If you order here make sure you check your hamburgers while you are still there! The prices are high and service is poor. I don t mind paying but want my food done like I order it. They do say have it your way but at this BK it s have it their way

I made an online order and when I arrived they didnt have the drink I ordered. The manager wouldnt substitute it and argued with me in the drive thru. She wanted me to pay to get a different drink. She was very rude and clearly had no customer service skills. I got my food and of course it was cold. I purchased a Bacon King that had 1 piece of bacon on it. An $8 burger with 1 piece of bacon. Will not return to this sorry establishment. It blows my mind that someone can be a manager and has absolutely no customer service skills.

Purchase two breakfast sandwiches and both sandwiches were cold. I told the drive-thru operator, she just looked as if she didnt speak English, took the sandwiches back, threw the sandwiches in the microwave on high and gave them back to me. All that did was made the sandwiches hot and rubbery. She didnt say one word. Poor customer service. Once the sandwiches had sat until they were cold they should have been discarded and fresh breakfast sandwiches should have been made.
