This is the nearest chipotle to me and every time I go the workers there are so rude they get irritated when you ask them for something I went for 5 kids meals and they forgot all the chips and charged me extra 3.20$ just because I wanted sour cream instead of their tortillas!! but they don t forget to charge for their queso it s ridiculous and it s always the same person Jon Percy he is rude all the time and they never do anything about his attitude

The food here is very good, but the service ruins it. It leaves a lot to be desired.. especially if you re a food delivery person. The moment you step in there, you are ignored and overlooked for 10 minutes while they take care of their other customers. I understand they re trying to get their line down, but they should have a separate person to deal with to-go orders or food delivery orders. Just my opinion. & then atmosphere wise, you can barely breathe because of the amount of people in there. It s not pleasant. They would do well to put a better system in place so they don t have people piled in there. Overall, I really wanted to give this place one star but the food is good so they get 2 s.

The manager is a rude and incompetent kid, who obviously does not care about his job. My husband placed a mobile order for pickup and the manager is telling everyone who placed a mobile order that the mobile orders are currently not working. We reassured him that the funds for our food were already taken out of our account and he stated, to multiple people, that if we don t like it we need to call the 1-800 number to get reimbursed, but if we want food to get in line and order and pay AGAIN. This is terrible customer service and shows laziness, they could ve looked at the order on our phones and prepared it for us.

Food is good, but thats the end of the positives. Long lines move at a snails pace and online orders are prioritized over waiting customers. Employees move slow fulfilling orders and get confused about whos food is whos. Management needs to step up and train their employees to avoid confusion and speed up turnaround time. The Sugar Land location has their assembly line figured out, but this location not at all.

Last 3 times I ve come here they have reduced portion size when putting in a mobile order. 2/3 of the times they didn t give double protein. One of those times I asked for chicken and steak and only gave chicken. Straight highway robbery. Paying extra money for less than single portion cmon have some decency and integrity. I made an online order for me and my sister of quesadillas. We went and picked them up and decided to eat in the outdoor area. But when we opened the food and my sister found one of her sides were missing and they got my order wrong. I figured they just made both the quesadillas with fajitas because my sister added them to hers. So I went in and let them know about the mistake, that I don t like fajitas in mine. They said they would make new ones for me. While waiting an employee came up to me and asked if I was complaining, I said I had already been helped. When I got the new quesadilla I took a bite to find they had put fajitas in it again. Would not recommend. They continuously got my order wrong when every other chipotle I ve been to has NEVER gotten my order wrong. My sister also informed me that her quesadillas were cold and chewy. Overall bad experience.

So lately I ve noticed the chips taste like nothing. I d say like the last 5 times. And I really wanted some good chips last night, but they turned off requests on doordash. So after finally getting through that AWFUL AI thing on the phone, I got connected to the store. Some girl picked up and I very reasonably asked her if they can put some lime on my chips for me, she told me she didn t have the authority to put lime on all the chips I was like okay then just put them on mine? She then said the same thing again, blaming the morning team or whatever and offered me a refund? Like I hadn t even gotten the chips yet. So I told her no I just want some lime and she said you don t have lime at home? . Jaw was on the floor from this. I told her no I m not Chipotle. She then said bye and hung up on me. As someone who works in customer service too, this shocked me. I would ve gotten a manager or just offered to put lime on the side. Like what? This is the most disgusting chipotle location I have ever been to. We have found hair in our food THREE different times. Really wish this location could implement a separate station to prepare mobile, online, call in and to-go orders. This would help alleviate the long line that seems to always be out the door no matter the time. Good to see business is good but many people were complaining while in line about all the orders coming in and those orders being put ahead of all of us waiting. People were even walking out frustrated because the wait was ridiculous. It took us 40 minutes to get in and out. We did not even eat there. Today was my last straw with the Missouri City Location. I will drive to the Stafford or Pearland location instead until the Missouri City location does something about this.

So, I placed an online order and when I got there, there was a whole line of people waiting for their orders & t cashier completely ignored them. She didnt even bother asking for their names or anything. It was so frustrating, & to make matters worse, when I finally spoke up and asked about my order, she told me it wasnt ready. But get this, when I looked behind her, there it was, just sitting there! I had to point it out to her. No apology or anything. We arrived at 9:20 PM. The restaurant doesnt close until 11 PM and they already had chairs on top of tables. The cleanliness of this restaurant was very very bad had full trash cans. This was my first time at Chipotles. Ordered the quesadilla with chicken. It was so dry and tasteless, I looked at it closely to be sure it was chicken. It was so brown in color, I thought maybe they mistakenly gave me beef instead. But, it didnt taste like beef either. It was served with a miniscule amount of cheese. The tortilla it was wrapped in was very dry, too. It seemed like the ingredients were put together, then microwaved. It did not have a fresh cooked taste. The quacamole and chips were tasty. I also ordered a side of Roasted chili-corn salsa. Maybe the chilis are roasted, but the corn is definitely not.

My server scooped only half of a spoon of chicken still tapped the side to to shake off even more. I was literally forced into paying for another scoop of just scraps. They had no one in line, and their grill jam-packed with fresh chicken waiting to come off. The service here sunk to rock bottom. I can deal with the non-attentive, lazy, overly-chatty and unprofessional workers, but cant deal with being scammed out of my money. This is how you lose a customer for life. I dont recommend anyone spend their money here.

2022: This place continues to have issues since they open a few years back. Food quality and service is subpar to compared to location up the street. Should be a negative 5 star rating by now but I keep going bc it s 1 minute away. Shame on me. 9/30/23: gave this location another many tries and never fails something is always an issue. App said my order was ready but it was not when I got there and I wasn t late for the expected time. Staff member was looking for it with no response. 3 customers later I asked why my app says it s ready, oh someone must have taken it so we are making it now . Well a heads up would have gone a long way. Guess what come home and order wasn t even correct missing tomato salsa. Rice and beans just like them old days with a bonus avocado. Go to the sugar land town center location if you want actual chipotle quality.

I had very poor service from employees by the name Samantha and Diana so those were the names given when I ask not sure if they were being honest due to not having name tags on I am allergic to tomatoes so I ask for avocado only and they treated me very poorly in general they had very bad attitudes I never been so ready to leave a place very poor attitudes NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN especially with workers with those kind of behavior and attitudes.

I had a long day at work and didn t feel like cooking so I thought I ll go to Chipotle and get dinner. The food line was fine but the cashier was awful. She didn t speak when she came up, they had to call her from the back. I asked her for a peach Nantucket drink and after she took my payment she put the drink in the bag with the food and walked away. No thank you, didn t hand the bag to me and she just left. I got home and it s peach orange! I did not ask for peach orange I clearly said peach. I really hate the drink but I d be going too far out of my way to return it.

I m a vegetarian so my go to is a veggie bowl with guac. Can you imagine picking up an order where it s missing guac and had 2 pieces of fajita onions (not even exaggerating) so basically I m paying for rice. I did see previous reviews about getting 2 pieces of fajita veggies so maybe it s this store s standard ration. LOL what a joke. On top of that, I called the restaurant to complain about it and I hear the servers talk about my complaint as if I was being overdramatic I don t care if I m being dramatic. If I m ordering a veggie bowl, I need veggies not rice. Also, have the decency to be off the phone before talking about the customer. I don t know if the management has changed but they genuinely don t care about your complaints and definitely not about this review. So what s the point?

I love chipotle but my experience today left me disgusted and feeling sick I really don t like leaving bad reviews but today everything was great until I went to get my drink. I got myself some sweet tea and to my surprise after I had already drank the tea, something squishy came up through the straw. I looked in my cup and it had tea sludge and what looked to be rice I immediately poured it out and didn t think to take a picture because I was sick when I saw it knowing I almost swallowed it I just wanna make people aware to check THOROUGHLY before you almost consume something that s not supposed to be in your cup.
