This is the place I visit regularly. I am glad that their service attitude has been improving a lot recently. The only thing that bothers me a bit is too loud of music played inside the restaurant. ----- --- ------------------------ Today I visited this restaurant again. The volume of music was comfortably low. :) They are listening... If the management of the restaurant is reviewing this message, Id like to make another comment. For a few different times, I was requested to use the kiosk for orders. I understand the staff were too busy and tried to avoid taking orders in person. The senior coffee I tried to order was not on the kiosk menu. I suggest they add all missing food items to the kiosk menu if possible.

Put in my order was paying cash, so I had to wait for the cashier. Had several people walked by, not asking if I needed help... I stood there for 7 min before someone finally took my pmt and put my order in... when they brought the food out, I was standing waiting for the food, she sets it on the table next to me and walked off... did not make sure it was my order... they did the save to a man that was standing up front, put his food on a table and walked off. This day and time that is not safe... Horrible customer service. I placed an order through the mobile app and set the pick up to curbside. I waited 30 minutes before calling the store. Someone needs to figure out how to rate a service with less than one star! This review is based off two visits to this location, both of which were bad experiences due to receiving the wrong order or a messed up order. The most recent experience at this location was actually a few minutes ago and it was an order I placed at the drive-thru. I ordered two double quarter pounders and the special instructions were these: no cheese, no onions, with mayo only for the sauce, and finally, add lettuce and tomatoes. Simple enough right? I got the burgers and I opened them up obviously to check them before I went home especially since the previous time they decided to give me whatever they wanted instead of what I ordered. Both hamburgers had cheese so I parked, walked inside, and got with the manager so they could remake them. I got my burgers back and I again checked them while still standing there at the counter this time and, guess what!? They had ketchup on it and I only wanted mayo so they returned them to get them fixed again for the second time! I got my burgers back and this time they just made stuff up just to see if they could get it right by doing so and they removed the pickles. I was livid at this point and I asked the manager why they decided to make the burgers this time without pickles and she told me she could fix them. I told her, No Ill take them even though theyre not right, but Im never coming back. I think one of the problems is they dont speak English very well. Why would you hire an employee in the U.S. that doesnt speak English very well? ___________________________UPDATE________________________ Im adding to this review because I wanted to give them another try since I posted this review. On October 1, 2023 I gave this location another try and they have not improved one bit so now I know those two previous times were not flukes. I ordered a double meat Big Mac without onions, without cheese, and I wanted only mayo for the sauce, and add tomatoes. Simple right!? When I received my meal, the first thing I noticed was that it had cheese on it so I took it back without looking at the burger in more detail. When they gave me a new burger, it had onions on it so I took it back once again. I got a third burger and I noticed it didnt have tomatoes so I took it back again, but when I was showing the manager the burger and how it didnt have tomatoes on it, I finally saw a slice of tomato in there, but I had to really look in order to find it. The slice looked so tiny, I missed it the first time and almost missed it as I was showing the manager. The slice looked like it came from a cherry tomato rather than a regular tomato. Once I finally sat down to eat, my fries had cooled down and tasted horrible! This restaurant is trash!!!! What is going on at this restaurant!? Doesnt anyone care?!

Its what you would expect from a McDonalds. The place was actually clean last time I went. The self service kiosk sometimes work. The food usually comes out in good time but there have been times when its slow. The service is general is fine. The app is nice because you can order ahead of time so its ready when you arrive. The drive through is fine. The food is ok. The prices have been increasing and some of the items like the quarter pounder are overpriced now. The burgers are ok, theyre not bad but I wouldnt recommend them. The fries are good when fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches and chicken nuggets are good though.

Terrible customer service. Especially trying to use the app. Ppl in there with nonchalant attitudes barely speaking English. The app had an error during paying the bill but it took my money and gave me no code. They refused my refund and wouldnt give the app price on my sandwich. So now I have no food or my money. Nobody wearing name tags so I dont know what names to list. I guess because Im bkack they thought I was scamming but I showed my account where the money was taken.

Order Mobile Order told them the name and all, got to window there was confusing from them about my order showed receipt, then was told to pull up to wait for order even though it only takes 10 minutes. Still waiting for it right now.

Last time I visited I was served Sprite that was just carbonated water. The drive thru cashier was trying to hand the new drink to me and I wasnt even close to the window. I had to wait in line behind 2 cars that were obviously asked to pull up and wait for their order. There were multiple cars that waited behind me also. Very unprofessional. Sorry, but its true.

We were at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to be attended. Nobody ever came up. When another customer came in they went straight to the kiosk to order. It almost felt like these workers have customers trauned to just go directly to the kiosk. There was no sign stating that the actual workers were not helping or attending. So they just expect you to go to the kiosk and tend to yourself! Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly. However the tablets at the tables for the kiddos do not all work. They have 3 tablet per table and total of 2 tables and only one tablet worked my kids were upset they couldnt even sit at the same table together. Also there is no playground just the tablets. The eating tables are somewhat cool with the lights but they get boring after a few minutes.

Horrible establishment. I arrived at 10:40 pm at the entry door. The manager had locked the door and stated they were closed for dining in. It indicates open dining until 11pm. Cutting corners because you want to get off early is not professional. You start when it s time start and end when it s time to end. If not , indicate start and end times to be exact or don t run a business.
