Tracie just helped my family into our dream house. She made the entire process from searching for propery to closing on our new home feel as stress free as possible and was so delightful to work with. This was no easy task given we are a very large family & each of us had different requirements. Ms. Tracie Nelson is an experienced and professional Real State Magician. She purchased a house for me in a month from the contract date. She is very responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. She works round the clock, even over weekends. She has a list of experienced, and professional network for all works needed in the process including a number of incredibly professional Mortgage Loan Officer Brokers such as Ms. Diane Walls (Highpoint Lending LLC). Together, they make a very successful team. They are so meticulous about the details and always know how to tackle the possible hurdles along the way of home purchasing process, which sometimes could get frustrating and overwhelming. As a well-experienced professional, Ms. Tracie Nelson pays special attention to her clients and helps them as her own family. She has walked me through all the details, and arranged and planned every step through the process, all the way from signing the contract until the closing day! Tracie and her team at Sincerity Real Estate are amazing. The whole house hunting experience felt like being with an old friend. I love that during our tour of a home Tracie would make a list of anything we noticed good or bad for us. Elizabeth was also super nice and knowledgeable. It was great that the Sincerity team worked together to make sure we could see a house as soon as possible. Tracie also is great about keeping in touch consistently through the purchasing stage. I need a blessing, that was my first words to Mrs Tracie Nelson. And Mrs Tracie Nelson reply was, lets go get your blessing ........Over and beyond what I expected in a realtor!!!! She listened, asked questions and took notes. I was ready for a place of my own, have a space to be creative, and a workshop. Mrs Tracie Nelson looked out for my best interests, using my time more efficiently, looking for a house that met my needs, that was turn key ready, meeting codes and staying in my budget. That was her break down as she show me everything I ask for in a home. Mrs Nelson met all what I ask for, I had to stop and knowledge what she did. She found my home, aka my blessing. But Mrs Tracie Nelson didnt stop there when it come to the negotiation, Mrs Tracie Nelson didn t waiver. She fully represented me, my interest, my safety, my benefit. She had my back from the littlest things, like a light switch cover. Then she found a leak in the final walk through, she did that!!!!! Its so many things that we dont forsee in this process. That can be overwhelming and you need someone that can take the process and break it down and ensure that the outcome well benefit you.
