Service was excellent. Some food ingredients were sub par. Meat was stretched and seemed to be not all beef. Potatoes were soft but damn good flavor. Sweet tea wasnt sweet. Pickles, lettuce and tomatoes were summer fresh, but it is June. First and last time here; not worth the price point. If youre in a pinch for a palatable quick meal on a fly by; this does a good job. But the parking lot is inaccessible for quick transitions in and out.

Lets see. The Canes chicken place was crowded. 5 guys was empty. Should have been a clue but my allergy meds had me twisted up. Walked in and looked at the wall menu. Pictures on the wall confirmed, self professed, that 5 guys was the best burger in history. I ordered a 12 dollar burger, 5 dollar fries, 4 dollar fountain drink (flat). Total price? $24.16. My bag was placed on the counter with the grease from the fries bleeding through the paper. Burger was wrapped up and at the bottom. I dug through the fries and opened the burger wrap. Standard burger, nothing special at all. I consumed the burger, about 20 fries, and stopped at the station across the street for a bottled diet coke. $2.89 plus tax. I just laughed at myself. Lesson learned. Fool me once shame on you...there wont be a twice

Very disappointed. Ordered two bacon cheese burgers and a large fry. The burger patty was so greasy it caused the buns to become soggy and fall apart. The burger patty did not taste seasoned, they gave a small amount of bacon, and all the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms, pickles) tasted old. The fries were barely seasoned /salted and just thrown into my bag which became so greasy it almost tore on the way out. They also, made my burgers incorrectly, by adding an extra burger patty, and althought to some this may be a +, it was not for us. I will not return.

Tried their cheeseburger and fries for the first time. Burgers were ok and fresh, but not tasty. Fries were great but extremely salty Overall, not impressed with the taste. Price was also very steep and for a cheeseburger, a soda and fries, it came around 25 bucks! .there are several burger places around with much better items and more reasonable price.

I write a lot of reviews for restaurants, but I usually do it when I have bad experiences so that hopefully someone will read my lengthy review and forego going to that establishment and save themselves from a horrible experience. I do believe in giving credit where credit is due though. On June 14th of 2023, I visited Five Guys in Missouri City and as always, the service was amazing, as well as the food. I dont know about any other location, but this location keeps their restaurant spotless and it is one of the many things that keeps me coming back time and time again. Way to go Five Guys!!

First time at five guys. I enjoyed the food so much. The employees were extremely kind and the food was fresh and delicious. I accidentally left my whole tote bag there and they immediately got it and put it in their safe. Once I arrived to pick it up, they saw me from the window and brought it out. They are kind people who work hard and make great food 10/10

At the peak of covid19 pamdamic I came here to pickup an order and the guy flipping the burgers was collecting cash from customers and going back to work and touching the food. I told him thats not right even if it wasnt for covid and he denied touching the food even though I witnessed the whole thing. I brought it up to management and they really didnt care much. What reminded to write this review is that Uber delivered an order to my house and saw some messy food in the bag that was poorly packaged

I get it that you guys are trying to provide quick customer service, get people out of line so you can chill. However, when a customer is paying more for a burger/fries/drink(18 bucks total plus a 10% tip) and their burger isn t made correct, then that s a problem. The little cheeseburger and fries had no seasoning. Very disrespectful! Just two years ago this combination was half the price! The killer part, there was no line and only 6 people in the restaurant at the time I went. They could have taken their time and made a fresh burger the correct way. I ll just spend my $$$ at tornado burger going forward for now

This a good and large Five Location. Plenty of parking and fast to order. The -1 star is because I explicitly ordered raw onions and they gave me fried ones. Normally five guys is good with honoring orders. Next time here if the order is properly made than Ill give back that star.

Love the flat top grilled burgers and the simplicity of the menu. The only thing I dislike is my buns are soaked with mayo, mustard, ketchup, plus the grease (yum) from the patty, etc if you dont eat the burger quickly. But I can always order it dry and add at home.

I would have gave them a -10 because of the sewer mixed with the alcoholic throw up off Bourbon St Smell Burning my nose through my mask as i entered the building. 10 minutes later im sneezing from the foul mixture of smells encountered. Horrible customer service, I was not even acknowledge that I was there. When 5 employees where just standing there, 4 in the kitchen and one employee wearing black polo behind the counter and was literally in front of me and didn t even say nothing to me. Super disappointed in this location. Although Im happy that the corporation has provided their employees with face masks during this pandimic, they are not wearing them. They are touching multiple surfaces with their gloves and then touching food. I guess my burger got a random temperature check, and the lady doing it kept closing the thermometer and opening it with the same glove that she was using to put information in on the iPad that I could see the fingerprints on and then stick it in my burger. I asked for a fresh patty, although I got one they were upset I asked. After they realized that we were taking photos and making reviews they finally pulled their masks over their mouths, not their nose still wearing them improperly. Not to mention the air conditioner was out. We come here at least once a month. We will never be back again.
