You try to support but they tell you to call for reservations and never returns your call. I think that is very unprofessional. When you have a party of 15 and your trying to get a table to spend money at their establishment and we are coming from every where to support the Cowboys. Ridiculous!! After reading the rest of the reviews, dont call me back!!

The workers were very friendly made you fill at home. The music was outstanding but the lady that walks around with the mic keeps it real and friendly and funny.i like that they don t let you get food for your friends every one waits in line.my only CON IS I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD MAKE YOU PAY FOR WATER, some Plp just like to listen to music and drink a soda, paying is fine, but not water.your the only club that makes you pay for Water SMH! Over all a wonderful experience 4 1/2 stars. Chicken was kinda salty.

Vinettis charges way to much for admission $20 bucks while other places charges $10 and its cocktails depending on what you are Getting $15 bucks and up and a beer $8 dollars are you kidding me WOW U can get 3 or 4 tall cans of beer for 8 bucks at gas station BETTER DRINK, EAT GOOD & TURN UP before you go inside lol I CERTAINLY WOULD MY SELF NOT TO MENTION THE TABLES ARE EXPENSIVE TO BUY IN ORDER TO SIT DOWN HIGHWAY ROBBERY TO ME. BE PREPARED TO SPEND SOME MONEY WHEN U GO FOR REAL. There was a $15 plus 0.75 tax cover on a Friday night and when I paid with my card the screen had the NERVE to ask for a tip! They done lost their mines asking for a tip to get in! Once you re in, a watered down drink is $22, the floor is sticky, and for it to be a Friday night, it was very weak in there, not a lot of people. The only highlight was the music! The parking there is free but Dallas bars in general need to stop charging for entry/parking and realize that more people will pack out the clubs if the drinks are strong and people don t to have to pay for parking or entry! The AUDACITY alone to ask for a tip while I m paying for a cover charge is ridiculous! The cigar section in the back is not closed off so the WHOLE building smells like cigars.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in a major way. The dishes were bland and lacked any semblance of seasoning, as if the chefs hadnt consulted their culinary ancestors. It felt like the food was simply taken out of a can, warmed up, and served without any attempt to enhance the flavors. Overall, a disappointing experience that left much to be desired in both taste and quality.

I go to this place a lot I must say the buffets on Fridays are delicious. There is a $10 cover which is ok. The DJ is a hit or miss the band is good. The service at the bar is not pleasant or inviting the happy hour drinks are watered down the bartender told me thats what you get for a happy hour drink. She pretty much said if you don t buy a full price drink which is $13 your drink will be weak the drinks are overpriced. The service at the bar is not pleasant. There was one waitress she was so nice she was very attentive and pleasant her name was Jam. Jam thank you so much for the hospitality your warm welcome was truly appreciated. The people at the bar should take notes it s so easy to be nice and pleasant. Parking: Plenty of parking

Food was good but way overpriced. I paid $35 dollars for 2 drinks and almost $40 for a single catfish dinner. The first time I went to this place, all bar seats were first come first serve; this past weekend however even the bar seats had reserved signs on them (it wasnt a holiday weekend nor was there anything special going on). My sister inquired as to how much tables were and was told $50 if youre paying in cash; $100 if paying by card. Ridiculous prices for this type of establishment; wont be going back.

I dont understand how all the tables are reserved and their hardly isnt any regular sittings tables. Why would this establishment be open to the public if the whole club is reserved? On top of the unnecessary attitude from the security with ladies. I wasnt impressed at all. They can keep the hole in the wall. They are a unprofessional joke. My family and I left early after being told we were blocking the walk way. Again not enough sitting. We had dranks and all yall. Not the way I wanted to celebrate coming home.

We decided to visit Vinettis to celebrate my sisters birthday who is visiting from Houston as social media hypes up the place. Was both our first time. The dj was good and my waitress was great however that was it!! We arrived about 845pm the parking lot was not busy and we pulled up to park in an empty handicap spot (yes we have a handicap sticker) the supposed parking attendant told us we could NOT park in a city handicap spot because we would have to pay to do so. This is totally not right and ridiculous. Once we got in we were told it was $100 for a table. Then we ordered a lemon drop martini. It was the worst I ever had. Three different people made it and ech one was worst than the first! This place did not make a first good impression at ALL! I regret asking her to go to this place to celebrate her birthday and I will not return in the future. The General manager, she had no regards for our issues when talking to her about the issue with parking and our drinks. Its just really sad that the GM does not care about the image that is being projected at this place!!@

I usually refrain from public negative reviews on BOBs because we deal with enough but customer service drives me. I recently attempted to go here when temps were high outside. When I did a walk around it was warmer inside vs outside and outside was hot! They told my cousin the air was on and it was just because they d reached capacity that it was hot. We were there less than 30 to 45 min mainly because we were waiting on staff. They offered free drinks and refused a refund . I don t want alcohol in the heat. The service was non apologetic and non empathetic. The solution was poor. I told them I d review it and I meant it. I go here every time I m in town but now I won t.

This was a nice little chill spot that we attended on a Thursday night. It definitely was a vibe. The music was pretty good, and they had a bunch of tvs with the game on. The drinks were pretty decent (forgot pictures). The food was pretty good. The fish and chicken were slightly over seasoned. Then again, it might be a personal preference, but it was slightly over seasoned for my taste buds. The fish was slightly overcooked, but again, that might be a personal preference. Service could have been better. When people walk through the door, it would be great for someone to greet them and give them some kind of direction as where to sit. Overall, it was cool experience!!!

The place is an okay spot. Plenty of paved parking and well lit lot. The DJ hit a variety of music genres. The staff at the front are excellent and the bartenders make some pretty STRONG drinks. The waitress in our area seemed to be in a haze. She took my order and cash (+ tip) and did not come back with my drink. I had to have another waiter locate her. And then she brings the drink without napkins. I would recommend giving them a shot.

This is our favorite place to go when we come to the Dallas area. If you are coming with group you should definitely reserve a booth. Much better than the high top tables that we have reserved on past visits. Music was great love going to see the live band featuring Don Diego. If you are looking for an adult drama free night out you should definitely visit Vinettis.

They have this recent habit of opening late. What is this about? Limited bar options, low energy staff (except for young lady collecting entry fee) and there is a charge for everything including AIR! When are black businesses going to function for the patrons? Second time here and last for this large group. There is way more to drink than Henny and Dusse. We have to stop limiting ourselves. The glasses hanging over the bar were dirty as hell!! They neva touched water, and soap never touched them. EVER.

Me and My wife went for my B-day this past Sat and we will never return! Music was good, but expected live, not a DJ. Atmosphere was decent. The wings we got was the best thing about the night. The two reasons I will never go back is, I originally was going to valet but got there early enough to find a spot right near the front door and had to pay $20 for the spot where I parked my own car. $20 is usually valet service, which they didnt have, but they do have self valet for $20, HA! Second, you can not run a tab! You have to pay for each individual transaction, STUPID! They advertise this place to be upscale, grown and sexy, but I have never been to upscale place where I can not run a tab, super inconvenient! We left early by the way.

In my opinion, maybe its just the location and a certain type of people place. It claims to be grown & sexy, but of course you have a few adolescent minded people everywhere. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I paid $15 to get in. The place sounded like it was jumping on the radio but once I got in there it wasnt. I ordered a drink and it wasnt good BUT the fish sandwich was sooooo freaking good. The drink was about $12 or $16 but the sandwich was $8. I was excited to check out Vinettis for a Sunday Funday. Social media hyped it up. But, I was not impressed. I must have came on the wrong day. Parking was free. $25 fee to be seated at a table. However, upon entering, they really weren t checking for tables. The venue was decent. But, only about 25 people in there including the staff. Drinks were pouring but, the food (nachos) was served cold and not well presented. Didn t take pics of it bc it wasn t worth it. It just wasn t good. The waiter was attentive. The soulful band was outstanding. The brothers could sing and engaged the crowd well. The bathrooms were clean and artistically designed. Would I recommend this place? Skip it. There s other things to see, other places to be, and much better food to eat elsewhere.

This place is for grown and sexy folks. You have to reserve a table in person, which is a little inconvenient. Vinettis is definitely a place to visit if youve never gone. BUT, Ive been here numerous of times on a weekend and Ive learned different things everytime. 1. They do have seating if you dont want to rent a table, its at the back. 2. Drink quality isnt always consistent and they re expensive ($15 for a green tea shot). 3. The Dj plays the same tired playlist every weekend. Its predictable at this point. It also smells like sewage. Im not going to complain too much. Overall, this place is cool for a one time visit.

My friend and I went for Thursday Karaoke. It was his first time and my second time coming to Karaoke. We had a ball!! There was Thursday Night Football playing, drinks, and a great menu!! Dietary restrictions: The parking was great. The food was great. We were simple with a catfish sandwich and cheesesticks. They were neither overwhelming with seasoning or bland. They were delicious. Needs more seating you have to stand up unless you pay for a table. How about the people who go solo. The music needs to change up. The DJ is good but need more updated music like switch it up. The atmosphere is good it needs to expand and update the club.

First of all, me and the guys are from out of town. Well the night started out good. Nice atmosphere, good music, and good drinks. We decided to get a VIP table ($250). 20 minutes later, we had nobody come by our section not a server, no manager, no hostess. I went to inquire about service. You know everyone started passing the buck. I finally spoke to a young lady about not receiving service in VIP. She told me that she only had 2 servers and that we would have to wait or go to the bar for service. Did I mention we were in VIP, YES I DID. Who treats people like that who just paid for VIP. I advised the lady that her being short staffed is not my issue, I paid for special service. I went back to the section and told the fellas. Five minutes later, security came over with our money and told us we had to leave. The head of security told me the lady I was speaking too is the owners daughter and she wants us to leave, so we left. End of story. Very poor service and attitude.

I went to Vinnettis on a Friday night. Hanging with my friend for her birthday. I thought it would be a great evening. It wasnt. First we ignored the VIP parking. Which I rarely do but honestly is a shopping center. Why do you need to pay for VIP parking. Next we made a reservation to have a table to have good seating. This cost $50. Then when we get there they charge another fee of $10 to enter. This makes no sense. If you already charged $50 for a table why on earth are you charging more money to enter. This already put a bad taste in my mouth. But when we enter it was shocking for me to find that if you didnt pay for a table there was no place to sit down at all. MInd you the tables were practically empty the whole night making the club look sparce. When we sat there was a live band. Mind you we got there closer to 9. The band was really good and they were really hitting the songs from my generation. But after only hearing them for a few songs it was time to go. The band was what I thought made the cost make sense. Why isnt the band up all night. The band was replaced with a dj that was also very good. But that is a different vibe. The drinks. I can usually get tipsy from 1/2 a drink. That is how rarely I drink. However no matter how good my drink was in taste, alcohol was scarcely an ingredient. Which is odd since at least 3 liquors were listed. It took an equivalent of 3 drinks just to feel a buzz. The food. Well my friend ordered the fish and I ordered the parmison wings. I also ordered cheese sticks for us to share.The cheese sticks came out of the kitchen cold and hard with ranch sauce. Not marinara. The wings came on a bed of cold hard fries. A large amount but inedible. The chicken had the flavoring of chicken served on a Sunday at a European church. No flavor. None. There is no way those wing touched marinade. I could only force myself through one and boxed the rest. But in the end I decided it was best to leave the offending meal right where it was served. Mind you my meal with hers was roughly $75 and I came there starving cause all I had was breakfast. Still I couldnt eat them. The service. Our waiter was excellent and very fast. However this club has the practice of taking your order and making you pay it immediately before a single thing is served. Which Ive also never experienced before. Maybe this is a Texas thing. I dont know. But not the practice of an upscale establishment charging these prices. I am assuming this is done because once you get the food and fake alcohol beverages who would want to pay. In a nutshell my evening cost me $200. Even though I was ready to leave I stayed in my $50 seat until 12 to see if some magical experience happened at midnight to make it worth it. It didnt happen. You may be wondering how could I write such a horrible review when they have a 4.0. It looks like when ever someone writes something bad they have several people go back on and give 5 stars. Which I find hilarious considering most people didnt order food while I was there. I guess they knew better. And when you go. You will know too.

We booked a party spent 300 for a booth , for my bday we didnt have a waitress no one cleaned our tables the club smelled like the plumbing was backed up smrll3d like boo boo, I took pics of how nt clean the bathrooms were it was a bottle of bleach on the counter water and tissue was all on the floor and holes in the walls ,the menu said 16 for fish but the waitress charged us 30 dollars said that was gratuity ,all.our guests we had to get up and go to the door they was trying to charge our guest we paid for ,

My very first time and last Time... But The WOMEN RESTROOM WAS DISGUSTING!! 2 closed door stalls but one was out of order??!! Women need access and clean restrooms. Nasty toilet paper looked like it was dipped in water dryer then placed on roll! Sink nasty I watch them come into the restroom 4 different times to was the hookah trays like whaaaaaaaa. Drinks were literally half a cup full?? I was so confused I ordered enough drinks and shots to have gotten a full cup full shot I ordered top shelf.

I came to Dallas for a wedding and someone suggested this place, its a no no. You have to buy your drinks from the bar and walk around with them with no place to sit. They harass us about standing at the bar even though we were buying drinks. There was no place to stand or sit. I never been more uncomfortable anywhere in my life. The place caters to the older crowd so why would you not have enough seats or room to stand. Reserve a table or you will be harrased for standing. The food was the biggest disappointment of the night, the wings were cut from whole wings, giant and i didnt taste lemon or pepper, 2 wing plates cost us 50 bucks, and was horrible, yall know we dont eat no big wings...this place blew me bad!

Can we get the AC fixed already.or the water dripping from the ceiling by DJ booth back door already ...... .. It reminds me if the scene on the movie Just Wright... when Common saves the Dimple in Queen Latifahs classic ride... That leak is the Dimple section of the club... Its my favorite spot to blend in.. but that drip from the ceiling.... we have a love and hate relationship ... I tell yah... Other than that.. the Dj is ways super amazing along with Don Diego and band.. The staff is always The food is always fresh to order... however.. please bring back the buffets.. if possible ..& possibly outside dining... Mr Earl Smoke..always provide the fellas and ladys with good vibes and smokes in the Parlor... The DJ back there and the drinks....Lets just say... Hidden Gems within a Gem... Velet attendant Tipped himself..lol.. however wonderful personality.. Just like the front Beautiful cashier... If the front dont match the back.. we got a problem....right.... I attended the all white party on May 31st. As I was just getting into the atmosphere on my way to the bar near the Dj booth. I step directly into a bus boy tube of water placed there to catch the AC unit that had a serious leak. As I looked down. And saw my entire left foot and bottom pant leg submerged in this fithly AC unit water I was dumbfounded. Some guy working there came quickly over and picked the tube of water up. I went directly to the host kiosk and explained what happen, shortly after the manager Chris came I again explained and showed him my drench shoe and outfit. He proceeded to text me his name so we could resolve this at a latter time. I left the club immediately afterwards. I have made several attempts to contact this manager Chris Williams and to no avail has he not returned my call to date. The crazy thing about this the last time I was at vinettis I saw this situation but it was in a different location closer to the DJ booth. Question what upscale club has buckets laying around to catch water leaking from their AC unit . I will not return and will strongly recommend others to do the same.

I used to visit when it was Stone Trail... its pretty much the same minus the regular live music. Good mature party, crowd vibe. Music was Ole School RnB. Didnt try food. Drinks ok, service & security presence -good. Everything is reserved here, even seating at the bar (ridiculous). They wont even let you lean on the bar too long . Reserve your seating if u cant stand.

Was visiting this place from NC. Went on a (Friday - $10 after 6pm but free buffet) and (Saturday - $10). Because of the radio advertising, my friends and I thought it would be pretty packed on Friday, so we purchaed a $75 table. Wrong move. It was not packed at all. The food was decent and the band was great but could have sat for free. Only stayed until about 9:30 or 10pm. Even the waitresses advised the best night to come are Saturdays. I guess depends on your mood. Crowd or no Crowd your choice. Lesson learned. Now Saturday on the other hand was totally different. This is when we should have purchased a table because it was elbow to elbow. I would say drinks are very very very expensive. I guarantee we spent over $400 on drinks. One drink cost my friend $35 in a small cup. Most of the liquor drinks were around $15 - $22 if Im not mistaken. Some what sad when you can go to a none AA establishment and purchase the same drink for 1/2 the price. Again Lesson Learned. Would I go again, yes I would but with the thought of knowing when to go and what to purchase. Shout out to the Don D bad. They were awesome.

And if you dont watch it, one of the bartenders will upcharge you. And get an attitude when you call her out on it. A bootle of Stella beer, I can deal with $8, but she was trying to charge me $10... Visiting from out of town... attending a get together and accidentally bought 2 tables online... Spoke with manager and other workers who said theyd see what they could do... He came back and said he cannot get me a refund but had people who I could resale my table to and hed give me the cash that from the sale. He moved the table and put a new reservation sign on the table...few minutes later a group was directed to sit at our table (at this time, it wasnt busy yet)... and he never came to bring me the money for the resale... I asked the waitress to remind him, she said she would... no one ever came... I found him on my way out... and asked had he forgotten about me. He said, Actually, I did. We got busy. So when I asked about the money for MY table (that he had sold and given away), he said he didnt sell it... which was a lie because people were seated there... They walked right over and sat down beside us at our table (which they were directed to....) Although the waitresses were very kind and attentive, I am HIGHLY disappointed in management... He could have just said no refunds and we would have just kept our table and figured something out on our own... Why lie and steal??? Bad impression for a first time visitor from out of town... never again.... in addition to spending that much on tables, we still had to pay to get inside... I thought this was an upscale restaurant ... not a night club....
