The cashier took 40 minutes. Yes, no one was there than when they finally came to take someones order, they seem not to understand their own menu. Since I was waiting I noticed no food was leaving the kitchen. The same people who were waiting for their food for over 40 minutes. This made me ask if the kitchen is behind and how long would the food take? The only reply I got was yes the kitchen is overloaded. There was 5 employees all working in the kitchen. Thats where the cashier kept going. After that I walked out with other people since they realized service was not going to happen.

The worst Panera I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Delivered a meat filled breakfast sandwich when I ordered a vegetarian breakfast sandwich to be delivered. Refused to refund - only provide a credit even though it was their mistake. Not the first time this has happened either. The cherry on top is the awful customer service from corporate about this locations continuous mistakes. Honestly makes me never want to visit another Panera again. Youre better off going to Bagel Express which is a local place that actually cares about its customers.

I went there and waited for service for over 30 minutes. During my time waiting, no food was coming out. The cashier didnt seem to care or know anything. Several customers who were waiting walked out with us. I cant rate the food, but the service is bad and not like how it used to be. I counted 5 employees in the back.

I moved here from NYS and I was really surprised by the look of Panera Breads Atmosphere! Very old, not updated like the ones in NYS and the place needed some cleaning. The pastry looked dry and appeared to not be fresh . I asked for a kitchen sink cookie& the employee responded what, we ain t got that! His words certainly not mine. I said good day and walked out. I didn t but anything.

I liked my sandwich. It was actually very good. This place is hectic. They might need to hire more help. A lot of the tables are left dirty. Also the line to order gets very long and moves slowly. The atmosphere is nice. Very casual. I like the patio area as well . It s cute. The employees are also really nice.

What should ve been a 5 to 10 minute wait turned to an almost 1 hour wait. I came in with my coworker to pick up our order, our order was almost the same with just one difference , we came in early to pick up our order my coworkers food was ready first. We waited for mine when we got the notification saying its ready. We look over at the person prepping to see if he would bring it over to the cubbies. We waited 15 minutes in case they were running behind no order was called with my name, I finally asked about my order in which they said it will be out shortly. So we waited 5-10 more minutes in which I got up again and asked about my order saying I have waited 20 minutes for my order, in which he finally asked the people in the kitchen if they have my order, they said they already brought it out. We were there the whole time. They told us it could have been stolen and to give them a bit more time to remake my order. Keep in mind we have been here for 30 minutes already. We were understanding and gave them more time, 10 minutes pass by no food is ready we finally got up and went to the register to ask about the food. We talked with the staff up front about my order and he goes back to the cooks and they said again that they already made the order. Finally 5 minutes later (45 minutes). The staff told what appeared to be the manager about our issue and finally we got our food. We leave and start the car only to realize they forgot my chip. So not only did they waste my time but my coworkers as well. I was late to work. Other then that food was good the staff was friendly.

I went during lunch hours on Wednesday this week. It was so chaotic in there. My order had 4 items missing, but I trusted the lady that checked the receipt and my bag. I watched her check the order receipt and look in my bags and she let me take it. I had a fussy baby with me so I needed to get out of there ASAP. The cashier was great. The kitchen was stressful with people yelling at eachother. The lady that checked my order had delivered an order to a table and brought it back because it was supposed to be a dine in meal, but it was in to-go containers. The kitchen basically told her too bad thats what the customer asked for. The lady that delivered it gives it back to the kitchen and says Not my problem. Dont yell at me. And walked away. It was so unprofessional and the wait time was horrendous. I love Panera usually and Ive always had good experiences with them. This was my first time at this Panera and Ill never go back. Not sure who is managing it, but its needs better management.

Very poor customer service, very VERY slow to wait 15 to 30 minutes with no apology. The employees and General Manager very rude and incompetent. They lose ticket orders every time I come in and this is no lie Its always dirty I dont want to sit in any more. Based on the other negative reviews this Panera need to be under NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP. I AM a FOODIE and conduct 100s of reviews. This morning around 630 to 650 I came in for a pickup. The shift manager could not find it 20 minutes later after saying he initially had it then he disappeared. The kitchen staff an older Hispanic woman and a heavy set Hispanic younger RUDE female literally said all kinds of nasty things to me and was rude. No one was working as usual just talking and messing around with another older Hispanic guy in the kitchen . PLEASE ROLL BACK THE CAMERA . .THEY WERE SERIOUSLY PLAYING AROUND ACTING BUSY. .They started to speak Spanish as if I wouldnt understand them. Then while the older female was preparing the food she took her dIRTY phone out and took a picture of my receipt to do only God knows. This is unsanitary. I ASKED HER WHAT WAS SHE DOING AND SHE SAID SOMETHING NASTY. The manager a Caucasian young guy acted like he was literally afraid of the very aggressive kitchen staff. Quick to take payments, way tooooo sloooooow in the kitchen. Other Paneras have a drive thru, which may be a big motivation to get the orders out. When you issue numbers, you dont shout into the dining area like happens here. Whataburger has more class than that. Id expect Panera to be a little more professional than a fast food shop. I hate giving anything below a 3 star, but this place seemed not to care much of what they do. They are not understaffed yet, but service was slow, and as the food. The food value did not match the price given, I do hope that over the next few weeks, they can implement for better and new improvements. Update: Went again to try out their service and give it another chance, but the same issues arised. Slow service and incomplete orders. It has a great location and do hope they can improve their quality in service. It would be a while before I decide if I can come and visit again

I haven t been there in about ten years. It was fresh and no problems then. I was dic. Disappointed I. I went in the side door as it had been raining. The half sandwich was okay but not at all the way it used to be . The half sandwich was soggy, and the best part was the cup of soup. You go to get your drink and it was okay. The price of sandwich was very high. For a half sandwich.It is messy but not too bad. The service was okay but understaffed. It smelled musty inside. The restrooms were not clean and there was paper on the floors. I was watching and one server was trying hard to vacuum the floors at the side door and trying to clean some takes. The Management need to take care of these things so the store can succeed. Not a sanitary place!!! Went to Panera Saturday morning around 9am. Ordered Asiago Bagel. A young man w blue jean too big for his waist was the cashier. He put on plastic gloves to toast the bagel. Then he used the same glove to pull his jean that was about to fall off his rear. Afterwards he picked up the toasted bagel without changing the plastic glove. I was pretty grossed out! Panera is one of our go-to places to enjoy meals. We love the You-Pick-Two options and enjoy their new salad and soup creations. This Panera location has several Fast Lane Kiosks if you wish to place your order using iPad tablets that are user-friendly. It offers a relaxing atmosphere, enjoyable/healthy meals, and self-serve coffee and tea. In my opinion, I think they have the best bagels! Dont forget the app!

I wish I had an option to give zero stars. Its unfortunate. It used to be one of the best foods in Sugar Land, but everything went down the drain over the last two years. Prices are ridiculously high (like high-end restaurants). The menu is purposefully changed to deceive customers. When the last time we were there, the slices of bread were cold, old, and almost stale. The girl had no idea how to explain the receipt. French onion soup (bowl) barely had five spoons. After leaving there, we had to go to Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend that the corporate office shut down this place, bringing only a bad name to Panera Bread. I would like to attach the pictures of the food and my receipt so people can figure it out themselves.

Last time i rated this location 4 this time, was a true disappointment. Spent almost $40 on the new baguette sandwich with salad and soup. It says Argula is the green on the sandwich. It came out with some sad lettuce. Asked for some Argula the server said they didnt have argula. The manager then came said they havent bren receiving Argula just as a mix. Why then do you advertise this? The manager said he would go pull some from the green mix. No option was given to switch food nor any apology nothing just heres you greens. I cant believe this location is just going downhill. Every other location Ive been to has the best food portion. Dont give me wrong, at times this place is awesome, thats why I always eat here.

Wonderful!! Very efficient. I ordered for takeout and waited inside for my order. While ordering he was very sure to clarify what I wanted. I almost missed ordering my cream cheese lol. He was very patient with me and I didn t feel like I was annoying him even though there were 3 people waiting besides me. I received my bagels and while waiting for my food the person putting it together checked with me to make sure I received my bagels and double checked my order. Very friendly and really cared. No fake service here. The staff really does care.

They closed our Panera in Rosenberg so sometimes I come to this one in sugar Land. The employees here seem like they low key hate their lives so wondering what thats about. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. I think this place needs an overhaul.

Panera has always just been ok to me in terms of food but this location has stellar service so I had to write a review. I ordered some pastries and a latte and was waiting on the latte by the pickup window. An expediter was standing there and asked me what I ordered. He went to the front to check on the status, checked every cup that came over the counter, and made sure he found my latte. He was extremely nice and had a positive attitude for an early morning. I appreciate that I was taken care of the moment I walked in the door. Highly recommend this location.

I ordered thru the App for a later time pickup 45 mins ahead, and I went there on time since I received the order is ready for pick. I walk in and bad manager Benjamin tells me I needed 20 more minutes for one of the orders to be ready. Benjamin was so rude about it and didn t provide customer satisfaction.

Update: Watch your total: The extra items on the ticket questions the integrity of the person checking you out. The lay out of this location is so crammed, the wall on the way to the fountain dispenser is so crowded, do to pick up orders, or people just standing around. I think the wall needs to be knocked down it s so crammed. One worker kept coughing all around the fountain dispenser, and lids station.. she did not even try and cover her cough. Let s get right into it I don t know how the health inspector has not been addressed or come in to see the state of this establishment .. it is 7:12 pm. in Texas.. those dishes have been sitting there for quite some time the price for cream cheese which should come with the bagels is over priced almost $2 for a small cup.. employee even said themselves this place has went down.. and that their own perks have been taken away.. the fountain drinks either lack carbon or syrup.. they are not up to correct standards.. employees are not running this store no one is. It is trashed out. Very unclean looking. I ll update later when I get home

This place is so filthy. Drink machines look like they havent been cleaned in ages. Coffee usually tastes old and lukewarm. The slot where they have coffee lids is usually empty and very dirty. The food has been on a sharp decline since the beginning of the pandemic, but thats about the same with most places. I just cant get over how filthy this place is though. There are some friendly employees here, but it honestly seems like they are probably overworked and underappreciated. This Panera is a joke. Stay away. There are much better options in the area.

Ordered A Simple Chicken Salad Sandwich The flavor...if you could call it that...was not good at all. Not tasty or seasoned + the mixture was on a not so good choice of bread. Who cant whip up a decent chicken salad...with some seasoning! I also asked for a side of additional mayo...got home....not in the bag. Next time...if there is one...I will just stick to a turkey or ham sandwich.

I cant believe it took me this long to try this place out! I feel like First watch has a competition in my heart for where to grab delicious mouth-watering breakfast. Oh, let me not forget the variety of different kinds of drinks that give you a burst of flavor ; I think I like the mango & citrus drink more. Its delicious Another thing I like is the unlimited access to drinks...oh my...thanks, guys. Service was fast, price is so competitive. The ambiance is welcoming and clean, and you definitely want to sit for a while. I definitely recommend it, and I am coming back!

The food is pretty good. The location isnt very clean though and some of the workers dont care about service. For example, I had a man who wears a hat that barely covers his hair tell me they were out of pepper. Really? If you were out of pepper, then why is there pepper already on my salad? He just didnt want to go to the back and get some extra for me. Also, why is there ever only one tablet to use?

I just walked in. I held the door for a guy. I said Good Morning . Manager occupied with 2 customers. 2nd team member approaches the counter then invites the guy who walked in AFTER me. I walked out. Called the store to share my feedback. I don t ask for much when I visit these kinds of places. My wife and I went here for a late lunch, and were able to order from the tablet adjacent to the counter. I had a 12 in. chicken sandwich, and my wife had a bread bowl of broccoli cheese soup, both of which were served hot and fresh. I recommend that when ordering, you establish the desired side item ahead of your order. The manager came by and ensured we were satisfied. Highly recommended to come here.
