The Espiropapas are soggy and low quality for $4 , avoid the espiropapas - cant say much about other items but maybe the oil was cold, Ive never had a espiropapa this awful. Too much toppings , way too much ketchup! Drowning in red sauce.

Ordered and was told a total and was missing 5$ in change, ordered again and was told I didn t order a certain item made me order it again and pay again, gave me a receipt with made up prices that were nothing close to what the items were worth terrible service and they made the second raspa with little to no syrup after I asked for a receipt , don t support this business til they manage their stealing employees correctly as there is several other reviews mentioning the wrong pricing and being robbed

First time I go there, I bought 3 raspas and the truth is that 1 was done well but the other 2 had no literal flavor at all. They should put people in the window who know what they sell. The lady couldnt tell me what specials they had or prices since they differ from what the boards outside say. Aside from that, which is more important are restrooms. The tables were sticky and wanted to wash my hands but restroom was not working. There was a couple and the lady was pregnant who needed to use the rr.. denied as well. I dont think me saying, i will never go again will make a difference but I just want to warn people.. if you go and have to pee or poop right after you eat.. dont go!!!

We come to this establishment a lot. We love our late night snacks but we have noticed there services has progressively worsened. We ordered a crunchy elote entero and chicharrones preparados. The crunchy elote is literally as thick as a pencil, dry, with no kernels just the dressing and chips on a stick. I was going to speak up about it but they first handed the chicharrones preparados to me in a plastic bag with a sprinkle of cheese and cream on the top of it and all of the chicharrones were not covered in anything. I asked for it to be placed in a tray like I have gotten it several times for I have pictures of it. The lady at the window was very sweet and helpful but when she consulted with her co-worker about it she grew an attitude that I would just receive less chicharrones then since I want it in a tray and not all the chicharrones I PAID for. At that point my husband and I decided we will not be returning here again and looking for another snack place that won t steal from you because at the end of the day I paid for a product and I didn t get my product this lady took from me.

Food, service, and atmosphere was 5 stars. Price was what gave it 1 star. We triple counted what we got and it totalled less than 25 dollars. When the lady told me the total it came out to 38 dolars!! When i asked the lady if the prices marked were not the same as what they charged me, her answer was everything is 1to2 dollars more they just hadnt changed the prices. Even like that i saw they charged me a brownie ice cream marked at 4.75 on the menu at 8.75. I totally get inflation but this is ridiculous.

Terrible service from the staff. I have gone several times thinking that they have already improved but they are still just as bad. They take a long time, the staff looks bitter all the time, they dont respect the published prices and never ask for aguachiles because they are going to give you almost whole shrimp and cucumber. They got my order wrong even after they repeated it back to me (a single small raspa), and when I asked to fix it they said it would be a dollar charge, when I said yes that s fine, the worker said then I would have to get in the back of the line with a raspa that was completely spilling over to the point of it dripping everywhere with not one dry napkin wrapped around it. Extremely understaffed and the people who are there are sometimes really rude based on their personal moods.

The corn has a terrible unpleasant taste and also the person who served me is the first time that boy treated me badly. I was asking him a good question and he answered me badly, as if youre already leaving something like that, they should fix that and the corn was badly held and dry without any juice. Snowball Express is a premium raspa/snack hut.Everything is always good and servings are plentiful.They also have a LOT of choices to buy which is a very good thing for families.Adults and children alike will find something to munch on.prices are reasonable.Again I would consider this a premium place.very good. I highly recommend it.

We waited sitting down for 30 min they would see us and they ignore the fact we where waiting for them to serve us team member came out we told him is the window close he said no he told the members inside that there was some one on the window and they said they where not going to attend us we still stay 5 more minutes maybe they would come and they still did not we went to the drive thru and they attended us we did not argue with them cause we did not wanted any problems but waiting for the food took them another 22 min we almost waited for 1 hour in that place never going again

I dont mean to repeat what others say but the biggest complaint i have read about this place is the long wait time and it with good reason that people complain. I have been to this place 4 different times and never because I want something but rather because someone else does. In the beginning I would agree that it was worth the wait but after todays service I would say that it has just gotten ridiculous. The raspa had absolutely no flavor, the mangonada is basically frozen jumex with the wrong kind of chile and the brownie monster was pretty much a waste of money. I hope these people try getting their customer service straightened out instead of trying to expand their menu to items that people probably arent ordering. Its always better to just offer a smaller, limited menu but with better service time to the customer and it should be items that have been tried and true. I sincerely think that all of these reviews fall on deaf ears in terms of the owner paying attention to the customer but if they do read it i sincerely hope that you focus more on customer service.

I was craving some nachos and a snowball. I remembered that this place was close to my house. I probably waited a few minutes until I saw a doorbell by the window... after ordering it took maybe 5-7 mins until I got my order. I only ordered the strawberry leche snowball and jumbo nachos. Everything was good! Keep it basic and you won t be disappointed. I m from Nola and we love our snowballs and snacks but the menu is always kept simple. This place offers a ton and that s awesome, but from the reviews the disappointments comes from ordering from the specialities.

Ive had complaints about this place before and I still havent learned. Another shot another disappointment. I Ordered a ferrer shake and got a cup with 2 scoops of ice cream instead. Flavorless and gross not what I asked for. When I order a shake I want a shake a drinkable ishake with chunks of the item promoted I did not ask for a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate ice cream. Get it right!!!!!
