I ordered two pizzas this month with all my toppings being wrong or my pizza being only half cut to the delivery driver not paying attention to his delivery instructions rather act nonchalant to earn a tip and ring my doorbell plenty of times until I answered when the note I left said dont know at all this guys name was Justin does what he wants out of his managers view just to try earning an extra buck. Newsflash buddy maybe if you did what is asled of you and did your job right youll get tipped but being a total dumb bum wont get you anywhere I really hope the manager can take care of this issue before I get in touch with a much higher power. For all we know the manager is probably the one encouraging this behavior...

To be super honest I gave it five stars due to the fact that I wanted to try out the New Yorker the manager that was attending the store at the moment was really nice in the way that when I got my order and open my pizza when I left the store it had nothing but cheese I called the store to ask why it didnt have any pepperoni and she told me that that had to be added additionally just in case you all want to order that pizza she was super nice and gave me another pizza with pepperoni thats a place that has good customer service other places would have just blown me off

Decided to try the 3 topping NY pizza with marinara sauce instead of zesty sauce with double black olives and mushrooms. It was cooked perfectly, crispy crust on the outside vet soft inside. PERFECT!

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and when I arrived home not even 2 minutes away and the pizza was not recently done. I was given some one elses pizza that was not freshly done. I will definitely not order pizza from Dominos again. Spoke to manager and was asked if there was anything else wrong with the pizza.

The delivery driver (Juan De La Fuente) was vaping and hotboxing his whole car when he got outside my house. The driver got to my house blasting rap and the pizza and wings were completely cold. I tipped him $5 and he smirked and said That s it? The past two years, I have been a loyal customer but after this I am never buying again. Why is Dominos hiring these types of people

I ordered a pizza by phone, I think the person in charge of the phone line did not understand Spanish, but they put me in touch with another person, both very friendly, when I arrived at the place my pizza was ready to take away, look at order and cleanliness. I had ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago for carry out and it was done in 15 minutes and it was awesome. I ordered the same pizza just recently and it was absolutely awful. The pizza was cold and it had been only 12 minutes from the time I placed the order to the time I picked it up. Of course I was all the way home before I knew this or I would have just handed it back to them.

Very disappointed at the NO SERVICE from this location where Ive been ordering for the past 5 yrs. Apparently the delivey zone changed since a 2nd location opened up and the cashier, manager, & GM manager from this lication couldnt explain that to me eventho I had gotten food delivered to me last Sunday. To add to that, 3 out of 5 items ordered were not correct and thats cause the other 2 items were salads that are sealed. The manager didnt want to hear me out or deal with my questions and she went and got the GM without excusing herself. Not management material. And the GM went as far to say that they have never delivered to me before. They lost a customer of 5 yrs. New location got my order correct and were very prompt with delivery. They get 5 stars from me!!!

Dominos is consistent at delivering slightly above mediocre pizza, however be cautious of their influx of high school aged staff who are working their first job and are disorganized, confused and have botched my orders numerous times forcing me to wait another 15-20 minutes for a pizza they forgot to cook yet indicated on the app that my order was ready to go.

Ordered a regular 2 topping medium pizza with original crust and ended up getting a very sloppy pan crust instead. Cheese and toppings were all the way to the edge which made the pizza tough to eat. Peter Piper it is from here on.

Pizza tasted good would have been better crispy and hot. Crust was no longer crisp because it sat inside while I sat outside waiting for it to be brought to my car. They said it was ready, I said I was there, they said turn on your blinkers to help us find you. I turned on my blinkers, and waited. I tried calling , took too long, so inside I go. Employees all around but I had to wave my arms and yell HELLO to get someones attention. Making a customer feel invisible is not a way to keep them coming back. Too bad, I like their pizza. Wont be back.
