The place it was good, the bathroom it was horrible dirty the Ladies door dont close properly. But the worst it was we couldnt found the place because they a little name in the door with out any lights outside the letters for the place it was missing..

Today I went to a baby shower, it ended at 4 and an employee arrived, looking like Gringo, saying in English, get up, its over... my 15 year old daughter, she knows English, tells me lets go, mom, hes running at us, very rude, like, angry, annoying, I dont know if its the owner or employee....I think that is not the way to say... PLEASE LEAVE WHEN THE EVENT IS OVER...If you book this place, let the employees who work at the end of the event be a little more polite... There are people of legal age and with disabilities... Unprofessional and rude. Literally kicked us out and placed all of my belongings outside on the floor. Most of it was food and now I have an ant infestation inside of my car. They could ve been more professional but chose not to be. Also speakers didn t work and had to bring my own. They didn t care about speaker situation. Do not recommend , PLEASE FIND ANOTHER BALLROOM!

This place is bad, no toilet paper! Wow funny but weird, I was embarrassed with the guests.Speaker was .I dont recommend this place at all!! I have more to tell, but not worth it, I see Veronica has her back up words to reply back, but mmm ,this place needs to be shut down, memories are more worth than money and this place will just ruin it.Dont regret! Go somewhere else!!

The cleaning staff was very rude! It was the last 20 minutes of our baby shower and we were taking pictures before the day ended. As soon as the lady and her kids showed up to clean they started to throw all of the things from the tables away with no warning no heads up nothing whatsoever. Nobody was in their seats because of the photo session we were having, and they were rushing to throw everything away including my baby nephews bottle and the gift bags we had given out. We stopped the pictures and went back to our table to check why our things were missing and my sister asked the staff where her sons bottle was because she left it on the table and it was gone. The lady was very rude and didn t bother to check if she had tossed the bottle or not. Thankfully young gentleman checked the trash bags and found his bottle. Meanwhile the other little girl was vacuuming under tables where people were sitting not caring that she was literally touching the guests with it. The place looks very nice and we had an amazing time. But the staff was very unprofessional and rude. Will NOT recommend

Super Rude! Our event ended at 4 and 20 minutes before they started throwing everything form the tables without telling us. They threw away baby bottles and toys and food we had. We payed for an event that ended at 4. They should ve waited till it was 4 or given us a heads up. When confronting the owner she was SUPER RUDE. NEVERRRRR AGAIN !!!!

I had my parents anniversary party this weekend. I paid for the largest package and it was well worth it. The owner was very helpful during our set up. Did the best to accommodate our requests and she was very professional. Definitely coming back.

Had my wedding there Saturday night and I do not recommend it. Let me tell you that you get what you pay for. It s cheap for a reason. First off they charged us $175 for a dj that only plays downloaded music from a laptop and never bothered to mention it when I signed the contract. Had to pay an additional $65 for a real dj to introduce us and play music.y family showed up promptly at 6:15 since they only gave us 45 minutes to set and they weren t even there had to track her down. There was no napkins anywhere to be found and of course yet another thing they failed to tell me when I signed. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and not enough trash bags for the trash cans. They also try to dictate what you can and can t do with your decorations. It s like if they re doing you the favor as opposed to you paying them for a service. Nowhere to be found through the 6 hours we were there but they were quick to come after me at the time the event ended trying to add charges. Even went as far as calling me a few bad words in Spanish and calling me a drunk. Don t recommend this place at all. It s better to pay the additional money for more professionalism.

The place was really fresh and the sir conditioner worked amazing, although the speakers dont work or something because at an even that I had it kept cutting off and it mad a loud noise, the dj playlist was trash they should get better songs and get new speakers and a new mic

This is something that I can t get off my mind. 8.18.18 was the day I got married. I had my ceremony /reception at The Majestic Party Hall. Since I gave the final payment for the wedding we had to go back a few times to plan set up out and the owner was very rude and unhelpful. I paid from 5pm-1am with an hour before set up and hour after clean up. My wedding didn t end up starting until 6:45. The minute I walked into that party hall to hide in a corner to walk down the aisle I was miserably hot. My family members kept asking me about the AC which I didn t know and asked the owner. She said it s not working correctly because it was so hot outside. (I m sorry but isn t that what an air conditioner is for?!) my guests were so hot we opened a back door and she provided one fan for about 80 guests !! My guests ended up leaving early because of the heat. All of our wedding pictures we look so sweaty in some videos you can see the look of discomfort on my husbands face because of how hot it was in there. By the end of the night my husband wanted to leave early too but I wanted to stay and made sure I helped clean up & nobody forgot anything. Well, at 1:06am (I payed until 1 am of partying and hour after clean up) the owner tells me I need to hurry because she has somewhere to be. I m sorry ? I stayed to help you clean and you are rushing me out the door? I was so fed up. She could have warned us about the air conditioner. We could have made different plans. Anything. She ruined my one and only wedding night. I seriously wish I could have a due over but it doesn t work like that. Do not come here unless you want a ruined event or at least make sure everything is functioning.

I attended a wedding at this venue and would not recommend this place! My boyfriend and I took an Uber from our hotel and our Uber driver told us that she planned a wedding here over a year ago and the air conditioning was busted... sure enough, a year later, the air conditioning is still broken! It was my first time in Texas and air conditioning is a MUST, especially in a crowded room full of people who are dressed for a wedding. Your air conditioning unit needs to be fixed!!! I left the wedding reception early because the heat was unbearable.
