My kids loved it theyre 8 and 10. We spent 5 hours here. There are places for parents to sit and a few places to eat but not much food wise. You can sit outside the activities and watch the kids but cant hear them. It overall was a good time.

Absolutely insane they charge for adults, who do not participate in anything. We are purely babysitting the kids yet they charge $17 per adult?? So I m charged $17 to sit in your building while I paid $50 per kid to play? The intentional ripoff charging adults purely because you can is insane.

Fri 9/27/24 THIS REVIEW IS FOR TODDLER TICKET: We entered the facility without anyone telling us what to do. I learned that you have to scan QR code to view itinerary/ schedule for the activities for your age group/ wristband/ age. I now understand why I was turned away a couple times prior at the ticket counter as they would just tell me it really is for 4+. The toddler ticket has minimal times for the class schedule unlike the 4+ ticket. I had to wait 1 hour in between for the next class activity which was for the hospital. The lowest wait time was maybe 20 minutes in between class activity. The annoying and inconsiderate thing was they did have a Toddler Neighborhood but it was pretty much closed. I guess for waiting in between classes but the Corner Store was completely empty (so no toys in it at all), the Vitas Diner was closed off, Baches Den didnt have the machine running as it was unplugged, the soft play room had their lights off when we arrived but then maybe someone turned them on so luckily the kids were able to play, and the building construction room didnt have the conveyer belt moving/ running. Overall, considering I paid for a Toddler ticket (2 tickets in total even though I didnt do anything but enter and sit) for a grand total of $50, I did not get my full moneys worth. I also forgot to mention that about 25% of the stores were not open and operating. The Bank class activity for toddlers was a parent lead one where the parent counts a small stack of cash? They need to change that one and make it so toddlers get a BETTER activity. Also, the Sports Performance Center class activity was horrible! The young unenthusiastic man who directed it did only 2 simple and counted that as the obstacle course! It didnt even last the full duration as claimed on the screen. The class times for the toddlers typically range from 10-15 mins max. I did not particularly like that in her last class which was the Vet Clinic, the instructor allowed older kids to come in the class because they DO NOT allow toddlers to go into the older kids classes and they have so many of them running at all times of the day, unfair. They are closed all week and I am wondering if that is because of lack of business but if they actually catered to toddlers and improved that by just adding more class activities on the schedule, that would most likely help business during the week considering toddlers and their moms have free time in the mornings during the weekdays, (hence look at Crayola in Plano). We ordered a kids pizza from Five Pizza and it was fine, not terrible. They really should have a hot coffee automatic machine somewhere on site for the parents. I did really like the concept of the cash at the end and then my child got to pick out a gift, less candy would be great as we do not do candy but she found the perfect gift in the end. Overall, I do think this is a facility that really caters to 4+ age group and although you will pay more for the ticket, you have classes running all the time so you will not be bored and sitting around waiting for the next class that could possibly be starting in 1 hour. It is unfortunate that is the case as I had been waiting since my child was 2 to come here. This was our first time and she is 3y,9m. I will come back when my child is 4yo.

Do not waste your time or money on this place. It was an absolute letdown. There are hidden fees and additional costs. Their website states that children under 2 get in free but then were told we had to pay if the toddler wanted to do anything fun . So $95 later, we entered only to find out that nearly all of the activities were not staffed or closed. Some activities including the tube blower were broken. There were very few toys available to toddlers for free play and they were FILTHY. There were hand sanitizer boxes located all throughout the facility but every single one was EMPTY. The entire place is filthy, dimly lit, poorly staffed and overall, not somewhere I would ever take my child to again. Honestly, this place should be shut down. It s misleading, hidden fees along with disgusting facility and hardly any staff are only some of the reasons this place should be out of business. Do not bring your kids here, you will be disappointed. After bringing these concerns to management at the end, we were offered (not a refund) but replacement tickets to use on a Sunday when everything is open and there are more toddler activities . We won t be back.

Waste of my 3yr time. Why open at 12pm if NOTHING is open for him to do. Still 1pm most places are closed and its Friday. Sign says close 2pm for most things he cant do due t9 age limits. Even the science lap wasnt plugged in see photo and oh yea the fire station water hose area is also shut down see photo. Its not cheap to come here and parenrs gave to oat for what because we cantdo anything here. Most things kids have to lay to due and they dont nake anythinf to get an item from the gift ship except candy--i dont feed my kid junk. Do better! I was extremely bored and my son was too. He would have more fun at the park. 1hr drive to put him to sleep. We will NOT be back. Save your money and take your kids to Sesame place or Disney.

Very disappointed, half of the play areas are closed, wait lines are too long, very unorganized, they take for ever to scan each bracelet when they go in an out of each activity, the building activity was the worst wait they could prepare the kids while the others are in the activity. It s supposed to get the kids to have fun not pay to get them frustrated and waiting so long and not able to participate in that many activities since half of them where closed. I think you should make a restructure and get more people to work and speed up the activities to be more fun, I don t understand why they have scan and wait so long for it.

We recently visited Kidzania Dallas, and it was a big letdown, especially if youre planning to bring a toddler. We didn t even spend an hour there! Too many facilities closed as well. The place had very few activities suitable for young children, and honestly, it felt like a waste of money. There was little to engage or entertain toddlers, and it seems more tailored for older kids. At the end my son just rode the choo choo train at the 1st level of the mall for $5 and it saved the day. I highly recommend thinking twice before bringing your toddler to this place. Overall, not worth the price or the trip. Save your money guys!

First time at KidZania and overall we had a good experience. We spent a little over 5 hours there and didnt get through everything so well be going back. We went on a Saturday at 12 when they opened. It wasnt as busy for the first 2 hours so we got to do a few activities without waiting. It started getting busy around 2 with wait times but most activities we waited 15-20 minutes for. The only one we waited 40 minutes for was the chocolate factory because it had a long line and that was around 4 pm. My son really enjoyed the hospital one where they got to ride in an ambulance. All of their food shops were closed. Only thing open was bakery and 7-11 which didnt have much. This wasnt on their website so I had planned on lunch there and was disappointed to learn nothing was open. We ended up having to snack on things from 7-11 which was pricey. The shop that kids could spend their earned money on was horrible. The options are so limited and not worth it. Everything decent in the shop was so pricey. They need to provide better options for the kids considering they spend a lot of the day here doing activities to earn their play money. My son was not excited at all to get anything.

I took my son on a cross country road trip for his birthday. One of his surprises was KidZania. I thought it was a good place to take him until he went on one climbing activity. The woman seemed to lack empathy and the ability to give clear directions while up several feet with my son who was closest to her. My son just turned six so he is still quite young and the youngest child in the group who did that activity. I let them know before he went up that he needs plenty of instruction or he gets nervous. I ended up having to guide my baby from the very bottom while he was only strapped in by a harness and a rope. He cried because he didn t know what to do and when I instructed him to hold the rope (calmly projecting my voice from the floor while he was high up) this woman told him he didn t. She didn t display any empathy and failed to give clear instruction. My stomach was in knots because her lack of care showed and my son was understandably scared. I work with children and understand very well the importance of empathy and clear instruction. They are not mind readers. They feel uncertain and may display big emotions in situations like this where they are high up only strapped in by only a harness. Then to have an adult not guide them through an activity like this is ignorant and outrageous. I d appreciate if Kidzania would look into this matter and work on training the adults who are to be instructors and leaders. I had to keep it positive for my son because I did not feel like going to jail on his birthday trip. But that was enraging as a mother to watch. I thought the experience was good but this warranted 1 star because the lack of safety and instruction which takes precedence over a good time. The other instructors seemed to love children but this one person didn t. It s not personal I m angry because the situation required leadership (empathy, direction, compassion, positive attitude) and she failed to display that at all. She was apathetic and not proactive which was frustrating to see when my child is distressed and I couldn t do anything to help. The person meant to help and closest to him didn t and I really dont appreciate that lack of care for any child.

I took my two almost three year old, she loved the few hours we went but it took a bit of a learning curve for me to understand what to do to make it work best for her age. I took her because I m constantly looking for fun activities to keep out of the heat that is indoors and interactive so this place has been high on the list to visit. We went at the end of the day, it s an exciting bustling kid city filled with little mini adventures for the kids to experience. Right away I had a hard time trying to figure out what would be age appropriate for her and most of the time I was chasing her around in circles trying to get her to wait in a line so she could experience the activities. Waiting in line is not something she is very patient about and it was challenging to figure out how many kids each activity would even take and I was mindful we weren t waiting in line wasting precious time but we got lucky and experienced four activities with no long waits and the activities were fun and hands on. I m sure I could have asked someone for help to direct me to what areas would be best for us but I think I did ok without the help overall. We did the bug extermination, the window washing, the yogurt and vet clinic. I m thankful the staff that interacted with her was so sweet and paid special attention to her. That made it all worth it, friendly staff who really seemed to care. She seemed to quickly pick up the concepts, I was very impressed how everything she did held her attention span as she is a busy toddler who loves to run and explore. I personally plan to take her back when she is older, I think we will all enjoy it to the fullest extent in the future maybe when she turns 4, since she is almost three I think she is still a bit young especially for the price, it s a ticket for parents and then for the kids..I think for the price it is a tad high but it depends on your toddler, the experience is impressive and I understand they have to charge what they do. We will definitely be back when she s older :)

My friend and kids have been there before and they said today was different from previous visits. 1) many areas were closed 2) the open activities had long lines and most only accepted 7-8 kids so you just had to wait! 3) very expensive considering limited activities The kids (4, two 6 & 8 y/o) asked to leave It wasn t worth it. I love the concept of this place. It s adorable. But nobody explained what we even had to do, had it not been for my friend who has been there before I wouldn t have known how this works. Another parent told me about the QR code around the place to see the times of the activities. We had winged it for almost two hours before that. They give the kids play money and some activities cost money and in others they earn money. At the end they can buy little trinkets/toys/candy with their money. However sometimes we had to wait an hour or longer for the activities (at least the popular ones ). The airline pilot was like a four hour wait. They only open 12-7 on the weekends. Maybe if they opened all day you could get more done. They could also only sell a certain number of tickets or have all the attractions open Or better yet be able to reserve certain activities at certain times. Not all the shops are open. Don t know if they are understaffed or it s deliberate. I d say a good fourth of the attractions were closed or broken at any given time. Most activities will take 8-10 kids and it takes 15-20 min to do the activity then they close for cleanup for at least 30 min. After taking 8-10 kids the rest of the kids in line would have to remain there for the 20 min while the activity was going plus the 30 it takes after clean up, sometimes it would be longer than that before they opened again. Honestly clean up seemed to take 10 min or so. Not sure why they closed for so long. So 50 min or more of waiting in line at times. If you didn t do this you don t get to do the attraction sometimes. We couldn t do the fireman or beauty shop. The snack shop (7/11) was half empty and the bathrooms were filthy and all stalls were out of toilet paper. The activities we actually got to participate in were great. The kids made guacamole, yogurt, a kinder egg, they took care of patients in the hospital, were exterminators, they were artists and window washers, delivery men/women and fixed bikes. We would love to come back one day and see these issues taken care of. Admission is too expensive to even have these issues. Especially since the parents also have to pay and we don t get to do anything along with the kids. My friend says it used to be great not sure what happened since they first opened.

This place is a HOT Mess. It is Incredibly expensive and ridiculous set up. One adult , 1 toddler and one 4 year old entry costs $107, there is a first class wristband that costs even more. I thought, ok let s just do it once we don t have to come again. Once you are in you realize you have to WAIT FOR EVERYTHING. There is a line for any activity. So if you think that you can come in and spend 2 hrs with your kids have so much fun, you re wrong. More than half your time is wasted in the lines and if you can t spend the whole day, you might end up doing 2 activities with your kid and left with a stupid ripped off feeling. But that s not it. There are some activities that costs extra like getting a PazzPort is another $15 per child, pizza making activity where kids make 5 pizza and you have to pay $12 to join. Absolutely money making business practice. We came here at 2pm and spent about 10-15 mins to check out the activities. There is only 8 participants allowed in each activity, its so stupid when its crowded on weekend, it feels like they need to double the capacity. It is also dumb where toddlers are not allowed to most of the activities with an older sibling, a parent need to be present when toddler time slot is open. So basically I was running between child and toddler activity, they cant be crossed into same activity. The Play area for toddler is so worn out and trashy. There is ridiculous amount of wait time for popular activities like hospital, fire station etc, and by the time my kid finished the fire station one, it was 3:30pm. The staff didnt seem very enthusiastic, not very kid friendly and each of them had their own rules. Not sure how it has even got 4.1 out of 3000+ reviews. Waste of time, money and great way to ruin your mood and made you super tired with 2 toddlers. Also there is no display board or paper map to navigate the whole city. If its flight simulator, they should have something like this flight is departing at such time, then onboarded, next flight at this time, something big to display. Why it was so dark? The only thing that would help them legitimize their business is if they reduce the ticket prices at least by 50%, have all the activities open and some could be self taught instead of each of them having time slots and inform everyone prior to entry that on average half their time will be spent on waiting on the lines. Also get rid of the stupid first class thing, instilling greedy mindset where you can get ahead of others if you pay more is not something 4-6 year old kids should be subject to.

The city is so cute and the concept is really great! The issue is the organization of times for the different places to visit and there was only one place to get food. I would recommend letting snacks be brought in unless there are more food options. Also, the time for each place is on the hour so you can only really do one thing per hour. So you are always waiting 30 mins or so for next place. All in all it was fun but definitely needs a little more structure.

Disappointing Experience - Overcrowded and Poorly Managed I recently visited Kidzania with my family, hoping for a fun and memorable day out, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. After spending nearly $200 for a family of four (two adults and two kids), we were met with long wait times, overcrowding, and a generally chaotic atmosphere. From the moment we entered, it was clear that the venue was oversold. We had to wait close to 45 minutes to 2 hours for each activity. The staff informed us that there were over 900 guests on the day we visited. If thats the case, what s the point of purchasing tickets online and reserving time slots? It seems that they let far too many people in at the door, completely disregarding the guest experience. This was especially disappointing because it was meant to be a special birthday present for my son, who was really excited to visit. Instead, he spent most of the day waiting in line rather than enjoying the activities. It s clear that Kidzania is more focused on maximizing profits than ensuring a fun and engaging experience for the children. Until they change their policies and manage guest numbers more effectively, I would strongly advise against wasting your money here. Its not worth the frustration and disappointment.

We were visiting from out of town and a coworker recommended KidZania. Unfortunately, we will not be returning until our kids are much older. The website states ages 1-14 but I think it s more appropriate for ages 6 and up, maybe even 8 and up. We purchased our tickets online for 2 adults, 1 toddler and a baby. Check in was really cool giving off airport vibes, and the TSA agent was very helpful. We did a self-service kiosk where it printed out armbands for the entire family. You go through a TSA-like line where they actually do x-ray and check your bags. I was able to bring formula and baby food for our 9-month-old. The place was dimly lit, and the A/C was suffering. We entered a little bit after lunch. The place wasn t crowded. Besides the staff members in the role-playing establishments, there weren t any other employees in or around the city. We scouted the city and there were less than a handful of role-playing establishments open. The ones that were opened required the kids to be 4 and up. My toddler is only 3. We decided to upgrade her pass to 4-year-old since she ll be 4 soon anyway and this way, she could participate with her 4-year-old cousin. Together, they were able to participate in the NICU, firefighter and yogurt making. Then later the chocolate factory. Other establishments that were open at the time were the Hospital/Clinic and ambulance. More establishments opened up after 3-4 hours of play: Chocolate factory, dentist, and gym. We saw the bank and passport office towards the end of the city a better placement would be at the start of the city. Nothing else was open for the kids. There is a 7/11 once you enter the city that was poorly stocked. The pizza parlor on the opposite end of the city had unenthusiastic teens behind the counter, there was no ice or lids for your drinks but at least the pizza was good. The bakery in the center of the city was also poorly stocked but had super friendly staff. These places require real money so don t try to joke about paying them the KidZo because they are not amused. The prize/store where the kids can go spend their money was lacking and the prices are silly. $20 KidZo for a small piece of candy your kiddo will have to work two jobs for that (each job pays $10 KidZo or something like that). LMAO! The baby room needs attention. The toys and blocks were old and dirty. Having a no shoe policy in the room would be a good idea too since some 1-year-olds are still crawling. They check your armbands when you leave. Thats always a plus anywhere. I don t even know what exactly I paid for, lol. Each adult costs $15 for entry but cannot participate, you can only watch. My baby was free, but my toddler was $15. To be bumped up to the next age group cost us $35. Kids three and under are extremely limited on activities. If I didn t bump her up, she would be on the sidelines with us. Shame... cool concept though.

This was our first time coming to Kidzania and this location -- sadly was very very disappointing. Looking through the reviews -- it seems this location has recently went downhill and it was very apparent for us. This concept was SO amazing and the actual design of this kid city was so cute! It was super nice to see the kids so excited -however there were a lot of downsides to our experience. (1) Front Desk - the staff was not helpful in training us on the experience. They also just didnt show any excitement at all -- which is unfortunate for the girls (2 and 4 years of age) (2) Experience/Activity Staff - Some of the staff for the jobs and activities were wonderful, and you can tell they cared, HOWEVER, Many were not -- and did not seem to care about the kids or interacting with the kids to educate them. It was very disheartening to see that from outside the glass. One person also took all our dollars (as our 4 year old didnt know better) which was sad at the end when we learned about getting prizes from the Shop for her work. (3) Food + Drinks - They took away our snacks for the kids -- which was not ideal as some of our kids have dietary restrictions. Snacks + Drinks were available inside to purchase, but they didnt have anything outside of sodas, water, chips, candy, pizza, etc. There was no coffee, many things were out of service. The worst part was there was no Milk -- which felt like a big miss since we had a 2 yr old with us. We do wish they had flexibly for these cases. For context, we came on a Sunday right when it opened (around 12:30PM) and they didnt have anything in stock. (4) Training - We wish there was a more helpful training on this experience, especially for the kids. Coming in no staff really showed us the ropes and we had to figure it out as we went. We didnt know about the prize shop / store until we stumbled upon it. And after realizing we lost a lot of our kids money and didnt know the cost of some of the activities. It was just a bumper. All in all, for the Price of $50 for our 4yr old, $20 for the 2 yr old, and $30 per adult (not to mention the price of food / drinks) We expected more from this and are sad to say we dont feel we would come back. PLUS!! they had a $7 PER BRACELET ACTIVATION FEE ON TOP OF THE ENTRY COSTS. truly feels like they care less about the kids and more about profits.

Today we celebrated my niece s birthday. We chose one of their birthday packages which includes large pizza, cupcakes (if I actually can call those cupcakes) and two drinks (refill). The check in is a bit slow. They had everything ready in one of the rooms, very VERY basic. The pizza was for 7 adults and 5 kids. One kid and one adult didn t make it and still the pizza wasn t enough, not even for the kids, VERY TINY slice, so I had to order two more. The drinks were ok, however the cupcakes they gave for the kids to decor are TERRIBLE, not even mini cupcakes, it looks like a tiny pancake. We were in a rush to eat because the kids helping there are just in a rush. I can tell you the mini cupcakes from Walmart are bigger and tastier. It s not cheap for what they give. I understand you can t bring food from outside but there s NOTHING you can actually buy inside apart from candies and sodas. Everything is empty. Now, the experience for kids it s ok. They re kids and they enjoy playing and exploring around. But definitely I do not recommend it to celebrate or host your event.

My kid was disappointed in the end because many of the exhibits are closed down and the department store where they spend their money hardly had any options and the options they did have were priced pretty high, considering we were there for 3 hours completing jobs and only earn 50 kidzos. 50 kidzos, by the way, can purchase 2 pixie sticks in the shop. Honestly wasn t worth the money for a kid to walk out disappointed. Seems kinda wild to spend $130 and then have half of the stuff shut down and the shops and restaurants be out of pretty much everything.

Incredibly expensive and ridiculous set up. One adult and one 6 year old entry costs $83, there is a first class wristband that costs even more. There are some activities that costs extra like pizza making activity where kids make 5 pizza and you have to pay $12 to join. Absolutely parasitic business practice. We came here at 1:30pm and spent about 10-15 mins to check out the activities and by the time my kid finished the fire station one, it was 2:30pm. The staff are great and, friendly. But I felt so stupid not reading the reviews earlier and ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED that it even got 4.1 out of 3000+ reviews. Waste of time, money and great way to ruin your mood. The only thing that would help them legitimize their business is if they reduce the ticket prices at least by 50%, and inform everyone prior to entry that on average half their time will be spent on waiting on the lines. Also get rid of the stupid first class thing, instilling greedy mindset where you can get ahead of others if you pay more is not something 4-6 year old kids should be subject to.

Have been going since they opened and this last time was the absolute worst . Have seen the downfall or such an amazing place that offers such a unique experience for children. Last time credit card system was down. This time the pizza place had only Diet Coke and root beer, no water bottles at all in the whole place. No meats for the pizzas, more than 80% of the menu not available. Not enough staff to work all the activities. The fire truck burning building activity has been out of service since we went 1st week of June. We went yesterday (Aug 18th )and still not repaired. The climbing wall closed all day . The tickets are not cheap and to be limited on what activities are available is not fair. Offer half the price of tickets if you only offer half the activities. Bathrooms had no toilet paper and so dirty .

I wish I had read the reviews before spending $75 dollars for my 2 year old to wait in line for hours for uninteresting, boring, cheap attractions. (Those that were actually open). The visit was a disaster from the beginning as they first charge you hidden fees to activate your wristband. Yes even the adult ticket where pay about $22 dollars per parent just to watch your kids. After entering the park the first 3 things that were on the schedule, and that we could find on the poorly organized map, were inexplicably closed. There was just no one working them. When we asked three separate employees where to find activities, not a single one knew, or really cared for that matter. We finally found an obstacle course that was open. It consisted of a gentleman throwing a soccer ball for my 2 year old to try to catch. Woohoo. Then we found a dentist exhibit that was running a toddler class (not at the time the scheduled time) and it lasted 5 minutes. So an hour in we have done a total of 10 minutes of activities including brushing fake teeth and catching a soccer ball. Next activity is at the creative design studio. Sounds like it will be fun. Except no employee is anywhere to be found. At this point Im getting annoyed so I go in there with my son and use all the activies on our own. Was there for 20 minutes and no employee even cared to stop by. Overall just a poorly ran, poorly designed, poorly executed cash grab. Honestly a miracle it has even a 4.1 star rating at the time of this review. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. Dont be like us, trust the reviews.

I am actually not recommended! At first, they have some hidden extra fee except the ticket. For example, Bracelet Activation Fee $7/per person. Secondly, you can t bring any drink and food there. It means you must buy during more than 4 hours with kids. Third, you must make a reservation in advance for some activities which have extra fee. For example, make a pizza. Forth, they don t have a paper map and you must scan the QR code. It is so inconvenient for first coming person. Because the map is disappeared when you use cellphone do another thing. Fifth, for most activities, you should wait more than 30 minutes, and my experience is that I waited more than 2 hours for the aviation academy. However, the officer Sophia and manager Andrea told my children go in end of the line because parents cannot hold the spot for their children. Parents cannot hold the spot in line for their children , every parent knows that children cannot hold the pee for a long time(because the popular activity need to spend more than 1 hour at the line), is it a reasonable? I had never seen this rule in any where before, but in KidZania, it is!

We came from out of town and met family here to celebrate a 3-year-old s birthday. We are two adults and one infant (under 12 months) and we paid almost $60 after tax. On top of the basic entrance fee, there is a $7 wristband activation fee per person, including for babies even though they re free to take in. Then they wouldn t let us take in all of our baby s snacks. They let us keep her puree pouch but threw away our crackers, saying rules are rules. When we went to try to sit down to eat a snack, there was no high chair available in the main eating area. After searching around half of the city we found one, but it was missing half of its straps. The whole place is really dimly lit, probably so it s harder to tell how filthy everything is. The little room that they have for babies to play in is filled with worn-out toys covered in grime. The shelf that holds toys wasnt even anchored to the wall. Overall the staff seemed quite unenthused and bored with their jobs (can t say I blame them). There were several exhibits that were closed down, not staffed, or missing crucial components, so I don t see how anyone can get their money s worth from this place. In conclusion, don t waste your money taking young siblings or going with more than one adult! It s so loud in there that it s hard to have an adult conversation anyway. I can see how a kid 5-8 would enjoy this place and maybe it would be worth it if one adult were to take more than one child. But it s extremely overpriced and in my opinion there are places that are just as fun but way cheaper...even free - we literally have a local park with a pretend city in it, and the librarys toys are just as good and much cleaner.

Well, Kidzania was ok at best. They had a couple food places, 1 was closed-The Taco Shop, the other one was out of majority of toppings for pizza except pepperoni and veggies by 2:30pm, and they didnt open until 12pm...The bakery was out of cakes, and cookies, and had 4 cupcakes.. very disappointed. The food upstairs was closed. The 7-11 store had very minimal product like in the picture in the other reviews..... Several job sites were closed for maintenance or whatever.... The job simulations for the kids were good. They earned money at some, spent money at some (pizza place, yogurt, etc), had a university where the kids earn a Bachelors degree and get bonus $$ from their job. But could progess no further as Kidzania hasnt updated to the Masters and PhD program even though its advertised at their University. They get to spend their kidzo money at the Department store.......yeah....that was the joke......they seriously had 2 stuffed animals, 1 stuffed football, then little pieces of candy and bouncy balls. For all that hard work.....I was disappointed in the rewards. Chuck E Cheese has better prizes! For the cost of the tickets, they could definitely do better. We will not be back.

KidZania has a unique and interesting concept that allows kids to role-play various professions, which is both educational and entertaining. The workers are generally interactive and do a great job engaging with the children. However, the experience is marred by several issues. First, the cashier was condescending and unhelpful, which set a negative tone from the start. The tickets are overpriced, especially considering that half the activities were closed during our visit. This, combined with long wait times for the remaining activities, made it hard to enjoy the experience fully. Additionally, the prizes that kids can redeem with their earned money are minimal and cheap, which was disappointing. On the bright side, the food available for purchase is affordable, but overall, the high cost and numerous inconveniences makes it hard to recommend.

I recently visited KidZania USA in Frisco, Texas, and it was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the experience would be a huge letdown. Firstly, the organization was abysmal. The lines were incredibly long, and there was no clear system for managing the crowds. We spent most of our time waiting, which left the kids frustrated and bored. To make matters worse, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, offering little help or guidance. The attractions themselves were a major disappointment. Many of the exhibits were broken or poorly maintained, and the few that were operational were underwhelming at best. The activities were not as interactive or educational as advertised. Instead of fostering creativity and learning, they felt like cheap, half-hearted attempts to keep kids occupied. Cleanliness was another major issue. The facility was dirty, with trash strewn about and restrooms that were in dire need of cleaning. Given the current concerns around health and safety, this was particularly alarming. The food options were overpriced and unappetizing. We ended up leaving the park to find a decent meal elsewhere, which was a huge inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to our visit. Overall, KidZania USA in Frisco, Texas, was a complete waste of time and money. The poorly managed facility, lackluster attractions, and unclean environment made for a thoroughly disappointing experience. Save yourself the trouble and look for other activities for your children. This place is not worth the visit. If I could give them negative stars I would.

The icing on the cake was the store where you can use your kidzania bucks and they charge 60-100 for one small piece of candy. They are crazy and irrationally expensive. We were there for over 2 hours and were only able to attend the construction climbing event. Not a great experience overall. Will not return.

I want to preface my review by saying my kids had an absolute blast at KidZania. We got there at 12 noon and closed it down 7 hours later. Time seemed to fly so clearly this is a good time for kids the right age. Also, the staff there were very good. Most everyone seemed enthusiastic about their jobs and interacting with the kids. Very cool concept. Now the negative. Just a little nit picky here but there were a number of attractions/jobs that were closed and some even down for maintenance. Also, the food options there were very poor. The pizza was fun for the kids to make, but they said the taste was very meh. Definitely buy the first class ticket so you can leave and eat in the food court at the mall. The food shops there such as 7 Eleven, the Bakery, and others had very little food. The refrigerators that would hold drinks were mostly empty. 7 Eleven has almost nothing in it. The Taco Shop was closed too. Also, some of the attractions seemed to need a bit of maintenance or parts of them werent in service. For example, the Fashion show my daughter loved but the lights on the show lights on the ceiling and speakers were unplugged. The lady working there played a song on her laptop. I get the impression theres a lot of cost cutting going on at KidZania. You can kind of see it all over the place. Like I said, the kids had a good time, they didnt really notice this stuff, but I did. I hope they reverse the trend and get these experiences back up and running as well as the features that were inoperative within them. I understand maybe ticket sales might be slumping or something to make them cut cost or someone at the top is trying to save a buck, but by not keeping it fully functional, sales will suffer more. Anyways, definitely recommend for a good fun outing in the hot temps. Prob wont go back for a long while as the cost is high and would want some of the other features reopened so the kids can try different attractions and not be bored.

As has been stated in other posts your kids will like it you will not. Just so that you are under no illusions when you visit this is not a family activity, it is an activity for kids so if you bring your kids make sure you bring a book. There is zero parent involvement and your whole job will be to stand in line for your kids next activity. For almost all of the activities my wife and I had to wait outside the both and watch through the window while our daughters played dress up. There were a couple of activities where we were allowed in for the last five minutes to take pictures. I was very disappointed that I could not experience my daughters enjoying the activities. The activities take about 20 minutes each and if you leave your place in line you will not make the next cycle. Fortunately we went on a Wednesday in July so all of the activities were open and it wasn t too crowded. There was one camp that arrived at the same time we did but they left after an hour. Because it wasn t so crowded we rarely needed to wait more than one cycle in line but our rhythm was basically wait in line for 20 minutes, watch through the glass for 20 minutes while the kids did the activity, and then find the next line to wait in for 20 minutes. If you get out of line you will lose your place in line and all of the activities seem to be timed so that you can not finish one activity and then make it to the next activity before it starts. If it is time for an activity to start and there is no one in line the worker will close the door and tell you the next cycle starts in 20 minutes. The staff breaks down into two categories. One is the high school kids who seem to be enjoying their jobs and are enthusiastic and polite. The other group is adult hourly workers who gave me another opportunity to wonder what has happened to customer service in last four years. On the plus side the interior is detailed and interesting but it is also just as sticky as any kids arcade. I felt the whole experience grossly overpriced. All in all I would compare the experience to holding a 9 volt battery to my tung for four hours so that my kids could have an experience.

Be Careful Parents :Do not give your money to such a greedy company and let them treat your children carelessly! Full price tickets not worth at all!! As a parent who has brought my children here four times, I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the declining quality of our experiences. Now, I will share some disheartening aspects: 1.The staff lack the most basic yet crucial education for children: hygiene and sanitation. Whether teaching them to make cupcakes, Kinder eggs, or guacamole, no staff members instruct or guide the children to wash their hands. Some children cough, pick their noses, or pick things up from the floor, and then proceed to make food. The staff and other parents seem completely unconcerned. The sinks are merely decorative. When I insisted that my children wash their hands, the staff seemed surprised by this normal request. 2:There is a severe lack of props for kids experiences, and some activity centers are not even open or operating properly. When the children played the role of firefighters, the staff did not provide each child with firefighter suits and safety helmets as they did in the past. The children were supposed to ride the fire truck and then use water hoses to put out fires, but this fun activity was completely absent this time. The immersive experience of each role is now compromised because they dont even provide the necessary costumes and props. This issue extends beyond firefighters to EMTs and dentists, none of whom have any specific costumes. The staff s attitude seems to be: too lazy to clean and sanitize, so they just skip it to reduce hassle. 3: The ingredients have been reduced a lot. When the children made guacamole, there were only pitiful amounts of avocado, salt, and lemon juice. I remember they used to have a variety of ingredients, even including chips. The yogurt for the children also had only a tiny little toppings. 4:Most of the staff lack empathy, love, or patience for the children. One of the children in our group had a birthday, and when we asked the front desk lady if there is anything special for her, she bluntly said, Sorry, we dont have anything. It felt like she didn t care because it wasn t her child s birthday, so why bother herself? However we clearly remember the friendly front desk staff from our last visit giving the birthday child extra KidZania money. This wouldnt cost the company a penny, but it would bring joy to the children. I believe most five-star reviews come from first-time visitors who are impressed by the companys philosophy of immersing children in different professions and teaching them various skills. However, many parents dont compare visits or observe the activities closely.because most parents are busy on their phones outside the glass windows. I am convinced that the owner of this company is a millionaire who enjoys the best resources and most exciting life experiences with his family. However, when it comes to these innocent children, he is incredibly stingy and mean. They only care about their financial gains and completely disregard the childrens experiences. As slaves to money, they couldnt care less that these children are the future of America.

The pizza place did not have any salads or half of their toppings. The bakery was out of most pastries, most bottle drinks ,and select fountain drinks. You would think that the hidden $28 fee to activate the throw away wristband that was charged could afforded them the money to properly stock the little food options that were available. The department store that you can cash in your money had bare shelves and absolutely nothing my granddaughter wanted. She was very excited for her turn in the beauty salon. When she entered she was given instructions for a particular hairstyle. She just wanted to create, but because she is a child who always tries to follow directions she stood there turning the paper back and forth crying. My company hosted Bring Your Kid to Work Day at this location. This was the best idea ever. I was thoroughly impressed with the interactive, and educational activities that were available for kids. This is a great tool to help them understand, and learn about various professions. I think the best part was the fact that they could also learn about earning a degree, and it helped them earn more at the other stations that they participated in. My granddaughter had a ball and I enjoyed watching her explore.

If I was the sponsor I d be unhappy. Several things look broken. Hand sanitizers are empty. Staff were friendly and kids enjoyed the play but overall the impression I got was showing wear and no added investment in keeping it updated and operating.

It s a cool idea but it s pricey and when you get in there you still buy things which we thought would be included getting in. Example getting a passport cost $16. And a lot of the activities were closed. We went on a Thursday. They need to lower price when things are not open. Not sure we will go back. But it does teach kids about money and they get to try different jobs.

The concept of the establishment is impressive, and the employees were all very courteous. However, there was a significant lack of guidance and instruction upon arrival, which impacted the overall experience. The operations were not managed smoothly. Additionally, while the children enjoyed earning money through their activities, the limited options available for purchase were disappointing. There was only one store with very few items, which did not appeal to the children despite their efforts throughout the day. The selection was less extensive than what one might find in a typical arcade store, leading to a sense of letdown. Overall, this establishment requires substantial improvement in terms of structure and organization. The experience felt overcrowded and did not meet expectations.

Overpriced. So many things weren t open and one of the cool things I wanted my kids to experience (putting out a fake fire) wasn t working. It s also way too loud inside. Went there and I guess some summer camp had a field trip that day. Lines were so long it took forever for my kids to get things done. It s a shame that I wasn t allowed in any of the rooms to at least hear what was going on. I went to a similar attraction when I was young called WannaDo City and it was a way better experience. Thought my kids would like this and I would get some kind of nostalgia feeling but they don t let adults join in on anything. Why am I paying for myself then? Just seems like a run down old scam.

This place is phenomenal for kids. The only reason i gave it 3 is because i went with a group and we were noticeably treated differently than the other groups, our partys perks were not honored and by the time a staff member was willing to look into it, we were delayed almost an hour from leaving and received none of the perks promised at booking. Our children were inconvenienced multiple times, and it was very sad to watch and difficult to witness while trying to remain calm for the betterment of their experience. Even the TSA actors played a wonderful role because they were rude and it eas evident they didnt want to be there. That was spot on. I loved it there attractionwise, but based on the staff experience, I probably wont return.

Such a fun outing for kids! I recommend planning to be here for at least 5-6 hours to get the most bang for your buck. When we visited 7/14/24 everything was timed to start every 30 mins or an hour, so if you plan carefully you can get a lot of activities done back to back. Toddlers had specific times they could do things so be aware of that. We had an exceptional experience with Mia at the Rezicle Center and Essilor Eye Clinic. She was so kind and patient with the kids and you can tell she actually enjoys her job. My son was so excited to follow her from one job to the next because he said she was fun. I have heard that this place gets crowded sometimes so just be aware of that.

Not worth money. We drove from Oklahoma and went on a Sunday afternoon. We paid $188 for two kids and two adults. There is a hidden $28 ($7ea) bracelet activation fee for your typical paper stick on bracelets. No one told us anything about what to do or expect when we entered. We walked up to multiple areas that were closed until we came across an activity where a worker finally told us how the money and activities work. Three major takeaways: 1) You will be standing around and waiting for activities a lot. 2) There were 13 closed activities. Also, the firefighting portion of being a fireman was closed. This is unacceptable for the amount of money charged. The open activities ran sometime once an hour because staff was working multiple activities. 3) The place is dirty. My wife and I found places to sit and kept having to run to the restroom to wash off mysterious sticky or wet substances. Cool idea, very poor execution. Will not return or recommend.

I took my 2 and 6 year olds to Kidzania USA yesterday and we had a great time. The employees went out of their way to be helpful and explain things to us about the process and the different jobs. I think it s ideal for 4+, maybe even 6+, as some activities require age 6. My toddler had a fun time doing the toddler activity options. My only caution is that it was tricky with a toddler and a bigger kid since they aren t allowed to do the same activities. I couldn t be in two places to watch both kids and my bigger one felt bad enjoying things her brother couldn t. We stayed about 4 hours and my two year old would have been ready to leave at 3 hours and my oldest would have preferred to stay a few more hours. It s a pricey activity, but I think it s worth the money, especially if you can stay a while which is easier with older kiddos! All that said, we are going back today to do the things we didn t have time for yesterday.

This was our first time at KidZania and we were really excited. Unfortunately, several bad experiences and a lot of heartbreak from my kids left us feeling extremely disappointed, exhausted and frustrated. We purchased a toddler band for my three year old. She was turned away from a lot of activities, but the most ridiculous one was slotted specifically for toddlers. The worker told us we had the wrong band but we didn t, and she left my daughter in tears yet again. The manager even confirmed the worker had messed up but it was too late to redo the activity. My five year old was also turned away from activities that should have been appropriate for him to try. He was most excited to try the flight simulator, but was denied there as well. The worker told us the instruments were delicate and he was left upset and frustrated. Is this not a place for kids to explore? Why was I charged so much for my child when he was excluded from so many activities that older kids weren t? There is no order; my kids were often shoved aside by bigger kids with no help from staff. The prices in the shop were outrageously high and the selection abysmal, and they couldn t afford to buy enough items for both of them. I was double charged for the band activation fee (which the manager was kind enough to correct) and a cheap bottle of water was $4? I thought this was a city for kids but it was a huge money pit, full of long waits and denials. I even looked for several resources online that could help me see what activities had ages on them so I could steer my kids away and could not find anything until we were right in front of an activity. My kids cried too many times for us to ever consider making the hour long trip again. After scrolling through other reviews and seeing that kids the same ages as mine got to participate in things mine didn t makes me even more irritated.

I recently took my kids to KidZania in Frisco, Texas and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff and a fun, interactive atmosphere. The concept of KidZania is truly unique - a kid-sized city where children can role-play in various real-life professions. My kids had a blast exploring the different jobs available, from being a doctor to a firefighter to a fashion model. The attention to detail in each activity was impressive, and my children were engaged and entertained for hours. The facilities at KidZania are clean, well-maintained, and safe. I felt comfortable letting my kids explore and play independently, knowing that they were in a secure environment. The staff at KidZania were fantastic - they were patient, enthusiastic, and really made the experience special for my children. I appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism. Overall, KidZania in Frisco, Texas is a fantastic destination for families looking for a fun and educational outing. My kids had a wonderful time and are already asking to go back. I highly recommend KidZania to anyone with young children - its a five-star experience all around!

We were pretty disappointed to find that a lot of their activities were closed. They appeared to be understaffed as an employee told us that they were running two different rooms. We paid extra to let our little one make her own pizza and thought for sure that they would be a little more sanitary. There are 4 sinks for hand washing, yet three of the four sinks had tape on them that said out of order. The last sink on the right appeared to be in working order, yet none of the kids or parents were asked to wash their hands prior to making their food. There was not even sanitizer offered. My daughter ended up receiving someone elses pizza, as she did not put pepperoni on hers but was given a pepperoni pizza. They made her another pizza thankfully, but I wish that they were a little more serious about the cleanliness when allowing the children to prepare their food. It is a pretty cool place if you get to experience all of the options that they have to offer.

KidZania was a major disappointment for our family. The workers were kind, the jobs that were open were decent at least the one s that you pay for with your kidzos my children loved the rope climb construction zone outside of that they did not have fun we left a few hours after getting there. The place is not very clean, most things in the toddler area are broken, most things in the older kid jobs are also broken. We went here on Sunday July 7th 2024 we arrived at 12 the place was not packed so that was not an issue at all. The toddler diner with kitchen stuff had a total of 7 toys 3 of them being chewed up foam foods the rest were very sticky, we were the only one with a toddler in this area and it was right after the opened so they had not cleaned these toys at all. A lot of jobs were closed and never opened the entire visit. The kinder egg factory had a bunch of broken stuff and when my daughter left she didn t get a kinder egg despite having paid for the job. The store to spend your kidzos had very little and that was disappointing too. We did not purchase anything oh and if you have a group of children despite paying for each ticket they will group them up on activities that will not give them all the ability to partake we had a total 4 kids that were 6 and 7 that had to share one bag at the job favor and pick up and drop off one package..All in all I would unfortunately not recommend. One positive thing was the worker at this rope course was so kind and helpful and helped my daughter through the entire course and the woman at the cupcake bakery was very kind as well! Edit: I almost forgot to mention the firefighters did not get to put out any fake fires either.

I regret to say that signing up for a KidZania membership in Frisco was the worst decision I ve made regarding family entertainment. Initially, I opted for the membership, priced at about $30/kid per month, for two kids, plus tax and fees it s $68/ month for 2. because individual entry fees for two adults and two children were quite steep.(first month membership fee is $97.32 for 2 kids, because there are activation fees ) The membership seemed economical as it promised the ability to cancel without penalty after 12 months, or with just a one-month penalty fee if canceled within the first year(but when I tried to cancel they don t allow me to cancel unless I pay the entire year membership fee) Unfortunately, the reality did not meet expectations. My children quickly lost interest in visiting KidZania. During our visits, we found that many of the play areas and stores were closed even during business hours. The staff, seemingly hourly employees, appeared indifferent to the long waiting lines and were rigid about entry times, not allowing children into empty shops until the scheduled times. Frustrated, I attempted to cancel the membership via their website and was shocked to see a cancellation fee of about $690, which essentially covers the entire year s membership after I made 2 months of membership fees. This was not the agreement I recalled when signing up. Seeking clarity and resolution, I visited the Frisco location only to learn that cancellation was indeed only possible by paying the full 12 months of fees upfront. This felt ridiculous and deceptive. I strongly advise against purchasing a membership at KidZania. The lack of flexibility and poor customer experience are significant deterrents. I will be sharing my unfortunate experience in a detailed blog post within my community to ensure others are aware and can avoid making the same mistake.

We took our three year old daughter and it was a huge waste of time and money. We were initially taken aback by the activation fee and taxes. So altogether for 3 of us (husband included) it was $75. Secondly, the toddler activities were outdated, nonexistent (despite there being a schedule with time) and did not work..there was not even a/c in some of their sections and only a play kitchen area with toys that should be replaced. Even the activities on the schedule sheet were bland..for example, The organic farm activity was just sorting vegetables. to decorate a cupcake was an additional $5 which felt like a slap in the face. We left after an hour and a half of aimlessly walking around. Would not recommend

Way overpriced for the experience. We arrived at opening time, and had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get in. People who got there after us were able to get in if they bought tickets that day. We had prepaid tickets. They had self serve kiosks but for first class you couldn t go to those. It would make more sense to have the kiosks for pre paid tickets or first class tickets. There wasn t any difference in the First Class pass versus Comfort pass, that justified the price differences. You would think for extra money, you would have more perks! Many things were closed or broken. The scheduling was difficult because only 5-10 kids at a time for one activity. You had to stand in 15-20 minutes prior to that activity, but the schedule only planned for the next hour. We were only able to do a handful of things. They did a terrible job at explaining the schedules, maps and the signs. Definitely needs more signage. The food concessions were out of almost everything and the only option was pizza. They ran out drinks and the fountain drinks were broken. You can definitely tell management is not doing their jobs at restocking and maintaining the place. I didn t see a single place for hand sanitizers for guests. The concept is great but I wouldn t recommend this place for the price you pay. They aren t putting the money back into establishment.

We have family visiting from out of town and decided to take the kids to Kidzania. The place is dirty and not well maintained. Several of the attractions were closed. We bought business class passes and honestly, I m just glad we didn t decide to waste more money by upgrading to first class. We bought tickets online but apparently that makes zero difference, we made 4 young kids stand in line 30 min before opening time (there were only 2 families infront of us), however when they opened they got people from the back of the line and got them to form a new line. They all got in before we did. It took forever just to get our bracelets and $$ to be able to get thru security. They need a better system! Only one restaurant was open, they said their drink machine was out of order and to go get our drinks from the bakery. Although it was 2 hours after they opened for the day, they only had Diet Pepsi and water One of the main attractions is supposed to be the fire department, my 7 year old was looking forward to putting out a fire but he was less than impressed when he found out their mission was to save a cat.

With that said, I would give 5 stars, however there were no clear instructions on what to do, poor air circulation throughout the building and a shortage of staff. Several activity stations were closed and the concessions were low on supply. I would not recommend bringing children younger than 5 years of age. Originally they charged me for a child and toddler when I had 2 children, didn t think much of it at first until we got in and started trying to do stuff and there is absolutely nothing for the toddlers to do. So when I figured out the mistake I went to customer service to get up charged for the proper admin which I was happy to pay the difference. Half the activities were closed or out of order. The kids made a pizza at pie 5 and 4 of the sinks to wash hands didn t work. There was no hand sanitizer in the whole place and when asking customer service on the way out if they had any since the whole facility did not they said no sorry and explaining to them that was a health/sanitary risk they just said I know. My 6 year old was also turned away from multiple experiences without given reason. There is an activation fee for the wrist bands that serve no purpose and a deactivation fee. I will say the concept is really cool. A town for kids to explore careers, earn money , get bank cards and passports and work. They can also spend said money to do other activities and go to the department store to buy themselves something (similar to tickets at an arcade how much money you have left after paying determines what you get) however I will say that their toddler activities are above age level. Telling a 2 year old to fold a triangle at the nicu activity is crazy. They can recognize a triangle but developmentally they can t make one out of a blanket to swaddle a baby. For the sports course expecting a 2 year old to stand against the wall and grab something and run it back isn t realistic. The vet activity was actually appropriate and so was the construction activity. However that was it. They weren t even allowed to ride the little ambulance, or fire truck because they aren t 4. So definitely don t recommend for anyone under 4. If you re 4 or 5 there is still stuff you can t do which is unfortunate because they can t read so ages 6 and up can do everything. Don t waste your money on the bakery activity. The kids are given a cupcake to decorate out of a squeeze bottle. It isn t even having them pipe or anything. The department store is super lame. 50 dollars for a lollipop, 100 dollars for a cheap stuffy and 150 dollars for a ball from the dollar tree. It s not a wide variety. Also the toddler times listed online are NOT the correct times and they don t really seem to care. I will say though the staff was sweet and were just doing their job as trained but kidzania isn t trained on developmentally appropriate things for those under 3. Also don t waste your money at the taco joint. 1. How do you run out of chicken strips at a KID establishment and 2. How are you going to charge insane amounts of money for a small box of nachos and give 1/2 a cup of cheese for the queso when the picture shows a bowl?! There is not enough seating near the activities and unless you have a blue band you re not allowed in the activities with your kids (you can see them though) quite a few activities were closed for whatever reason and I also noticed there is not a lot of bathrooms nor signs for said bathrooms. The kids did have a great time but for the price it would have been nice to have more selection is the department store, better activities as far as the bakery, more seating, and more developmentally appropriate activities for the toddlers. We likely will go back when the kids are all older and the concept is really cool I just expected more than we got.

First visit and last. Wednesday in the middle of summer and we could only do 3 activities in nearly 4 hours. The lines were insane. Half the attractions were closed. There s one central food court kind of area with chairs, but they re not within eye sight of the attractions. So there was zero sitting as I followed my younger kids around. One. ONE attendant working the taco joint. She literally took one order then rushed back to microwave the food. That meant waiting for over 15 minutes at least to place an order. I guess. We left. The pizza joint was closed. After all that, my kids made just enough money in all that time for nothing from the department store. More than half the shelves were picked completely clean. Paid for the upgraded first class tickets for the kids. Adults had to pay $15 each just to walk in the door and follow kids around. Absolutely not worth the price.

We drove over 3 hours to get to the Frisco location first of all. Our counter person was a very friendly young lady named Deja. When we were shell shocked about the extra $7 charge per person on top of the minimum charge of $50 per child when we had 6 guest plus had to pay the $7 for our infant 7th person she was very apologetic. I keep reassuring her it was okay but that the company should be very upfront about that and it was nowhere on the website. She felt bad and it made me feel bad for her because she was nothing but kind and friendly. Now, once we got in it was amazing and the kids had a great time. This little girl deserves a raise and a kudos for customer service. I will add I was very kind also the entire time and explained that I knew she probably encountered very hateful people in her position and that honesty on the companys part would alleviate that.

Great concept. Poorly planned. Once you finish one activity, it s too late to start another, so you are left waiting. No walk-in activities that I could see. I think they make it this annoying to sell their reserved activities. The marketplace will eventually produce a more organized alternative.

The idea and execution of a kids city is really great at kidzania, but there is room for improvement. When we checked in, we didnt get enough instructions on how to best use our time and kidzania money. Most importantly, I was hoping for more friendly faces there. After all, this is a kids city. Kids come to get inspired and make memories. The majority of staff did not leave a good impression on me.The lady at candy store barely responded to our questions. Most employees seemed too young, inexperienced and unmotivated. I liked the stores and the idea of kidzania a lot, but some of the staff didnt seem to enjoy their work as much as the visitors. It was also not clear to me why parents have to pay for tickets since they have to stay out of all the stores. In any case, the kids really enjoyed their time which I guess is all that matters.

My son just turned 6 and he loves kidzania. But I have to say that the team members in the fire department this time went out of their way to do a great job. Please keep these guys there because they did the best job. You can tell the ones that go above and beyond to work with the kids and this time the firefighters were the best.

I entered and paid 83.24 for my 3 year old and i to have a great time on Saturday at this location. Unfortunately, we were in here for 14 minutes before I found myself asking to speak with a manager for a refund. A young lady with a blonde bob at the exit cash register advised me she ll be calling a manager out. A slender lady with all black on, glasses, and black hair proceeds to come to the front. I explain to her my concerns of the place not having too many things for a 3 year old to interact or be engaged with. This young lady spoke to someone on a walkie talkie whom I ll assume was Mitchell(due to him coming out later) that advised me they could only refund half of the payment. I asked her to speak with her boss because that was absurd when literally our receipt showed we were only in there for 14 minutes. Mitchell comes up, I again explain to him my issue. He takes down my name, last 4 of my card, and the time stamp from the receipts and informed me that i d be fully refunded by the eod and the charge should fall off. It has been 3 days, the charge did not fall off and I was charged for services I didn t partake in so basically they stole my funds after telling me I would indeed be refunded. Do not ever go to this location. ***UPDATE*** I ve been told I d be receiving a refund for over a month now to find out that the refund was never processed to my card but processed to another individual.

Honestly wouldnt recommend this place if you are bringing a child under the age of 4. My 2-year old was disappointed that she couldnt participate in more of the activities that she saw. They do have a toddler area, but it mostly consists of a piano, some busy boards, blocks, and a play kitchen. We felt a little cheated that parents were charged per person too. Given that there is explicit signage discouraging parents from participating, it feels as if this is just a pointless additional fee. My older daughter (7) did have a great time. Everything is structured for older kids to self-pace and independently rotate through the activities theyre interested in. The city is aesthetically designed and engaging with plenty of activities for older kids. They can use their kidzos on various activities and earn kidzos by doing different jobs around the community. For older kids, this was a pretty fun place to spend the day.

Love the idea but this place lacks organization and structure. Extremely confusing and dysfunctional. I think itd be more enjoyable for children ages 6-7 and up. My boy is four and while he enjoyed , he couldn t tryna grasp the full concept. It s also quite expensive for what you get . Adults pay for entry bc do not participate in many activities.

This review is way overdue but better late than never. My fiancé and I took our niece and nephews here way back in January 2024 on a Saturday. Wonderful concept for the kiddos. Very clean and gets busy. It was pretty cold in there so I m glad we brought jackets Longer lines as the day progresses. Some of the tablets that show the time and payment information weren t working. The store to purchase things with the kidzania bucks is pretty expensive, I feel like they could make it a little bit more reasonable. It seemed like some of the workers we re either having a bad day or just didn t want to be there, however here are a few individuals that actually stood out and were absolutely amazing at their job and/or worked well with our niece and nephews. Lacey at the front counter, Brody at the bank, Zyra or Zaria in Music (Jam Jr I think), Brooke at reezicle, Lyric at motion works, Sienna at tornado natural disaster training. Justin at the andrews institute children s health sports performance center and I saved the most amazing for last the fire fighter Xmari. Xmari was very upbeat, lively, kind, patient and went above and beyond for the kiddos. They should all get raises. I d recommend going as soon as they open. We got there 10 mins after they opened, we spent about 5 hours there and were able to eat and do 12 different things. I would definitely go back but maybe on a less crowded day. Wear good shoes because you ll most likely do a lot of standing. The kiddos loved it and are ready to go back.
