Delicious breakfast, wait crazy so busy had to get on waiting list for 2 and half hours before even going there. Waitress was awesome. We tipped her well she was working so hard. As all the staff she well deserved it. Dietary restrictions: Daughter allergic to several things waitress made sure helped her get food that was ok. She was awesome. I liked the looks of the place,kinda retro...the food was good just not for me. When I go for breakfast I want old school regular breakfast. This place more for healthy folks. Oh and the trendy types. Full bar tho...didnt drink it was 8am on a weekday, but looked like they had just about any liquor anyone might want

The host staff of four collectively are highly unproductive, poorly trained, and undisciplined. Seating freshly arrived parties of two at tables of four+ and gave zero regard for seating details (customer preferences) during seating tablet input. The MoD was not aware of this behavior. The waiter was courteous but unaware of the table beverages and table (plate) clutter. Vegetarian options: Divided items in menu page. Parking: The parking is shared with the surrounding apartments and shopping center adjacent with establishment. Only a few spaces are reserved for the shopping center s customers and are exclusive per tenant against the storefront curbside. The concern is only on weekends. Wheelchair accessibility: ADA parking ramp, non-automated two door tight spring front doors make single-handed entry difficult. They re slightly lower than chair except at bar.

I was staying at a hotel nearby and ordered the stuffed French toast and bacon through uber eats from here. The uber eats driver took over 35 minutes to not even go 5 miles. Bottom line is, not only was the food amazing, but they remade it for me so it would be hot and fresh. What a wonderful place. Will go here when Im in Lubbock next.

It took over 40 minutes to get our food and no one even came to check up on us. He was taking forever and the people that came in AFTER us got their food before us?? I would understand if they were busy but it was 1 pm there were probably around 8 tables in here tops. A lot of the workers were just standing around like I just want my food and to get out of here. Look at the difference between the two the lighter one looked so undercooked and had no flavor the darker one was the one in houston it was absolutely perfect.

I visited here after it opened and it was great. That was over a year ago. I just went back and it s horrible. I spent $58 (including a 20% tip) for essentially nothing. Just for what is pictured (an egg white scramble ($13.95) with two sunny side up eggs ($4.25!!!!) on the side and a water) it was $18.20 before tax Ridiculous. The scramble was bland, the chicken sausage was dry and disgusting. My wife got the crab cake benny and she said it was good. Service was eh. It took 25+ minutes to get our food. Paying was irritating because they do that hovering thing when you re paying where they spin the device to have you select a tip option. Won t be coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place unless you enjoy eating outrageously overpriced, California/Austin style food you could have made at home.

The food was great! Great atmosphere outside on the patio. The service sucked though. Our waitress only checked on us once. When we first entered the building the host had no greeting tactics he just had no personality was very dull. The prices were kinda high but definitely worth it since it was delicious and a good portion. Would definitely recommend if you dont mind dull, bad, people interactions.

Came on a Saturday around 11am. I ordered a sparkling with a splash and when it came out it was very heavy on the orange juice. I usually wouldn t be bothered by this but the drink was more expensive because you get a full glass of champagne rather than mostly orange juice. The waiter noticed immediately and took it to get remade. When he returned, the drink was missing 3 inches from the top. The description of the drink says a full glass and I noticed many other drink that came out was completely full. I ordered the chilaquiles and my husband ordered the pancake flight. When it came out my whole dish was very cold and the chips were already soggy. My husband s pancakes were lukewarm and never received syrup after asking for it. Bacon was very good This is our first bad experience at this restaurant but it was enough for us to prolly not come back.

i came today and my boyfriend and i both got cranberry juice. the juices were 9.50 and said (large) on the receipt. i asked our server about it because i never ordered a large and all the glasses were the same size throughout the restaurant. the server stated you ordered cranberry juice so that s what i put you never asked for a small which is true but we were not asked if we wanted a small or a large and he just charged us for a large and it certainly wasn t a large glass. we had no problem with the prices, but the way he responded to his customer asking a question was pretty unprofessional. food was amazing tho!

I got there at 10:45 am. Ordered a water and a hashbrown and a mimosa. 45 minutes later I still didnt have my water or my hashbrowns. I asked about the food and she said let me check on it. I think she forgot to put it in. It came out 5 minutes later completely undercooked. The mimosa was good but service and food was terrible. So disappointed because I love Snooze in Colorado where Im from. I told the waitress I have a question for you when you have time. I was going to ask her to have them cook my hashbrowns more so they were done. She never came back. I asked for my check and left. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I dont usually write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience. Lauren was an absolute sweetheart. My boyfriend and I came into eat and were immediately charmed with her kindness and banter. The only thing that could have improved our experience was if she was able to be our waitress! Also the bartender that day did an amazing job making our bloody Marys. The ambiance is cute in a quirky way and the food was delicious.

Fun and retro vibe with a modern and creative twist to classic dishes. The food will tickle your taste buds and the staff is VERY friendly, helpful and inviting!!! This place is very cute, definitely packs a lot of people in a smaller space. The menu had staples but some really creative items as well. I got the French toast bread pudding, it was a smaller serving than expected but filling and very very good! The same was said of the other plate of my 3 companions. The music had some good choices (late 90s early 00s rock and pop). My only qualm is just how loud it is, I could BARELY hear our helper. Worth coming back to! Parking: Shared lot with other places and the complex behind. Wheelchair accessibility: The layout is narrow (for turns) in the rows of 4 leg chairs. Double cane and chair (power or manual) users will be a tight fit esp if you want to get to the bathroom. Its very loud and a guest might not hear you to move and staff cannot wiggle by you easily if you come upon each other.

Overall a good experience, a little pricey for breakfast/brunch. This location is large and fully staffed. I ordered the loco moco on the specials menu, which was good but not what I expected when I ordered loco moco. I understand it was their version, but I could ve spent less and gotten something more enjoyable. Service was average, mainly college students, some more invested in their jobs than others. There s not a lot of options for breakfast near my daughters apartment so will be back, but will stick to regular menu. Parking: Lots of parking in restaurant parking and shared parking lot. In a word: satisfying. Have you ever heard the saying, snooze you lose ? Well, at this eatery, you can snooze and win big time because the food here is delicious! There is plenty of specialty items to choose from, like creme brûlée pancakes, habanero pork belly and omelettes. The specialty drinks are also delicious. The service is great too, even though the place was extremely busy the wait staff saw to our needs in a timely manner. I especially loved the decor with the throwback tables, chairs and booths. I usually get to-go but the inside is nice. They have outdoor seating, tables, booths, bar. The bacon but different is amaaazzimg. Cooked to perfection today. I also like their eggs Benedict and hollandaise sauce. The green juice was pretty ginger-y and definitely tasted healthy. I ve also gotten their avocado toast and pork belly and both are good. Their coffee is okay. The OMG French Toast was really great and not something you can find at other breakfast places bc snooze puts their own spin on it. So if you like sweets I highly recommend it. Ive been here 4 times. First time was shortly after they opened and it was perfect. However, every other time Ive been the food seems sloppily thrown together and multiple items are missing. On the one occasion I ate inside, I requested the missing items but the place was extremely busy and our server was overwhelmed so we never received them. I understood at first thinking it was just a bad day, but this has happened 3 times in a row over several months. I really really want to like this place, but I dont think I can justify coming here and spending $25+ per person, receiving bad service due to overworked employees and never receiving half of what I paid for.

Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly, but the wait time on every aspect of our visit was excessive. It took nearly an hour from the time we ordered to actually receive our food. We ordered a pancake flight, and instead they brought us three sets of full size pancakes. That was a mistake on part of the kitchen, and they then tried to charge us for the full pancakes. The food was good, but the whole ordeal took over two hours, which is far longer than any breakfast should ever take. I definitely don t recommend unless you have an entire morning to spare.

The VIBES. I felt like I walked into a celebration. To the reviews saying its too loud: theyre clearly very intentional about the vibes here. The playlist slapped. I actually saw random strangers dancing in a restaurant at 2pm. Our server was also incredibly kind. I couldnt decide what to get, and she was very patient and told me all her favorites and helped me decide. The food was SO good. The decor/atmosphere and music arent really my vibe. The food and beverages are delightful! But the service is hit or miss. The first time I went w/friends and we had excellent service. Went today for a Galentines brunch party and the waiter kept trying to ignore me. He took everyone elses drink oder, looked at me and said, You said youre fine. I had to correct him and order my drinks. He then walked away while I was still ordering my food. Look, I get that youre busy and the restaurant is almost certainly short staffed...but dont be in a rush with the customers. Especially those of us who consistently feel invisible. I ended up leaving a fairly small tip...not even the standard 20%. Sorry, but if youre going to ignore me or if you dont want to serve me for whatever excuse you have, you dont get the standard. I felt disrespected. I might go again...but the business needs to fix the inconsistent service.

Snooze is still fairly new to the LBK, but I think Im over it. I like their menu, I just wish they did a better job with the food. Ive had to wait at least 30 minutes every time Ive eaten here. Pretty awful experience. Service was slow for no conceivable reason. It was also downright bad. Someone at my table spilled their drink, and our server just stood and stared at it, never offering help or extra napkins. (Even though she had a large towel in her back pocket...?) Both the pumpkin pecan pancakes and the monte Cristo brioche toast were fantastic. The coffee was very good and thanks to my wonderful server Leslie, my cup was never empty. Snooze may become one of my regular haunts after such a wonderful experience.

My favorite breakfast spot from Colorado. This location has a nice big patio as well as the usual indoor seating options for parties of all sizes or grab a counter seat if flying solo. This was does have a bit of a different vibe with the music but it was at a decent volume when I visited for brunch. Food and service were of the usual quality as was my go to of the corned beef hash, although i did exercise some discipline and skipped the OMG French Toast which is amazing! Vegetarian options: Variety of breakfast choices on their menu including a couple vegan options

This place has the transplant from Austin vibe for sure, so I loved that. It was Kirby Lane and Magnolia Cafe on Congress at 2am all over again. That being said, the food and service left so much on the table. Our ticket time was ridiculous. It was well over 20 minutes before our complete order was served. The last thing to come out was the kids French toast, which was not properly soaked and truly flavorless. It was like eating dry toast. I got a hashbrown, bacon, and eggs and subbed strawberry shortcake pancakes for my toast. The pancakes were both cold and tough. I did enjoy the hashbrown. I like that its cut with a ring mold so its a cake and then griddled, which makes for a crisp outside and nice interior....total win there. The eggs were just eggs. Good bacon. This is not a cheap breakfast place because everything is organic, cage free, sustainably grown, etc. All those labels that we pay more for. Im interested to see how close to that theyre staying with this being Lubbock and the complete unreliability of the food purveyors here. Ill give it another try on a slow day because maybe Saturday morning was too tall of an order right out of the gate. Cute place, great vibe, wasnt impressed by the food or service.

Had a great time today at Snooze, our waitress Faith was so sweet and so on top of things and keeping the table clean, was just an overall gem at taking care of us and helping us out, all while taking several other tables. Had the OMG French Toast which was soooooo amazing 10/10 would recommend it. Overall a very great experience:)

Signed onto the wait list at 10:00AM. Said estimated time was 10:50-11:00. Showed up at 10:45, waited until 11:20. Still not seated so we asked the hostess to sit at the bar. Took another 20 minutes just to eat. Food tasted like it was sitting for a while. Really disappointed.

My grand daughter waited over an HOUR AFTER our food was supposed to be ready for our order, when the store was NOT busy and could see no reason for the extended delay. The customer service person repeatedly told her it would just be a few more minutes... and then after waiting the hour could only offer a card for ONE free pancake as an apology. Its a shame because the food is great but their service is awful.

I got accused of using a fake id and the manager was very rude about the whole situation. The food and drinks were okay but not worth getting accused and treated poorly for something I did not do. After having to show my passport I was finally served an alcoholic beverage. I have been to many brunch places in Lubbock and this has never happened to me until I came here. I will not be returning to this restaurant and do not recommend it.

This review is for takeout. Do not ever order takeout from this Snooze location. Worst customer service in Lubbock. We waited 40 mins longer than quoted, which would have been fine if the staff had been remotely kind. Instead they acted like we were an inconvenience. We won t inconvenience them again with ordering food from this location.

My family loves to go to Snooze for brunch, and the delicious food and atmosphere is made complete by our favorite server, Faith. She takes care of us so well, making excellent conversation and checking on us She has integrity, amazing communication skills, and she checks on us frequently, making sure we never go without. I was looking forward to trying a new breakfast place but unfortunately this place isn t that good. The menu sounds good but it was a different story when I got my food. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with sausage and hash browns. I asked for my sausage to be cooked well done. And we also ordered pancake flight. The food was brought out and they took off before offering syrup, ketchup, or hot sauce . We didn t even get a chance to ask for it. Then our waitress came by 5 mins later and then we asked. Also my sausage was still cold and definitely not cooked well done. I told her and she just looked at me and then ask if I wanted a side of something else like bacon and I said sure. The hash browns were dry and unseasoned. Also even though they messed up with cooking my sausage and she offered a side of bacon she still charged me for the bacon. Needless to say I won t come back I d rather go to ihop down the street.

WOW, great food! All the dishes were spectacular. The staff was friendly and informative. Great place for a late breakfast. I enjoyed their signature pancakes especially the Pineapple upside down cake. Do yourself a favor and try their signature pancakes flight, you will not be disappointed. This is not a boring traditional breakfast place, many of the dishes take your boring traditional breakfast and give them a delicious interesting twist. Everything was delicious! I will definitely eat here again if we have the chance.

Who wants the !!! Seated after a wait with no hostess at the hostess stand waitress was prompt and friendly. I inquired about the loud music and if it could be turned down a little bit waitress said she would ask the manager. Manager Chris appeared at our table and used his height and size to tower over our table, he stated he would not turn down the music but we could sit on the patio for another seating option . IN JULY IN LUBBOCK TEXAS!!! We chose to sit inside, obviously each patron that walked past us, I asked them if they felt the music was too loud..They agreed I feel that Manager Chris probably uses his height and size to intimidate his staff. The kitchen service was extremely slow for the entire restaurant.. we could see food sitting in the window but not being delivered.we were approached by a different manager that our food would be out shortly cause it was cooked wrong from what we ordered. Once food arrived it was good. I would suggest to management to know your clientele. The restaurant was full of my middle aged people and middle aged families. Most of us work hard for our money, and when we choose to go and spend our hard earned money with loved ones, we would rather enjoy conversation than manager Chris s choice of music at a deafening level. On our way out I asked the remaining patrons how they felt and they agreed music is extremely loud for a breakfast restaurant before 10 am.. others asked if the music could be turned down as well but I was the only one offered to sit on the patio.

I was so excited to see a Snooze when I turned into our usual halfway stop in Lubbock on our way to Colorado, but my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. With only a small crowd of people in the restaurant, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. Although newly opened, the restaurant appeared unkept, unclean as though no one had done any side work since opening day. and the food my experience in the past with Snooze is funky diner that has been elevated and what I got was another version of the cheaper competitors. Next time when passing through Lubbock, I will save the time and $$ and seek out the usual best of the worst in restaurants. Dietary restrictions: Offers GF options on almost everything.

Coming from frequently eating snooze in Colorado I had expectations. When we finally caught a server after waiting 20 mins for any kind of greeting/drinks, the server said we dont have assigned sections but Ill take you. Super unprofessional, and not smart for a business. Food was good, but the chaos was hard to miss and not what you want when dining out. Course correct now while you can!

I don t even know where to begin. The atmosphere was completely off. The music was so loud you can t hear anyone at your table let alone yourself think. Completely burned our order of toast when we asked for some not burned they charged us for a whole new order. People have small children not having lids and straws is crazy to me. How are they suppose to drink their drink. Our wait staff was very rude also. We will not be back. Kids wouldn t even touch their food and husband and I didn t even eat half of ours.

Snooze, an A.M.Eatery is a first-class restaurant, spacious, modern in its decoration, with its beautiful lamps and its large windows and glass doors, its breakfasts are the best, very different from what other restaurants offer, rich, abundant and very well cooked, the attention they gave me was good and efficient, very friendly, yes it took a while but I understand it because of the number of people who were in the place, the hygiene is also good, I recommend this beautiful place if you want a delicious, different and succulent breakfast. We will return! Parking: Large and abundant parking lots. Kid-friendliness: They have a varied childrens menu. Wheelchair accessibility: They also have parking and entrance to the restaurant, plus enough space for wheelchairs.

We sat down and ordered two drinks. It took them 25 minutes to make two drinks. The waitress was very snappy. When we got our food the hash browns were hard as a rock, we were missing half our order and then our eggs were so runny. $48 for terrible service, slow drinks and missing half our order. MANAGEMENT OR THE OWNERS NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE. Get good servers and train your cooks how to cook eggs before someone gets sick from it.

The food was very good but service was not consistent. I have eaten at Snooze twice and the service has been subpar. The first time the server asked if our table, (my mom and I) had any dietary restrictions but then asked the table next to us the same thing but included they make everything from scratch and went over the menu in depth. We did not receive the same explanation. A different server brought our food out and I asked what type of jelly flavor did receive and she did not know and stated we don t have any other jelly flavor, I think she did not offer to check what the flavor was and confirm if they have a variety of jelly flavors. The second time I went with my family and the server checked on our table once after our food was served. We needed additional items like napkins, our requested sides and condiments but had to ask another waiter, Nemo, to help us multiple times. Nemo was GREAT and super helpful but the original waiter was not able to serve multiple tables properly. Also, they do have multiple jelly flavors as the second time I received strawberry instead of the mystery jelly from the first time. Again, the food was good but the service needs to improved especially with the lack of consistency over the course of just two visits.

First of all, being able to get on the waitlist from home is such a nice option. We arrived and were seated not long after. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. I gave 3 stars because the food was good. I ordered take out and it was absolutely ridiculous. I was waiting on a $4 SMALL straight black coffee to be poured as I stood there being ignored and my food was getting cold. There is no communication there! I only ordered French toast and it was $13! Maybe they had a bad day I dont know but probably wont go back.

I did enjoy eating here. I am very pleased with their ability to take care of gluten allergy customers. Only issue is the music was so loud we couldn t hear our own table. Dietary restrictions: Gluten Allergy accommodations. Waitress even made sure to understand and clarify our needs as preference or allergy.
