The fryer really needs to be cleaned. The tenders and the mozzarella sticks tasted like old oil and gave them a bitter aftertaste. The Nashville hot sauce on the chicken Ive never ordered before so Im not sure if this is how it always is but it was almost gritty like dirt or crumpled charcoal. That sauce with the cook of the tenders just made them inedible. The service was great, the wait staff is very friendly and attentive. Only complaint was the fried items being a waste of money.

Super bad service with the waitress who served us, I didnt know her name but she had a duck face with big lips and a super ugly body with surgery. very bloody since we arrived, she was just on the run, she didnt let me order comfortably and she answered very forcefully, she gave us the wrong order as a child and made me return the bacon so she could bring me the sausage. everything was super bad and we didnt even eat comfortably

Primera vez que vengo a esta sucursal y salí satisfecho. They passed some women before just because they were young women. The food is good, although very cloying or very salty. I recommend it if you come in groups of less than 6 because it takes a long time to give a table. The facilities are unpainted. The place looks worn out.

Everything fell into place once we were seated. The waitress gave us top service with a beautiful smile. I ordered a burger with onion rings, and I have to say that was an excellent burger. Best Ive had in over 10 years. The meat was soft and tasty, and the onion rings were super.

The dishes are à la carte, you choose what to eat, there are also dishes for children, I love the coffee in this place, some people like to celebrate birthdays here and at the moment you can hear a commotion, it only takes a few minutes singing the mañanitas to the celebration, Only if you have children who are sensitive to noise like me, try to distract them or hug them. From there everything was fine, the waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Table was messy when arrived and waiter sat us down at It without realizing. Missing sugars, syrups. Old saucers and coffee pots still at table. Service was standard but my experience was lame. So lets start off with the food. I went with my 78 year old mother who has to walk with a can only because there is no room to store her walker. She doesnt eat meat. So she ordered an omelet holding the meat. Three bits into it she finds all kinds of meat. Waiter comes over and brings her another omelet. Ok.. no problem. Probably the kitchen staff .. But here is where it goes south. When we were done. We still had half an omelet each and a stack of pancakes . He brings only two little boxes. So he brings the check. I pay using the QR code on the check and we head out. As Im helping my mother to the car, the waiter comes out with another waiter and proceeded to accuse me of not paying my bill and that I had to come back in and pay.... I showed him my bank statement showing what I had paid. Long story short, after having been humiliated in front of an entire restaurant full of people, it turns out the problem was with the computer QR system. I know it doesnt matter to them, but we will not step foot back into that restaurant again. Do better people. Perhaps tell the customer that there was a problem with the transaction and if they minded coming back in to take care of it rather then accusing someone of stealing.

I had the big steak omelet and wife had the 2x2x2 breakfast. We ordered curbside. The food was brought out on time, the food packaging and prep was amazing and surprising how ihop is a cut above other establishments on packaging, and lastly, the food was delicious and still warm, hot even, as we sat down to eat at home. However the service we had at the Mission Texas N Conway location was very slow to say the least waited forever to get waited on and then again forever on our bill. Gf and I decided to make a little escapade at around 1am to this IHOP it was rather cozy in there the restaurant was spotless and the service was very good (however) the kitchen served us some bacon that looked like it was cooked at the very least about 5 hours ago it was kinda shocking to the point where it was almost funny, so the waitress took the plate back very and they did fix it for us all and all pretty good experience just beware with the actual food make sure youre eating fresh .

HORRIBLE!!! Me and my family went there today, and I am disgusted! The short Hispanic waitress wasn t doing her job properly! She completely talked over me when I ordered, when we asked for a kids Mac and cheese, she waited to tell us there was no Mac and cheese once the food was out, leaving the kid to wait for his food. I would give this place zero stars. I went a couple of weeks ago and waited literally 15-20 minutes and no one came to attend us at least for us to order drinks, we decided to leave. Absolutely the worst breakfast I have ever had. 15 minutes sitting, still no service. The bacon was super hard and the pancakes were horrible, they broke in half because they were so dry and the plate was dirty at the bottom of the pancake.
