Retaining Mr. Guss services after a horrible automobile crash was the best decision i could have made. The team i worked with to receive compensation from the crash was incredibly professional, very responsive...anytime i had a question, there was someone familiar with the case available to answer all ranges of questions / concerns. Stewart J. Guss law firm helped me when I had no clue how to help myself. Their support and service was always consistent and available. I appreciate the transparency, the ability to empathize with my situation without ever making me feel I wasnt worthy of the best legal service they had to give. While circumstances, which included delays with covid pandemic changed some of the dynamics on time there were still options for me and while one option would possibly render me more opportunity to get more of settlement it would also take time and prolong the emotional stress from my accident I wanted to be over. Stewart J. Guss law firm expressed the genuine concern for me to get what I deserved, though do to the pandemic there were very long delays so I decided to go for a smaller settlement to rectify the situation and for it to end. The lawfirm was attentive and worked very diligently to get me as much as they could, since I opted to proceed with finalizing the case. Years ago I was involved in another personal injury accident. That experience educated me on the necessity of finding a competent attorney which I didn t have for that case.
