My fiancé and I were wanting 5a.m breakfast and normally we choose Whataburger or IHop. We were looking to see if there was anything different nearby and Rustic Café caught our attention. We didnt have high expectations considering this is with a gas station. We were surprised to see it is 24/7. Instead of breakfast items, we decided to try The Buck burger with onion rings and Bread Chicken Sandwich with seasoned fries. We both enjoyed both plates. The chicken was meaty and clearly juicy, wasnt too little or too much breading. The Buck burger was absolutely delicious with a tasty BBQ sauce/glaze that made it flavorful with every bite. We did see reviews regarding the onion rings, and we liked them but they werent the best. It is about preference mostly. Seasoned fries were better than the onion rings. The waitress who took our orders talked us into getting a brownie and a peanut butter cookie. Let me tell you, both are amazing. You will need a big glass of milk for the brownie due to the soft, gooey, rich, moist texture and these brownies & cookies are huge. Bigger than my hand!! And the peanut butter cookies....do you know how hard it is to find a really good cookie that doesnt harden so quickly after being cooked, let alone finding a cookie that is soft and delicious every single bite. I like crumbl cookie, but they should take notes on this peanut butter cookie. We didnt try the pies, but they were filled to the brim of the crust it looks like itll explode lol Im sure those who enjoy pies might like the look of them. My fiancé and I both agreed, 10 out of 10, well come back here again. Our total was like $43.79 but including our tip it was $55.00

Order food for me and my boyfriend we came in with really good attitude when this short Mexican took our order and was really rude I had asked if I could just get a regular chocolate milk shake and she put it in after we paid she says Next time yall need to order what s on the menu really rude and I looked at my boyfriend and said why didn t she just tell us I wouldn t have mind not ordering it ruined our mood with her customers service needs a lot of work talking to customers in person and on phone

My girls had my 70th Birthday Party in your party room and it was perfect! The girls got to decorate it how they wanted. Large enough for our big family,lots of tables and chairs, tv if we wanted and we were served with lots of tea and water and everyone ordered whatever they wanted. I love this Lil spot. I always get the basin burger.... when you get the plate your lile where are my fries there not enough. Well let me tell you that the fries are not the star. That burger is so freaking good. I have to say I like the gentleman that works so patiently. If he isnt working Im not ordering. As the other ladys have a hard time and get things messed up and ppl upset. This guy can look up and see me walking in and already is asking if I want the usual. I have never seen any customers upset with him when I go and he works the front by him self. While the ladys in kitchen good such good food.

there are a lot of local drivers who leave trucks for more than 10 hours restart. I think the nearest companies use this place to park their trucks. at 10 AM only a few parking spaces are available. Stopped here for a restart. There is a very good restaurant I would definitely come here again. I also like the wide parking lot here

Rustic Cafe had 5 short-stack pancakes with 5 side orders of bacon ready to go in 10 minutes! Loved the pancakes!! They were sweet, fluffy, huge, and homemade!! I didnt give the atmosphere 5 stars because the Cafe is attached to a gas station/truck stop. It threw me a little... but it didnt take away from the food or service. Ill be going back!

Arrived. Was told to seat ourselves. Walls have grease spots all over them. Looks like they are never cleaned. Server was younger guy. His name started with a L. Hey took our order. Brought cold coffee. He never brought the milk ordered. When food was ready he took 9 minutes to take it out of the window and bring to us. Needless to say food was luke warm at best. Eggs were cold. Asked for a knife he brings a dirty knife. Had to ask for more coffee. He never checked on our table ever. Only took order and brought the food. Anything else we got ourselves or had to ask him to bring. Totally horrible service. Wont be coming back.

Used to love to eat here, but no more. Walked in at 9pm tonight and every table was empty, yet dirty and covered with dishes, all while the young waitstaff held court at the counter with their high school friends, getting loud and boisterous and eventually cracking very tasteless Sandy Hook jokes, leaving all the work to one older waitress and one young man who actually cleaned tables by himself. No manager, no discipline. The inmates were running the asylum. Very un-business like. The customers that did come in suffered poor service becsuse of it. Food was ho-hum. I wont be back.

Whoever the Mexican waitress is from this morning should really learn customer service. She had a bad attitude over all. Gave me and my family the finger like a dog while trying to wait to be seated. So Ive been here a couple of times and I must say food and staff are the best around . The waitresses go above and beyond to make sure you have plenty to drink , napkins and anything else for your meal . If I have to recommend a favorite meal , the chicken fried steak is awesome !!!! Now breakfast is off the chain and as Ive said its all the best food youll eat , I should know Im a big man .
