I have been menopausal for many years and had been seeking help but after going to multiple doctors and not getting the proper treatment, I decided to try this clinic out and have been so happy with the results even just a week after my treatment I could tell the difference. I Strongly suggest for anyone who is going through menopause to reach out and try their treatment!

Medications for each person who arrived were discussed in the lobby. I was uncomfortable with the lack of confidentiality. Different information regarding the program was given on the phone than in person. I was looking for more guided weight loss whereas this is just an injection store, and the nurse practitioner advised that diet guidance could be found online (that part isnt the 1 star, just not a fit for what I was looking for). She did provide some search terms that may help me locate diet guidance. I met with two different ladies and each recommended a different set of expensive shots, each disparaging the other recommendation causing significant concern over spending money on them. I will say one of the ladies made the argument in favor of her side by stating that the other medicines didnt work well because people didnt stick to a 750 calorie diet, which I definitely would not be able to do and do appreciate her talking me out of spending $450 on that. I notice all negative reviews are met with what was wrong with the customer, which I think is telling and aligns with what I experienced in this very expensive learning experience.

I had been to this clinic once before. I verified all and costs and fees up front to find I owed more in the end. I knew I needed hormone therapy so I decided to try once more given I work in a medical facility myself and every place deserves a second chance. I called ahead of time to get prices on injections. I was told one price then get in and find that the person I spoke with quoted me wrong. Then after being told I needed full lab work I then again asked the fees and was told it would be filed with my insurance. At the end of my appt I was charged hidden fees that can t be filed with my insurance when I literally just asked before hand how much everything would be. The lady who initially told me the wrong info got upset and told me that she s throwing away my lab work and I won t be seen there again. I would never recommend anyone to get involved with treatment without knowing all fees ahead of time. A place so shady deserves what s coming to them. I will be glad to take my business elsewhere where honesty and patient care come first.

Everyone here is great and friendly. I came in wanting to be healthier and lose the weight I gained during the pandemic. They helped me get from 210 lbs to 144 lbs currently. Im still working on getting down another 20lbs. But I know they are the ones to help me achieve it.

No one ever answers the phones to make an appointment. Ever. I tried the online appointment request- not once, not twice but three times!! As a fellow medical provider this is not good practice. I heard about this from one of the providers who works at this clinic and I am an acquaintance. I can t even make an appointment. I tried for 3 weeks multiple times to make an appointment.

Under handed billing practices! Deceptive Trade Practices!! Watch out how they bill you! $200-$300 Lab fees after they quote and collect $25 for them. 2 years later it ends up on your credit. Lots of hidden fees! They are a sketchy little facility.

Amazing Customer Service. Super nice and professional staff. For 25 (out of pocket no insurance) bucks I get the most comprehensive and detailed lab results ive ever seen. Ive been charged 300 for a basic metabolic panel. This gives you that, all your hormone levels, you macro and micro nutrients. I took it to my doctor and it painted a whole new picture of my health for her because she just never thought to look. Its also way cheaper then I thought it be when I looked it up. I havent felt this great in years. If youre going somewhere else your wasting you time, go here. If youre thinking about getting healthy but have some reservations about it. I get it. But make an appointment here. It will change your life.

The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. Matt is the most friendly and customer service guy I have met. Dawn and Christa are extremely knowledgable and strive to help you achieve your desired goals, Alyssa is fun and calming through the whole process. The prices were comparable to other clinics and the services were incredible. I felt super human the week after I started my therapy and my negative issues that brought me in started to subside.
