I got the redfish. It was a lot of fat, butter and cream and not very much flavor to distinguish the redfish from the fat. Amazing bar and super talented bartender. Kelly was a master mixologist. She was able to make me a drink tailored to just me, and boy, did she deliver. Go here for the bartender. The food is just a side dish.

My husband and I were there last Saturday which was around the 28th and I just have to say I had an amazing night. We sat at the bar and Kelly really took care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the food and what types of drinks y all offered. When we ordered our drinks she had them to us really quick and they were delicious. I hope we can have her wait on us in the future. A++++

My server Carl and the somelier Olivier were absolutely fantastic. Carl helped me with recommendations through my meal and was very polite, friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Olivier gave me an amazing recommendation for the wine that I ended up buying the bottle. I was not planning to come to this place but I was passing by when I saw it and now I have saved it for future visits. Definitely worth coming.

Wow! Im always skeptical when trying someplace new, but Stouts absolutely did not disappoint. Amanda was amazing with the most friendly service and the best drink recommendations! Olivier was very patient and helpful with his wine recommendations. The burger is on par with, if not better than, Ramsay Burgers. The duck wings paired perfectly with their bed of fresh spinach. Sure, its a bit on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it!

Atmosphere is very indie steampunk bar vibe. We were there on a weeknight so we got the benefit of extra attention. Regardless, the drinks were expertly made by Kelly, interesting, and very well balanced. Food was well portioned, also well balanced and very tasty. We had a great time. The fish was flaky, butter and skin crunchy. The burguer was just perfect. The fries also a treat. I would not order again the lavender old fashion. It was a little bitter to my taste but still a pretty good drink,specially with the presentation. The Mi Corazón cocktail tho...perhaps a little dangerous due to how easy it goes down. When I saw the reviews AVERAGED 5 stars, I had to try Stouts when a business trip brought me nearby. When another trip brought me to town again, the memory of the duck wings made me return. After an awesome pizza and another amazing cocktail, its easy to see why reviews are so consistently amazing. Jalapeño Business New Fashioned A tequila based Old Fashioned. Not too spicy. A little sweet. First time I had tasted a cucumber/jalapeño infused old fashioned. Definitely a good way to get the night started. Duck Breast The duck breast cooked medium had a nice sear on on the outside with just the right amount of salt. The polenta mixed with the blueberry sauce complimented each other perfectly. Great meal that will leave you feeling full but not overstuffed. Espresso Martini mixed with Gin I don t normally like Gin but like Amanda the bartender said it added an extra level of depth and I ll have to agree. Great drink. Special shout out to Amanda who gave great recommendations throughout the night and explained the restaurants club where you can store your own liquor in a locker at the restaurant and then use it for mixed drinks at a discount next time you visit . Great relaxed atmosphere. Definitely worth the visit.

They had some secret whiskeys that werent on the menu, and they were really delicious (I don t remember the name so I attached an image of those whiskey). Maybe because it was a weekday, there werent many people, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Our server, Carl, provided excellent service! It was a delightful evening.
