Last several times Ive tried to come eat here with my family they have claimed the lobby was closed due to lack of help and employees but I sat in the drive through watching them play on their phones not working while a line of cars waited to be helped. They were fully staffed. They were fully staffed and it became apparent very quickly that they had the lobby closed for no real reason while the online hours said they were clearly open.

This is a very family friendly environment the service is wonderful and the employees are very courteous. The managers do an outstanding job of making sure that the orders are properly Prepare for the customers. I am a person with a walking defficiency and I was told by the employees to go and be seated and they would bring my food to me And also when I order will help carry my food to the car to make sure I make it safely because Ive been prone to falling Parking: Theres adequate parking and great handicap accessibility Ideal place to eat. They really ought to rename this location chicken little intelligence. They can never get you order right and overcharge you for items you don t even order and take 20 minutes to bring out chicken tenders with fries. They are always out of sides, and cannot figure it out. I have been to multiple bush s and this one is an absolute disgrace. The corporate office should definitely inspect.

2/5/2023: I ordered the 6 piece chicken tenders with fries and fried okra as the sides with a sweet tea to drink. The chicken tasted great as well as the fries and okra which was my favorite. The sweet tea was pretty sweet and delicious as well.

Didnt get to eat here, didnt know they(or this one in particular) closed earlier on weekends then weekdays. So when the lady came out to tell us, I began to laugh because I thought it was funny. We pulled up, to look for another place. Someone yelled at us from the store that they got our plates and we were planned for harassing employees. We were like ok, weirdest thing ever and we continued to look for another place. A couple minutes later, he came back out and proceeded to tell us to get off the property before he called the cops. I asked what his problem was and he said I called the lady a b word. I dont mind and over look a lot of things, but when you go back inside and blatantly lie about something, I have an issue with it. So just be careful if you venture to this place. We will not for sure.

It took an hour to receive our food when they forgot to place our gravy and asked us to show the receipt, pull out everything in our bag and show them. The manager even checked the cameras while the inside was closed because short staff ): We were made to empty the contents of all our items to show that we did not receive what we ordered and paid for. We still didnt receive our serendipity sauce that we ordered as well. The staff was rude and unprofessional.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. How dare the manager Tracy yell at me because they got my order wrong. It was as simple as giving back the mash patatoes back and giving me a mac and cheese for my kid! But instead she yells saying you have to get back in line.
