If you come here to bowl and eat, make sure your server is NOT Chazmine, she has the worst attitude Ive even seen, on top of being a bad server she will steal from you and charge your card a $25 tip withoutyourauthorization. I was there last night with my family and she was horrible. Tried to intimidate me, refused to give me a receipt. Obvious reason, she gave herself a tip without my authorization. Ive been coming here for years, never had deal with someone so unprofessional and rude as she was. I had to go to as manager to get a receipt, its ridiculous that no one is keeping an eye on the customer service that is being provided here. Last time I come to this location, Ill take my business where they care about their customers. Waiting to hear from the manager! I brought this to the attention of managers even called the store manager. Supposedly they were going to investigate. So far, no news.

this place was horrible, their power was going out every 10 minutes and half of the arcade machines werent even working. i came here to celebrate my birthday and it ended up horrible. my dads truck also got hotwired, then stolen.

I visited the Main Event on Saturday, 9/7/24, for a 7-year-old s birthday party. While the venue is fantastic for both kids and adults complete with arcade games and a bar the overall experience was disappointing due to the poor treatment I received from a manager. First, the positives: Main Event is an excellent spot for parties. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and there s plenty to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious, and the drinks at the bar were enjoyable. Be prepared to spend a bit of money, though, as arcade games can add up quickly. The party I attended had a reserved table, but due to the size of our group, the wait staff was a little slow, so I opted to order my salad and drink directly from the bar. Service there was quick, and I brought my food back to enjoy with my group. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn due to the behavior of a manager (I believe his name is Chris). As we were preparing to move from the party table to the bowling area, I was holding two empty plastic cups for the children I had with me. Out of nowhere, the manager came over, took the cups from my hand, and told me I couldn t take them from the table. Although the cups I had , had free soda refills. When I explained that I intended to fill them with juice from the pitcher on our birthday table, he refused to even look at the pitcher and questioned me about what kind of juice it was, making no effort to help. Instead, he insisted he would fill the cups himself and walked off toward the back. The whole encounter was humiliating, and I still don t understand why I was treated that way. Because of this unpleasant interaction, my family and I will not be returning to this location. The managers rude behavior left a lasting negative impression on what could have been a great experience

The main take away about this place unfortunately was the rude and inexperienced staff. The girl at the service desk for bowling had a poor attitude, not helpful, and seemed like she didnt want to be there. It took 2 hours to get our lane, and thats understandable when its busy. By the time we got our lane, which we had to continuously check on, there were so many open lanes. Was told our lane was getting cleaned, but there were like 4 employees just standing around goofing off. Bar tenders took long to make drinks. Not many games to choose from to play. Ive been to better Main Events, this location is poorly managed and the employees ruined it. I recommend a different ME or Dave n Busters instead. This place is way too expensive for bad service!

Weve been to this location a couple of times. Its always fun to bring the kids and hang out with family and friends. At times it seemed a little under-staffed or the staff didnt know what to do, like when a couple of arcade games didnt work or when we wanted to play laser tag. It worked out in the end and everyone had a blast. I would definitely recommend going here. Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. They have arcade games, bowling, and laser tag. Wheelchair accessibility: Many wheel chair accessible parking in front of the entrance.

We did a survey that made us give them 5 stars to get a 30 minute card for games for free but it didn t work and the lady even gave me another card since the first one didn t work and that one didn t work either. It s obviously they didn t tell the lady that the cards were a scam because she was really nice

The options are great to have. The all you can play is a little deceiving because you are required to register in a queue for the different choices. Difficult to do more than 2 items in 2 hours because of this. It felt reasonably clean considering people are everywhere. The equipment appeared to be in well working order. The staff were helpful and I felt as though they wanted me to have a good time. The games were fun but credits go quick! Typical 7.5 credits a play. Consider doing some math if you divide the credits up. Card activation fees!!! Got real pricey real quick but we did have fun.

We drove 2 hours to get here to celebrate our son s 13th Birthday. We arrived around 5:26pm the two self service kiosks were down. We then went to the red desk and the staff were not very friendly. My brother walked up behind the guest ahead and the worker rudely said sir can you back up to the ropes. Mind you, there was no sign saying please wait here so he moved up like a normal line. We purchased over $200 worth of points for our children to play ages (13-16) well mannered The kids were anxious and wanted to play right away. We decided to go to the restaurant have drinks and order food while they started playing. Ms. Sierra was super kind and let us know she was alone serving the entire restaurant so that we would understand. Fine. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and our appetizer. They brought the wrong drink for my sister and the bartender (male in the pink shirt long hair in ponytail) came and said that drink is for someone else. He grabbed it and walked off. No apology no explanation as to where hers was while the waiter was there. Nothing. 30 minutes later, it arrived. We then waited another 40 minutes to order. By the time everyone finished we requested tickets. The tickets were wrong, which wasn t an issue but when it took a manger to fix it and it took them forever 25+ minutes. I spoke to the food service manager and he said he was going to find out what was going on. 2 of the 3 tickets were wrong. I paid for my ticket. They did discount my brother and mother s tickets. But He never came back afterwards he told Sierra to tell us .. (RUDE) We were stuck in the restaurant for over 2.5 hours while our children played. I wanted to spend time with my child and play games too but we couldn t because our time was taken from us. Then I went to the restroom.. No toilet tissue. So I had to wait for another guest to come in the restroom to ask for some. I ve never experienced a Main Even this terrible. We were so disappointed we just wanted to go home. I don t care about discounts, I just wanted a sincere apology from an actual manager. Thanks for ruining our son s 13th birthday celebration. I hope you all fix it..

Most of the games would take your money. Or they was out of service. Came for my daughters birthday and was very disappointed. Sat down for food waiting 20 mins before getting up and talking to someone about no waiter. no hello nothing manager had us order from the bar And waited another 20 mins for water wasnt busy at all everyone walking past us paying us no mind. When he finally brought water they was tall cups with no lids I asked him for kids cups and he said they was out our food came 1 min later I asked that guy if they had any kids cup and he brought me back those same cups other claimed was gone. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!! Wouldnt recommend crazy cause this place has great reviews & thats why we didnt go to Daves.
