The employees were all very courteous and very helpful. Especially Joe, who helped us with everything we needed. I was allowed to test out the equipment before I decided which product I wanted. There was another employee who called around to their other stores to try and find a product for us that they were out of. She was very considerate of doing that for us, without even being asked. I will definitely come back again. And I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

Yalls employees should be kinder to new musicians, or people trying to relearn an instrument they haven t played in a while. I went to the odessa and midland store recently and the experiences I had at the two are wildly different. I noticed the midland employees seemed annoyed they were even having to do their jobs. I walked in and no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. When we did ask for help it was met with reluctant looks and sighs. At the checkout the girl with curly hair and a bandana kept giving me weird looks and giggling at me under her breath. I m not sure if they think it s funny when people want to learn new things. But being kinder to customers will never hurt. Who wants to spend money at a store where they walk in, get dirty looks and no help? And then when you do get help snide remarks are made about the prices of the items you have questions about.

I really like n-tune because they have an awesome guitar tech by the name of Joe Sheppard. That guy can pretty much fix anything guitar related. I took a bass & guitar and they were all done in a very reasonable time. Also, they have a nice selection of lower to middle tier amps. This is a good range for many intermediate and beginner guitarist. Great environment for sure.

I just want to give a shoutout to Joe at N-Tune Midland. I brought two guitars in, one needing a completely new saddle, and not only did he repair them super fast, but it was way cheaper than I anticipated. Plus my acoustic plays like a dream now, smooth as butter! And Joe is just a good guy, hes friendly and willing to explain things for us laymen. Thanks Joe!

I came to this place with 800 dollars in my pocket looking to purchase a digital piano on the spot today. After looking at the floor models available i had decided between the two I wanted. So I patiently waited in line for the customer to be done being rung up for their purchase, there were several people.behind the desk that looked at me but didnt acknowledge me during this time. So once I get to my place in line I ask the associate about the digital pianos on the floor and what the prices were, immediately he just answered me with well the korg isnt for sale but we have Yamaha in the back but youll have to wait til I get the price, then proceeded to help the lady next in line that had just walked in the door after I had been waiting for atleast a half hour to be helped and wasnt even offered assistance on making my purchase. The store had a decent variety of musical instruments and gear, but with poor customer service like that I could only imagine if I were having to deal with anything problem related to anything I bought here. Im all about supporting local business but today you guys lost my business and ill take my money elsewhere where I can atleast get assistance or even a friendly hello and not treated as if I wasnt important to them as a customer.

I took in an old Martin D-1 to have the neck adjusted and the action at the nut lowered just a bit. Not an expensive guitar but one I ve had a long time.... and have always loved its sound. When I got it back in two days it was like having a new guitar. Far exceeded my expectations. Guitar plays like a dream. For a mere $34 I got $1,000 worth of value. Super impressed and pleased. The employees were nice. I spent an hour or more looking at their selection. I picked out a nice MIM Fender $539. I went to check out and the guy said he cant sell the guitar without giving them my phone number. I dont give it out. So the guy goes and talks to the owner. The owner said, I cant buy the guitar without giving out my phone number. What a waste of time. I wouldnt recommend going here.
