Worse attorney ever. Judge said to return to standard orders and she received the orders, signed them without reading them and sent them to the judge to be signed! now my child has to drive 8hrs one way to pickup my grandkids. Shes the most worthless attorney! Bought off by the opposing attorney Im sure, surely shes not that stupid! Reporting her to the state bar!!

Do not retain!!! I inquired about representation in custody battle and was able to get a consultation with Jeanne Morales. Everything sounded great until it came time to receive the contract to retain her. I got the run around from the entire staff. I left several voicemails and sent just as many emails with no response to either. Needles to say, I ll not be reaching back out to this firm for anything in the future and would highly recommend you d do the same.

I called on Tuesday and was given to an assistant, Ted. Gave him my info, emailed him all he asked for, and never heard from him again. I called back on Friday to check in. Was told he didnt work on Fridays but did on Saturdays and they would make sure he got the message. Today is Wednesday. Still no response. No call back. Not even a delivery receipt.

Worst attorney in midland. I was innocent of the alleged crime. She looked at my appearance and decided I was guilty. She never even tried to fight for me. She was too busy laughing and playing around with the other attorneys in court instead of trying her best to help me. I wanted to take the case to trial and prove my innocence. She pressured me into taking a plea deal without even trying to fight for me and what I wanted. I ended up having to serve 2 years probation almost $10,000 and will forever have a felony on my record that has ruined my life. It s horrible that even though someone is innocent they still have to pay the price. All so Jean morales could make more money by having me take a plea deal. So sad.

I paid in advance to file a bankruptcy case, I did everything they told me over a year ago and never received a response. I tried to talk to them several times and they hide. It took 5 years to get my disability approved and there was some humps in my case along the way but I was approved at the last appeals court which I understand is hard to get a favorable ruling. In August 18 2020 i visit this Attorney asking for help in my case. The next i call them that i was not going to do anything no more. They did not do anything at all and now they dont want to refund at least part of the $1000.00 of the deposit. This is totally not a professional service. Besides that i had to call them more then 4 times and today more then a month to tell me that they can not refund any money.Really poor service. I will never recommend this attorney to nobody. I just got off the phone trying to set an appointment. First the little girl who answered the phone said the announcement so fast I was not able to understand it. Second when I requested to know who I was call to make sure I called the correct place, I was placed on hold. Third when someone did come onto the phone after a three minute wait all she wanted to do was not listen correctly, assume what was said, twist what was said, and argue with me. Fourth due to the fact that I do not need this aggravation or frustration when trying to set an appointment, I will not have anything to do with this law firm. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional in my life. Too bad there is a no star option because this is what this law firm is worthy of receiving.

I paid the lawyer $3000 upfront to handle a custody case for my son. Not only could she not get her facts straight, but I needed to point out all of the errors she repeatedly made while preparing for our case. She put me on the stand and spent the first 8 minutes going over my history as a professional and no mention of the reason we were in court. When it came down to the abuse aspect at hand there was no time to present our sons case and the neglect I witnessed. She didn t even have enough time to ask my son questions and he was the key witness to the abuse and neglect of his children. We fired her on the spot. We learned later she has never done a custody case before. Her assistant was so angry with her poor lack of representation she yelled at her boss and quit. I reached out to Jeanne stating she had not even touched a portion of our case (for which she had been paid in full) and that I expected she return half of our money. Of course I never heard from her. I did hear she can t even pay her staff. So I thought I would give her the review she earned here. Good luck to you ma am. Worst service ever!!!! It took them OVER 4mths to do nothing for my case. Oh but they make sure to charge you 250.00 just to make copies of your documents and store them in a database. I never spoke to a lawyer. But once I went to complain and ask for my money back they responded super quick and quick to put the blame on me for my case not moving forward. Even though I was the one try to contact them ALL the time. They called but once to ask me for paper work which I took in asap and 3mths later I still didnt here anything from them. Once I spoke to somebody they thought my case was for adoption and not a petition. These people suck! Its sad because they held up my case for 4mths. I went with another lawyer and what Jeanne Morales did not do in FOUR months they took care of my case and the petition within 2wks. Please be aware dont just go with the 1st thing that pops up.
