The meat sections, like lunch meats and chicken, are covered up, so we cannot see them. Only the vegetable section is open. The worker is rude. I ended up ordering a salad because I couldnt see the meat sections. At all other Subway locations, you can see all the sections when they make your sandwiches!

So Lazy, never order online because if you re not looking they get lazy. Third time I ve order a toasted sandwich and the bread is soggy and cold. Do better

Wanted to use coupons on separate orders, got hassled before doing the order, then when got the food back home the bread was hard and rubbery, had to put on sliced bread

Literally the worst subway i ve ever been to in my life. never have anything ready, always closing early . owner, get your employees in check, because they literally shut the store down 3 1/2 hours early every time i ve been in.

I went early arrived at 8:35am, thinking they opened early like most locations, I patiently waited, because I didnt want to travel to far out, had an event and needed about 4 ft longs, 9am came and I waited at the door for opening, well the person setting up never opened the door and saw me standing outside I was signaling to find out what time do they actually open, on the door says 9am he never responded, which was very rude. I waited outside the door until 9:10 and left. My first and last time NEVER AGAIN!!! Customer Service at its best I suppose

Wont ever return to this subway ever again. Upon ordering my sandwich the lady interrupted the guy and said that if I requested any other veggies Id have to get charged extra for them. Stated that only what was on the board menu is what goes on the sandwich. Ive never been charged extra or told I cant add pickles on any of my orders at any other location. Was tempted to walk out and tell them I didnt want our food anymore. Never again. I knew I should of went to the subway of of 67 and wheatland or subway off 67 by the papa bbq.

Love to eat healthy and here is one of the places you get to do that. Yes you have to make right choices. Love all the choices. Everything tastes so fresh. Love the bread. Also like the rewards. However they seem to have trouble sometimes doing the rewards and/or coupons.

Service was of poor quality. Questions were ignored. When I asked about how the Chipotle Southwest tasted? My question was not regarded. No friendly greetings. I was the only one who said Have a great day!. None of the employees cared. Customer service is above everything.

The location is fine but the service is terrible and the employees are rude. They should be giving a class on customer service etiquettes or replace them with employees who will be happier with their job. Whats the point? Picking & choosing some franchise & corp flexibility only when it benefits them & not the customer. Franchise get to take away certain items but customers cant use corporate coupons esp digital when our sandwich is missing like 5 items(that they decided to take off the menu) that we have to put on when we get back to the house.

I paid for a six inch sub but only got about a 4 inch. Subway does not carry cheddar cheese anymore, so I chose shredded cheese. The lady didnt give me much cheese. I asked for a little more and she said it would be extra. I wasnt asking for double. Just a little bit more. She was not friendly.

Wednesday night we went in and got three foot long sandwhiches to-go with only one other customer, one sub behind us, in the store. When we were leaving we thought they had mixed up one of our subs and asked them to double check they said no they knew it was the right one. We got home and we had been given the wrong sub. They tried to give us the cold sub the other lady had brought back when we came back to the store and seemed like they didn t care like it was our fault. I m from out of town so it was an inconvenience can t say I ll be back anyway haha oh and my family just told me they said were you the people calling? We couldn t find the phone! I called maybe 6 times trying to call them so we could just have the sandwhich ready to go when we got back to the store. They weren t purposely rude but thoughtless.
