**POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE** Called & confirmed with (Elias sp?) that there was plenty of parking for a truck & trailer. He assured me there was parking in the back. Upon arrival there was no parking & refused to refund me the cost of the room. Will have to now dispute with credit card company.

HORRIBLE. If I could rate zero stars then I would. They charged us $75 per animal x4 (which wasnt stated on their website) INCLUDING our 2 service animals! The rooms were disgusting and if we werent desperate we would have left. Rooms: HORRIBLE. My daughter took her shoes off, despite being told not to, and her feet were black within less than 5 mins! There was mold in the shower, which we didnt us. We couldnt turn the heat on due to the smell that came from it when we did. The microwave was rusted and disgusting, which we also refused to use. Food and drinks: The only positive about this dump is that its across the street from a Starbucks and next to a DutchBros.

The manager is literally insane. Ive worked in hospitality and hotel management and marketing for years and never seen someone so densely disgruntled, rude and downright unlawful. Booked on Expedia. During check-in, all the the manager did was complain about how much she does and how hard she works. I get it, but you dont burden guests with that info. Then, she said theres an additional deposit required. There was no mention of this on the Expedia listing. I explained that my identity has been stolen and my bank accounts hijacked and frozen. Im booking an emergency booking with money a friend sent me on Paypal. She said, sorry, we do require a deposit. I asked if she could waive it. She couldnt. Im afraid I have to cancel, then. We dont do cancellations. I showed her the listing on Expedia, theres no mention of a deposit required. She gave me outright rude lip. Everyone else makes that deposit, you can to. I explained this is plainly unlawful. There was no mention of this in the booking process. If there was, I wouldnt have booked this property. Im hanging up on you, I dont like your tone, she said. Unbelievable. I called Expedia, and Expedia said the hotel was not willing to cancel the reservation. I escalated it to a supervisor and was able to get the reservation cancelled and refunded.

Front desk receptionist Asia was super helpful getting me checked in, as I remembered her from a year ago with the same positive attitude. Very good attitude and atmosphere checking in as I remembered before on arrival, which is rare at many hotels and also the main reason I came here after a long night. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast here is also on point and beats all the rest of the hotels I ve stayed at. I plan on returning to this place again in the future.

Best hotel breakfast Ive ever eaten in my life. All real food cooked right in front of you. During my stay I ate fresh refried beans, tortillas, eggs, and pork Chile Verde. The WiFi was a screaming 50 MB. I was able to download all my YouTube content prior to my flight. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Truly one of the best hotel experiences Ive had in a long time. Rooms: Huge and comfy.

Front desk clerk was very professional and courteous. Im terrible with names but I recall she had recently been involved in a car accident,great css as ganash. The manager was a bit unwelcoming and came across a bit stand off-ish. Housekeeping was very professional great customer service skills. Food and drinks: Manager came off stand off-ish about breakfast and when I was waiting in the lobby for my ride (which couldnt make it due to having gone through dialysis that morning) I had to get an uber and was told to leave the premises before my uber was even there. It took me a couple hrs to get money on my account to order the uber. Fact Being that i stayed days at the hotel I would have thought the hotel staff in the office would permit me to wait in an air-conditioned area until my ride made it but no.

Honestly, its a pretty good value for the price. The rooms are what youd expect, but not bad. You get what you pay for. The location could be better, but you cant really hear the road or anything in the rooms. The thing that makes this especially worth it is the breakfast. Youd think dingy little continental breakfast right? WRONG. The GM personally cooks a homecooked meal every day and offered . First day I got chile verde, a potato and egg medley, and fresh cooked bacon. The service is EXCELLENT. I wish i could give a sixth star for service cause everyone was so nice. I did NOT expect this place to be as good as it was, but it is!

I have good and bad reviews. I stayed 2 night, in different rooms. The first room had dirty floors and needs a little update. My second room was much better, very clean. The rooms were very quiet, no noise from other guests or traffic. Not a great location because the traffic gets backed up in front making it hard to enter and exit. The view is nothing to look at, but I wasnt there for that anyway. Noteworthy details: There is a nice sitting area at the front desk with an area to make printer copies and the pool was clean.

Its a Hidden Gem located right here in Midland, Texas. The evening shift attendant was so nice, and courteous. This day in age that says a lot. The rooms are free of bugs and pests crawling around. Booked and paid online thru 3rd party - arrived only to be told a $50 incidentals fee needed to be paid. No where in any online or email info was any thing mentioned about this fee . I was told they i pay or they d not rent the room to me. Front desk gal was snarky while calling the manager- she was sarcastic and disengaged in helping me. I ve got one word: B-A-C-O-N!!! And this hotel brings it to breakfast! Not the cheap, greasy sausage, but BACON! I know it seems like a little thing, but if the hotel is willing to serve its guest bacon, in these economically troubled times, we live in, imagine what they ll do to go to the extra mile for you if you need something bigger than that. The manager and front desk were very accommodating and even let me and my coworker set up our computers and work out of the breakfast room during off hours. My room was exceptionally nice and well priced considering that the hotel is located in the working end of a oil & gas boom town. Hotels in the oil & gas zone are typically high volume, hard to maintain with the guest rooms showing the signs of wear & tear. I found no issues with this property and I ll be back again! This is an older hotel. And it is kind of falling apart in areas the rooms are. A little expensive for what you get but the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. They have continental breakfast but it varies from day-to-day. Overall its a nice place but the ENTIRE reason I booked here is because it was supposed to be PET FRIENDLY. Google pulls it up when you search for pet friendly. The hotel website says they are pet friendly. Theres a sign on the check in counter that states pet fees. Yet they are NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! When I signed my receipt I was told no smoking and NO PETS. I booked online through an agent so the charge was non refundable. My cats had to stay downstairs in my van overnight. I spent more than half of my night in the van with them. Such a waste of money. Please dont say youre pet friendly if you arent.

This is an older motel in the Midland area, unless you are looking for certain amenities, this place is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean, parking is plentiful, the breakfast is better than expected and the staff is amazing. I will be staying here again and recommending it to many others. My only issue and I hate to bring it up because it isnt really the motel staffs fault, but the wifi is kinda sketchy. The equipment and captive portal do not function properly leaving you unable to get a connection or sometimes it will connect and then dump you shortly after.

A little overpriced in my opinion. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice sized shower with a generic small shower head. Good sized room but there was only one desk chair in which to sit. Only other option is to sit on the bed, not something my back really cares for. There is plenty of room to have a love seat or two club chairs. Our room did have its own balcony.

Only 1 star because the A/C worked well. Here is a picture of the towel hanger on the bathroom door, the dirty bathroom fan, the missing smoke detector, the missing lock on the door and my, no longer clean, socks for one night on the carpet. There is also a picture of the extra long toilet bolt and the toilet seat was very loose (no picture). Plus, the continental breakfast pretty Sad. The bagels were old as well as the hard boiled eggs. I received all these great features for ONLY $125. MOTEL 6 QUALITY IS ABOVE THIS!

The place was clean and was quite comfortable but there were just minor issues that can easily be resolved. For example, the toilet flush mechanism was stuck so the toilet was constantly running water and making noise all night. The clothes iron functional, but the control knob was broken off. Lastly, the door to the suite was inexplicably difficult to open. I had to very forcefully, pull the handle downward of which I dont think a person without some upper body strength would be able to open. In general, it was a good place to stay, but lacked a little bit of polish.

I was on a cross country trip through the US with an end point of El Paso Texas and decided that Midland or Odessa would be a good place to stop before the final push to El Paso in the morning. I didnt do any research before hand and saw hotels were ungodly expensive in Odessa and figured Midland would be better. There were several hotels with no vacancy or those with rates in excess of 300-400 per night. Ended up staying at the Plaza Inn and while it was expensive, 164 for a double queen, the room was clean, had the basic amenities, and was close to one of the best Tex Mex places Ive ever eaten at. The staff were friendly and while a ton of oil field folk stayed here it was very quiet that night. I probably wouldnt stay in either city again knowing the rates but if I had to I would definitely stay at the Plaza again.

Not sure if the place flooded recently but everything was damp - the carpet, the bedding. Stained towels and comforter cover. Outside lock on door was broken, checked it every day to make sure it was working. Breakfast was a joke - little muffins and pastries. Dont expect to sleep past 5am when all the diesel trucks backed up to the motel start up. Only saving grace was the walking distance to Jorges for dinner.

Friendly staff, quick check-in & out, and comfortable beds... thats the best about this hotel. The smell says cheap hotel. The hotel room had no tv remote or iron but I walked down and got them from the front desk. The toilet never flushed well. The fridge and microwave had to both be plugged in. High speed internet my ass. Takes minutes to load a page. Forget about video. Room key doesnt work 80% of the time and front desk lady was rude about it. Refrigerator doest work. My room was clean though. Hot water and water pressure is excellent. Beds are pretty comfy. A/C unit was noisy

It was a room but the children at the front desk (literally children) running the window was very unsettling! And the price changed as I mentioned that fact!

If you like the smell of sweat and the sounds of traffic all night - its the place for you. The exterior needs some paint and some care. Beds were comfortable though.
